    I was working with a Push Health provider on getting me prescription refilled. This provider became non responsive for days at a time, even knowing that my prescription was out and that I need a refill. She became combative and refused to answer questions regarding my prescription. Instead of working with me, she unmatched me as a patient. As a result, I had to go back and request a new prescription for another fee of $64.99. I am asking that Push Health refund this amount due to the fact that I was unmatched by the provider through no fault of my own. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone at Push Health and their email customer service is slow and not answering my request for a refund.

    I was highly recommended to Dr. * P***y. Very poplar doctor. My first question to her was do you submit a PA with the prescription? I was never responded to except for the questionnaire. I was never told how many times you would have to get a $75 consult everytime to submit the prescription the submit the PA. The PA was suppose to go with the prescription no need to go through my insurance as that is what the pharmacy does. Ive emailed customer service they have air bubbles as to what I was asking as in a refund for being a victim of fraud. I have all my screen shots and emails. My doctor never responds so I have no clue how she is highly sought out. Her staff dont even respond when customer service is always saying email your doctor they will get back. Then show me where they have responded to any of my questions?? They respond with well I can submit a PA for a fee no they canceled my first medication to add the PA fee on and charged me more for having to ask for the medication again. I would like a refund so I can go elsewhere as Push Health is fraud beware

    Honestly thought this company was decent. They did sent my prescription to the pharmacy and had quick and fast responses. I was unable to have my medication filled due to shortages which isnt the companys fault. I reached out for a refund. I recieved a response right away that said "Hi *******,We are sorry to hear of these circumstances. If you weren't able to collect any medication from the pharmacy, we would be more than happy to cancel and issue a refund.Please confirm the prescription request number so we can assist you further. Please login to your Push Health account with your email and password at the link below. Select your patient profile and click on 'My Chart' to view all of your past pending request numbers.Push Health Login Thanks,****"I have responded 3 times to this email with NO response back. This is unacceptable. Before this had happened I would've had 0 complaints. Please make this right.

    I contacted Push Health on June first seeking weight loss advise and medication, I gave medical background and was prescribed medication. I was charged $64.99 which I paid and the ** was sent to my pharmacy, the ** wasnt covered by my insurance and it was $1200, my pharmacy told me there was a similar one that would be covered, so I messaged my provider and she responded quickly and said she would resend it to them and notified me it had been sent and received by my pharmacy and charged me another $5.00. I called my pharmacy and they said they never received it. I have tried to contact Push health, through email, phone calls messages and have gotten no response back from them... NOTHING! I would just like to have the prescription faxed to the pharmacy as promised, if they cant do that i would like to be refunded for the cost of the visit. thank you

    *******************, NP prescribed Ozempic knowing that my insurance would not cover it because Im not diabetic. Then asked for me to pay another $90 so she could submit a PA. Then offers or suggests more than once that I pay cash (no prescription required) for compounded semaglutide. The BBB needs to investigate the practices of this health service as I feel it is a scam and other persons like myself will continue to fall prey too. I would like a full refund. I will be sure to warn others to NOT use this service as well.

    I found the Push Health website and signed up for an appointment and paid the $64.99 to agree to a consultation with a healthcare provider. I wanted to discuss weight loss goals and health problems. I do not see how this company can pass for telehealth when it does not do any kind of assessment on patients via telephone or video consult. I was asked a question, was pushed to order expensive compounding medications. I declined and asked for standard medication. The medicine was sent over to my pharmacy, and I was told that if I wanted a Prior Authorization that it would be an additional fee of $37.10 I asked some follow up questions because the pricing structure of this program was never outlined to me. Then a nurse told me that the doctor is unable to fill out any forms related to insurance, which I assume is the PA. I can't afford a medication that costs $1,600. Which is probably the whole goal, since the nurse then tried to push me towards the compound medications since they were "cheaper." This is not safe or a respectable company.

    I was skeptical about this Push Health and I was completely right. I shouldve read the reviews after because the exact same thing as happened to me and many other people I was approved in had my medication filled and said it was faxed but the pharmacy never received anything and now no one is responding to phone calls, and messages or anything and everybodys now seeing. This is a scam and we have submitted our personal information. I want a full refund of what I paid and my whole account deleted.

    I have purchased Semaglutide from PushHealth on 5/30/23 and I paid $620.25 for the purchase of the medication. The medication was supposed to ship to me from 3rd Vendor, *************** located in *******, **. I have not received any notification until today. I called the Strive pharmacy and they say that they are no longer ship the medication to ********** as of 6/2/23. I have emailed / left a message on website / called Pushhealth but cannot get a hold of them at all. just no reponse. Please help me to get refund fo $620.25 which was unable to ship to me.

    Just not a very useful service. You dont meaningfully interact with the doctor, they dont give you enough info or ask questions to know anything. Its not as advertised at all. It felt like my doctor did not read what I wrote, he just hurriedly answered with sentences to kick the fan down the road

    Paid for a prescription that I never received. I was told once I pay for the prescription I would be sent tracking information. When I requested tracking information the email they provided has suddenly become non existent. I also attempted to contact customer service via email and phone. When I email asking for help I only receive an automated response. When I call customer service I am asked to leave a message. They never return my calls. ************************** has provided fake services and taken money for medication she never intended the patient to receive.
