    I used **** services and paid $64.99 to connect with a provider on 4/12, she sent my script into the pharmacy. Once it was there the pharmacy said it would need Prior Authorization, I reached out to the provider and let her know, she informed me it would be an additional charge of $50, I paid her. On 4/13 I see that the prior authorization is denied, I reached back out to her and asked about an appeal which would be the next step, So I paid $69 for the initial consult and I had to pay $50 for the PA that didnt even work. So I messaged her this morning and asked if Id have to pay for an appeal, this was her response: i suggest you calling your insurance to see which medication they will pay for for weight loss, If they dont pay for any then an appeal is a waste of time and money wegovy, ozempic, rybelsus (ozempic pill form)victoza I told her all of those meds are on the drug formulary for my insurance but they all needed prior authorization. Her reply was so they will approve them but not the mounjaro. if so a appeal is useless. instead of pay $50 for an appeal that will also be denied you would just pay the $50 to change the ** and another $50 for another prior auth I will not be paying any more money for another script and prior auth, its just turning into a nickel and dime thing and sounding like scam as to how much money they can get from you.

    I placed an order for a blood pressure medication on Wed, April 5, 2023 and paid $109.99. According to their site, online prescriptions are sent in ***** hours. Well, it is now Sat, April 8, 2023 and not a word from Push Health. I am completely out of medication, so understandably, I'm worried and in a rush for my prescription to be sent to my local pharmacy. I simply want a refund and I will not use Push Health anymore.

    I used Push Health on April 3rd to get a prescription using their service. They promptly charged me $65 and connected me to a provider. I explicitly told the provider in my messages that I need a prior authorization for my insurance to approve it. They didn't mention anything about it or whether or not they could do the PA. The provider wrote the prescription for me and sent it to my pharmacy in less than a couple hours. Of course, it wasn't approved because I needed the PA. The pharmacy and my insurance company BOTH reached out to the provider for a PA form that same day, but got no response. I personally also reached out to the provider 3 separate times to inquire about getting a prior authorization, but they never responded to me. I asked Push Health customer service about my issue, and they said that they actually do not provide PAs but some providers do if you pay an EXTRA CHARGE. They also wanted me to message the providers individually to see if they can do a PA. That's ironic, since my message to my first provider that I needed a PA was flat out ignored. I have no way of messaging a new provider unless I now pay another $90. No where on the website does it say that they don't do PAs unless you pay more. Their website actually doesn't mention PAs at all. I have paid $65 for a prescription I cannot use, and I've been told to pay $90 more to shop around for providers who might be able to help me for yet an ADDITIONAL charge on top of what I have already paid. Push Health **************** has also stopped responding to my messages after I asked for a refund. I have asked multiple times and have not received a response.Their website is misleading, and the way that they inform you of their limitations on service only after you paid is predatory.

    0n 4/4/2023 I paid push health ~$65 for a "health consultation" which they claim resulted in a prescription. The consultation consisted of a single question no response after I answered. They claimed to approve a prescription, but the pharmacy never received it.I can not get a response from Push health. They took my money, provided no service, and disappeared when I tried to resolve the issue.After they took my money, it was revealed to me that if they had provided a prescription, it would have only been for one week, forcing me to pay $75 the next week to request a new, which does not include the price of either dose.This company is a complete scam.

    On March 21st, I paid ***** for a weight loss RX. ************************************ contacted me and wrote a RX for Monjauro which is only dispensed for people with type 2 diabetes. My insurance denied it and so did 3 other pharmacies, I told her she should not be writing prescriptions for RX,s that cannot be filled. Push Health makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. I am unsatisfied with Push Health services.

    I contacted this business for a services and was given a prescription on March 19,2023. My payment was for $64.99. They sent my prescription to Nucara which doesnt have pharmacy services. This location tossed the prescription so I cannot transfer it. I have reached out to ***************************** ARNP and push. Ive had no response from the provider. The Push help desk told me to contact them again after they contacted her told she did not respond. She hasnt responded and Push help desk quit responding as well.

    On 3/25, I requested a prescription from a provider. I paid $64.99 and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy but insurance required a PA which my provider would not complete. She told me to request a refund and we'd go through another pharmacy. I paid another $119.99 for this second prescription. On 3/26, I emailed Push Health at ******************************* and requested a refund. On 3/26 the provider attempted to fax in the new prescription. The fax failed and she contacted Push customer service to complete the fax. I haven't heard from customer service and the fax status still shows as having failed. On 3/29, after receiving no refund or communication from Push Health, I requested a refund for both transactions as I have not received any prescription medication. On 3/30, I still have not received a response and, as such, am filing this complaint. I'd like a full refund for both prescription requests.

    I saw a provider (*******************************, PA) who wrote me a prescription on 3/25/23. She allegedly sent the prescription via e-fax to my chosen pharmacy. This pharmacy never received the e-fax. Therefore, they could not fill my prescription. I contacted my medical provider, as well as ********************** several times via email and phone. I attempted to change the pharmacy via online portal but was unsuccessful. It took four days and a threat to BBB before I heard back. ******** allegedly wrote a new prescription to a second pharmacy. But after four days (nearly 7 days after my initial script was written), this 2nd pharmacy still never received my prescription. I have been unable to get a response from my ******* ********************** via email, phone, and app messaging. They took my money and ran.

    I was getting medication from push health and now all of a sudden after I pay all this money they will no longer give me a Rx for it they want me to buy a med from them. My husband also paid for a Rx and a prior authorization to be completed neither ever occurred. This company is a scam and no one will answer my calls.

    I am ******************* signed up with Push Health on March 27th 2023. I wanted to receive a prescription named ********* and the health care provider that was assigned to me called in a prescription for Manjauro. That is not the medication that I requested I have tried several times to contact the company to let them know that they sent in the wrong prescription I have left messages and I have also emailed them have not been able to speak to an actual person to assist me I was charged $64.99 for this service I would like my full refund or for somebody to call me to in order to get the right prescription sent in.
