I contacted Push Health on June first seeking weight loss advise and medication, I gave medical background and was prescribed medication. I was charged $64.99 which I paid and the ** was sent to my pharmacy, the ** wasnt covered by my insurance and it was $1200, my pharmacy told me there was a similar one that would be covered, so I messaged my provider and she responded quickly and said she would resend it to them and notified me it had been sent and received by my pharmacy and charged me another $5.00. I called my pharmacy and they said they never received it. I have tried to contact Push health, through email, phone calls messages and have gotten no response back from them... NOTHING! I would just like to have the prescription faxed to the pharmacy as promised, if they cant do that i would like to be refunded for the cost of the visit. thank youBusiness Response

*******************, NP prescribed Ozempic knowing that my insurance would not cover it because Im not diabetic. Then asked for me to pay another $90 so she could submit a PA. Then offers or suggests more than once that I pay cash (no prescription required) for compounded semaglutide. The BBB needs to investigate the practices of this health service as I feel it is a scam and other persons like myself will continue to fall prey too. I would like a full refund. I will be sure to warn others to NOT use this service as well.Business Response

I found the Push Health website and signed up for an appointment and paid the $64.99 to agree to a consultation with a healthcare provider. I wanted to discuss weight loss goals and health problems. I do not see how this company can pass for telehealth when it does not do any kind of assessment on patients via telephone or video consult. I was asked a question, was pushed to order expensive compounding medications. I declined and asked for standard medication. The medicine was sent over to my pharmacy, and I was told that if I wanted a Prior Authorization that it would be an additional fee of $37.10 I asked some follow up questions because the pricing structure of this program was never outlined to me. Then a nurse told me that the doctor is unable to fill out any forms related to insurance, which I assume is the PA. I can't afford a medication that costs $1,600. Which is probably the whole goal, since the nurse then tried to push me towards the compound medications since they were "cheaper." This is not safe or a respectable company.Business Response

I was skeptical about this Push Health and I was completely right. I shouldve read the reviews after because the exact same thing as happened to me and many other people I was approved in had my medication filled and said it was faxed but the pharmacy never received anything and now no one is responding to phone calls, and messages or anything and everybodys now seeing. This is a scam and we have submitted our personal information. I want a full refund of what I paid and my whole account deleted.Business Response

I have purchased Semaglutide from PushHealth on 5/30/23 and I paid $620.25 for the purchase of the medication. The medication was supposed to ship to me from 3rd Vendor, *************** located in *******, **. I have not received any notification until today. I called the Strive pharmacy and they say that they are no longer ship the medication to ********** as of 6/2/23. I have emailed / left a message on website / called Pushhealth but cannot get a hold of them at all. just no reponse. Please help me to get refund fo $620.25 which was unable to ship to me.Business Response

Just not a very useful service. You dont meaningfully interact with the doctor, they dont give you enough info or ask questions to know anything. Its not as advertised at all. It felt like my doctor did not read what I wrote, he just hurriedly answered with sentences to kick the fan down the roadBusiness Response

Paid for a prescription that I never received. I was told once I pay for the prescription I would be sent tracking information. When I requested tracking information the email they provided has suddenly become non existent. I also attempted to contact customer service via email and phone. When I email asking for help I only receive an automated response. When I call customer service I am asked to leave a message. I contacted push health for weight loss help via medication. I paid $71.99 for the prescription consult and then was made to pay another $65.99 for a PA that was denied. I was unable to contact my provider for them to appeal it and I feel like its unprofessional for them to be charging so much knowing most insurances are denying coverage for these types of medication.Business Response

I signed up for Push Health to get a script filled. After being told by one pharmacy that they never received the script, I asked Push to send it again and again - same response. So, then I asked the nurse at Push to send the script to a DIFFERENT pharmacy. When the same exact thing happened at the second pharmacy, and when NEITHER pharmacy even had this very popular med in stock at their store and had to order it to be delivered at some date a week into the future, I asked for a refund. The Push nurse cited the "system is so very flawed" as the reason neither pharmacy received her script in under 3 days time then denied knowing that getting this particular med was a challenge and denied me the refund. I needed the med on 6/23 but did not get it until 6/29. In addition, I was not aware that Push was going to charge an extra $86 for looking at my labs. I didn't mind paying the fee, but **** is stealthy and sneaky about charging it which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It is absolutely unclear by scouring Push's website how one goes about canceling their account and OF COURSE I cannot reach a live person whenever I call their number. And finally - the nurse I worked with was not professional. I am not even asking for a refund like I should, I would just like for Push to IMMEDIATELY close my account and stop taking $64 per month out of my bank account for the biggest waste of time and hassle of of my life. ps...I have loads of screenshots of my exchanges with the Push nurse, if anyone is interested.Business Response

We here at Push Health are strictly a matchmaking service between patients and providers. Any charges past our first rate of ***** are decided by the provider. If any fee is beyond what the patient is willing to pay you can email our customer service team to match with a new provider. Our customer service email and the process to finding a new provider are listed on our FAQ. We do not store credit card information nor do we take monthly fees from patients. We will deactivate your account effective immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me even though this company DOES take monthly fees from people. I have bank statements to prove it. Also, the nurse I was working with was snarky and was telling me about her personal life on our chats.

On May 31, 2023 I contacted Push Health regarding a prescription fora medication. They approved my request and wrote a script for a different medication that I wasn't approved for.Business Response
