    The provided suggested a compounded form of my medication from a pharmacy that would overnight it. I paid the provider a fee of $165.50 and then the pharmacy fee of $275. After paying for the medication I was told it wouldnt ship for two weeks. After two weeks I was told it might take another two weeks. I messaged the provider stating I used the pharmacy she recommended and Im coming up on a month with no medication.. and havent heard anything back from her. I would like a refund of the $165.50 because I cant get the medication she prescribed.

    I paid an initial consultation fee to meet with RN consultation and paid for (2) separate scripts which she stated were sent and after calling the pharmacy relentlessly they never received them. I had to go through another online telehealth paying additional fees to get the medicine needed meanwhile I laid out a considerable amount of money for a consult and scripts that I never got.

    I found the Push Health website and signed up for an appointment and paid the $64.99 to agree to a consultation with a healthcare provider. I wanted to discuss weight loss goals and health problems. I do not see how this company can pass for telehealth when it does not do any kind of assessment on patients via telephone or video consult. I was asked a question, was pushed to order expensive compounding medications. I declined and asked for standard medication. The medicine was sent over to my pharmacy, and I was told that if I wanted a Prior Authorization that it would be an additional fee of $65. I asked some follow up questions because the pricing structure of this program was never outlined to me. Then a nurse told me that the doctor is unable to fill out any forms related to insurance, which I assume is the PA. I can't afford a medication that costs $1,600. Which is probably the whole goal, since the nurse then tried to push me towards the compound medications since they were "cheaper." This is not safe or a respectable company.

    I signed into the app and signed up for everything. They charged me $65 and told me they sent a prescription to my desired pharmacy. I have called my pharmacy multiple times and they do not have anything from them. The company has stopped all communication with me after they took the money. I need a full refund immediately. If they do not I will be forced to file charges against them.

    I reached out to Push Health for their advertised online prescription. After paying the $64.99 and going through the question and answer portion via the online messaging, I was told that a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. This did not happen and not only did the prescription not get sent but when I messaged about the prescription not being sent, I was told that a message was left by the physician to the pharmacy and it might take a while to be received. I went to the pharmacy and was told that messages are not possible and therefore not part of the procedure for getting/receiving prescriptions

    I told the doctor which was more of an automated conversation that my insurance would not pay for my prescription. I wanted to discuss other pharmacies options but had no response then they submitted a prescription and of course it was rejected. They are using an automated doctor and charging knowing people will not get prescriptions and charging a hefty fee for nothing. The sight offers NO communication or customer service or means for dispute.

    I signed up for Push Health this evening. I paid the $64.99 for a virtual consultation fee. However, I never received a virtual consultation. What I did receive was a $900 prescription sent to my pharmacy within minutes. None of my medical history was reviewed and I was never able to talk to a provider. Im uncomfortable with the level of care provided, especially since the prescription provided to me was an injectable and I dont know how, nor do I want to, to inject myself with medication. This may work for some people but I was never able to a doctor about what I have or havent tried or discuss any concerns. I feel very scammed and want a refund but there is NO contact information listed anywhere (though the FAQs say you can request a refund before filling your prescription but NO information on how to do so).

    April 12, 2023 Payment was processed for compounded semaglutide. The business was suppose to hold my pymt until I was approved. Instead they jumped on the pymt for $165.50. Then when I cannot miss work for lab work 30+ miles from me they refuse to refund money because my card has already been processed. This is a dishonest business practice and should not be allowed. I would call this fraud when I request a refund because I have received nothing and they refuse.

    I am rejecting this response because: After I was notified I would be given a refund for original $165  amount for a product I never received, I waited and checked my acct and to my dismay I was actually charged another $165 ($330 total). No refund but a double charge.  I also unexpectedly received what was originally paid for $165, but I did not authorize a second charge and never had that discussion with anyone. So I will be filing an affidavit with my bank for a refund in one week for the second $165 fee that was taken out of my acct May 3, 2023 if that money is not refunded and I will provide pdf of transaction if necessary next week as well when I drive to the bank to sign papers. 
     I have been forced to cancel my card so that is always a blast!

    ********************************** of Push Health failed to send in the prior authorization paper requested on 4/1/23 that she said she would complete on 4/2/23. She played like she was dumb and couldn't find the ** paperwork which I attached to the message center of push health. I have messaged her several time since then and she keeps coming up with excuses for not completing the prior authorization paperwork that I had already filled out for her. She failed to respond in a timely manner and she neglects her patients. I want my money back for each prescription that she wrote in negligence of *****, *****, *****, and *****. I also want her removed from push health.

    I told the app what I wanted which was a prescription for mounjaro to help me lose weight. The script was approved for one month and I was told after one month to contact them again to tell them if I wanted to stay on the dosage or move. It was never mentioned that each time (which would be monthly) I would be charged an additional $94.99 for each request, besides the $64.99 for the *************. It didn't matter anyway because the prescription was not submitted correctly and the pharmacy would not fill it. I contacted the site and the provider multiple times and got no response. So for my $64.99 I got NOTHING. I want my money back.
