After the website states that you can be seen by a doctor for a prescription for weight loss and paying ***** youre then told by your insurance this is a scheduled 3 medicine and it needs a prior approval. This company reels you in and should know they have to do this. Instead they take your money give you the prescription without even having a conversation, never respond to your messages, and you can never talk to someone on the phone! So I am out my money and no communication. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Business Response

I wish I wouldve looked hear before going though push. I was quickly prescribed medication and the process to prescribe med cost $64.99. Not bad, I checked my insurance and asked to switch medications My provider was quick to respond and quickly sent a new script Which cost another $89.99? I needed prior authorization, which I thought was reasonable. But my provider told me it would cost another $150 to get that and there was no guarantee they would accept it. I get that, but all in all Id be out $300 just for getting an rx that *** not get approved?? This seems like a scam. No where does it give you a price and say that each time you need and rx its going to cost you more money!! I would like a refund for the $155 for nothing. It should be more clear that prior auth is going to cost more and individual rx will too and go up in price. Seems sketchyBusiness Response

We apologize for this misunderstanding. As a matchmaking service we here at Push Health make sure your first consultation is at a base rate of *****. On return requests we allow providers that use our service to choose the price they think best suits their practice. If a price is deemed too expensive, a patient can email our customer service to receive a new provider. That being said we have refunded both transactions as of 6/7/23. We hope this has not caused too great of an inconvenience.

I paid the original $64.99 for a consult with the physician. Over text I was told the prescription was sent in. My insurance does not cover what was sent in and what I requested on the original intake was ignored. The provider then said he could send in what I needed to a compounding pharmacy for $165.50 but I had to pay upfront. I made the payment in the provider still sent in the incorrect prescription. When I requested a refund, the provider said to contact push. I contacted push, and they told me they could not provide a refund. Push and the provider have accepted $230 and I have yet to speak to a human or receive a prescription. The company is a scam!Business Response

Was looking to get help with weight loss the Dr asked 2-3 questions via their messaging app never spoke on the phone or by any other means was charged $69.99. The Dr sent over a prescription for mounjaro my insurance denied it saying needs pre authorization. So I messaged the Dr back and have not heard anything back. The business says it will get Wegovy/******* prescribed for weight loss, and work with your insurance company. What they are not saying is insurance is turning down all claims. Feels like false advertising on their website, if they knows these specific prescriptions are getting turned down.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I see a lot of the exact same complaints from this company, excepting money from patients knowing knowing insurance will deny this medication, Ozempic/Wegovy. If the medication is denied by insurance, patients need to be reimbursed.

I submitted a request on 5/6/23 for Ozempic and was approved. Push Health charged me for $64.99. The pharmacy did not receive the rX, so I emailed back in stating it hadn't been received. They said they would re e-fax it in. Several days later, I inquired again because it still hadn't been received. I asked the provider ("Dr." ************************ if she could maybe try a different pharmacy. She then (supposedly) sent it to another pharmacy on 5/13 and charged me $89.99 (w/out permission), and that, too, was never received.Business Response
