    I paid $64.99 to receive a prescription from a provider. She said that she sent the prescription to the pharmacy but they never received anything. I tried to message *********************, the doctor, many times and she will not respond. I cannot get through to customer service on the phone and they keep sending me the same generic email when I email them.

    Push Health as a platform is a scam. 3/20 I requested a prescription, I was told the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and I could begin taking my medicine. Well, this was not true as 2 different pharmacies denied me the ability to receive the prescription after I was already charged $64.99. I contacted push health asking if I could get prior authorization and I was ignored. I asked again is there anything that you guys can do to help me, I was ignored again. It has been days and no response from my provider. They go ghost immediately after they take your money. It is all a scam.

    I submitted a request for a subscription on 3/20. I called the pharmacy and the prescription requires a pre-authorization. I message the nurse practitioner on 3/21, 3/22, and 3/23 to try to get her to submit a pre-authorization. Neither the insurance nor the pharmacy had a contact number or e-fax number to get in touch with the nurse practitioner. Then on 3/24 the nurse practitioner ghost me ans I am no longer able to get in touch with her. Therefore, i dont have a usable prescription and neither the insurance, pharmacy or myself have a way to reach out to the nurse practitioner to proceed with the pre-authorization that is required. This seems to be fraud. It is a red-flag that no one has a contact information for the ** and contact with the patient is unavailable.

    Paid this company 114 dollars for nothing. Then the assigned Dr charged another ***** for a prior authorization. Then the provider never contacted the insurance company for the authorization. Feel like I've been scammed

    I was charged ****** for a prescription I couldn't even use. The Dr. didn't code it correctly, and then sent me an invoice for ******************************************* She also increased her rates without giving me a heads up. I have a friend who also has a push account and her provider charged way less for the same thing. Im already almost out of ******. I don't want to be out of even more. The provider knew that the I wouldn't be able to fill the prescription, but didn't even provide a heads up or any guidance. If I can't fill the prescription in the first place, I shouldn't be charged, or asked for even more money.

    Used this service to get prescriptions while I waited to get in with a new provider during an insurance change. If a medicine wasn't covered by insurance I had to pay to get it changed all over again. If the pharmacy didn't have the medicine and I needed the Rx sent elsewhere, I had to pay to get it changed. Then, if I needed them to contact insurance, it just didn't happen. Three incidents, one on 11/3, one on 12/31, and on in January and they stopped responding to me asking for refunds. I'd like my $204.97 back!

    I went on push health to try to get help with weight loss $64.99 for initial consult then a recommendation. They did that part but my insurance refused to cover. Then the recommended one that I specifically told them my insurance wouldnt cover but they said would. I followed their recommendation and another $29.99 for them to submit a prescription only to be told that my insurance doesnt cover it. I believe they are a scam. I should have taken in to account the multiple spelling errors from a drPhotos attached are the $64.99 and $29.99 I was billed for this awful service and me telling the provider it was not covered and their response to it being covered

    The doctor told me wrong information. I still have not got this medication nor do I want it at this point. You can see in the messages the confusion. The company will not respond to my emails

    I wish I would have read the other experiences on this site prior to using this service. On Monday, 3/14/23 I started a request for a prescription after hearing a good experience. I was charged $60, connected with a HCP who immediately issued a prescription without asking me any questions or speaking to me at all. I called the pharmacy and they let me know a prior auth would be needed from insurance but they were reaching out to the **** On 3/15, after no update, I messaged the provider letting her know about the authorization. A full day passes before I get a response that they cant do authorizations.Ive since messaged multiple times asking for alternatives or suggestions with no response. Ive called push health and reached out via their help email without any response. *** asked for a transfer to another patient roster or cancellation per the generic help faq, no response. Would be very hesitant to use this service unless you have a specific provider name you can request. Waste of time and money.

    I paid ***** the first time and the ** stated she would give me 3mo. I only received 1 month prescription then I paid another ***** for the 3 mo that was promised to me. My next fill I contacted the same ** and it said I couldnt use her and I had to pay another ** ****** (obviously not *****). She sent me 3mo of a strength that was backordered so I asked for a change to a higher dose that was available and I was charged again ****** for THAT service. They dont tell you the truth and they dont do what they say they will do. Of course each time they have you pay a fee that has obviously changed without warning.

It isnt medication that needs refunded but the actual cost per visit. I didnt receive 3mo on the first visit. She gave me one and then I was dropped completely after she already told me if I tolerated it she would sent a new rx. Of course I had to go back in a pay another fee. The second visit I let the ** know the drug was backordered and can I get a different strength?  Of course I had to pay a third fee. Im asking for the first 3 fees refunded. The total amount of $244.97.
