Date of Transaction: 1/6/23 Prescription number: 22117-1437359 I requested a prescription through Push Health on 1/6/23. Within a day, a provider was matched with me and the requested prescription was already approved. I thought this was strange as I didn't receive any phone call to go over medication details and health check. I just answered a few vague health questions online prior to approval. The prescription was sent over to the pharmacy and I was told by them that it required provider approval for insurance coverage. The pharmacy attempted to contact Push Health with no avail. I have also contacted the "provider" via message and have not received any response. At this point my prescription has been on hold since 1/7/23 with no promise of approval or response from the provider. I have requested a refund, but have yet to receive any response. Given the track record of their response rate, I highly doubt I will get a reply. Please assist in getting my $65 back for the prescription. Thank you.Business Response

1/22/2023 paid $64.99 for pre-authorization (copy of email attached)1/23/2023 Push Health emailed me and assigned a provider; *******************************, MSN, APRN whom I never had a "virtual consult" with although stated I would.1/23/2023 **************************** prescripton to my pharamacy. When I filled out the initial form it asks to enter your pharmacy information. 1/24/2023 CVS requested Pre Authorization from Presciber; ******** I messaged ********* on Push Health app, sent her 2 years of my medical records that included blood work taken this past year, ******** was combative and stated the records were old, when indeed there were not. She was not supportive, but rather arugmentive because she did not work to fill out the pre authorization paper work and provided no other options. I felt she was "gas lighting" me. This is the service I paid for, Push Health promotes "safe and easy" service for pre-authorization of medication. This was not the experience I was having with ********. She refused to help me. (copy of email attached)1/25/2023 I emailed Push Health at *********************************** and called at **************. I called literally all day, never once anyone answered the phone. The automated voice message says, "we are connecting you now" but you do not get connected, it says "all of our reps are busy helping other people now, please leave a message". I rang the number countless times to see if anyone would answer, not once. Nobody answered me email requesting help on pre authorization. Giving clear instructions I received from my insurance company as I did too ********. This is the service I paid for and they have not completed it. If they can not complete this service I want a refund of $64.99.I am utterly infuriate with there service.Customer Answer

"Virtual Consult: You pre-authorized $64.99 for the virtual consultation fees"
It clearly states pre-authorization as the service I pay for. I never had a virtual consult with anyone. And after messaging ******** on the PushHealth app and sending her 2 years of my medical records she was unsupportive and combative. Typing to me in bold print, which indicates screaming, clearly stated she did not want to do the paperwork.Customer Answer

After a week, this is PUSH HEALTH email reply to my concerns. WHAT? Not a call back to speak with me, but this email is supposed to be them answering my issues. This doesn't offer a solution. Heck, it's not even written in a complete sentence. What country are they outsourcing there employess from.

I had an issue with the way a prescription was written. Because of the way my provider worded my prescription my insurance believed it was a 3 month supply instead of a 1 month supply. I have tried contacting the physician for over 10 days with zero respons. I have also tried contacting Push to have my provider changed and have also gotten no help from them.Business Response

I requested a prescription from ********************* for injectable B-12. She replied back that there was a compounding pharmacy and she could have this mailed to me. I replied to her 6 minutes later and she never answered my request for a B12 compound prescription I showed her and my acceptance of the offered Mail option. She ignored my messages, and straightaway sent the plain B12 to my physical pharmacy and charged my card the $64.99 fee. Your MDs should check messages before making executive decisions like this.Business Response

Push Health promotes helping you get a prescription, but they do not do a great job of explaining the formalities. They assigned a consultant who easily provided the prescription but even though I have health insurance they did not cover and wanted to charge me $1200. I reached out to get a PA, which I had to pay another $55 dollars for, only for it to be declined. Found out later that I am required to have therapy meds prescribed first and this was actually provided with the PA but was not informed to prior to paying the $55. I will never EVER utilize Push Health again and will make sure to let everyone who is thinking about using it know what they are getting themselves into. A scam to give prescriptions that they knowingly can't afford to fill, especially on a daily basis. I tried to find the contact information for Push to submit a formal complaint and ask for a refund but there is no contact information on the webpage? If there is, they are making it hidden/difficult to find. I would like to be refunded ASAP.Business Response

I have been using Push Health for several months without issue for ********. As of this past month, apparently *** *****, the drug manufacturer, has shut down the use of this medication for weight loss if you do not have a Type II diabetes diagnosis. All providers and pharmacies have been notified, yet my provider still sent my prescription in and I was charged a consult fee of $74.99. I'm unable to get this prescription filled and continuing to utilize this platform for writing weight loss drugs to millions of people knowing that they can't get the drug without proper diagnosis is wrong. I want my last consult fee, billed on 1/11/2023 back in my bank account or I will be pushing this issue further so that Push Health can be investigated for scamming people out of their money.Business Response

On 12/21/22 I connected with a Push Health Medical Provider, ********************* MD PA. I ordered a medication (not covered by my health insurance for $800. I asked for an *** of delivery on 12/21/22. The provider responded and said, "Pls expect 3-5 business days to process your order and 2 days for shipping". Due to the holidays I gave it a little longer than expected. On Jan 3 I asked for ***, and provider responded, "upon checking it's still in process. We apologize for the inconvenience. This might be because of the holidays."- And then I asked for a tracking # & was told one hasn't been provided yet. I reached out the Jan 4th ,5th, & 6th checking on the *** & tracking- and the provider did not respond. On the 7th, the provider sent a *** tracking #, that did not work. I told the provider this, and did not receive a response. On the 9th, the provider sent me the pharmacy *************** # and told me to reach out to them & the provider sent this message to me, "Here is an update we received from the pharmacy when we inquired about your order today: "Full transparency refrigerated shipped items are taking **** business days to ship". I have called this business, sent numerous emails requesting a phone call, and also messaged the provider with no response. I finally got in touch w the pharmacy who said that the medication was delivered to a local auto part shop on Monday the 9th (the same day I was told there is a **** shipping period). I want a refund for this $800 medication that is supposed to be refrigerated that was delivered on the 9th, and has been sitting at an auto shop for 4 days unrefrigerated.Business Response

I paid $64.99 for a consult, but was NEVER given a consult. All the doctor did was send over a medicine within 9 mins of me signing up. She asked no questions, did not care to know my health history. Once found out it was going to cost me $1100 because not covered I asked for something different after waiting a few days I never heard back from Dr.************, I then emailed customer service about requesting a new provider which was never given to me. There's no customer service number on the site!! The customer service told me I'd have to pay ANOTHER $64.99 if I wanted to switch meds or pharmacies. This is not something I feel I should have been charged for once, let alone twice. It absolutely cannot be legal to prescribe a medicine without a visit, review of systems, conducting exam, and discussing options. I have emailed over a dozen times and I cannot get a response back. I'm very irritated and now have to go else where and pay more money to get help by a provider.Business Response

I used Push Health to get a prescription of ********. The doctor sent over the pre-authorization but my insurance denied it because they needed more info. I messaged her that they needed a few more questions answered from her for the prescriber intake. I told the doctor that but now the doctor is not responding. I have reached out multiple times. I had paid $86 for the pre-authorization to be sent over but she never completed the process. I was taken advantage of by this scam.Business Response
