    Sim card doesn't work and barely fits in any of my 5 phones broke 1 of my load trays.This is a scam customer service will not speak English or comprehend problem.One of my phones received 10 viruses off their app during start up process. Did I mention this is a scam! They will take your $ gladly and you will be without phone service! ******** you should be ashamed of your self go back to waiting!

    We tried to set up both our phones on Mint Mobile. Immediately, my phone stopped working. We ended up having to purchase a new phone. Now, as the first payment was paid, we discovered that my phone had yet again stopped working! They claim we didn't have a family plan after all. They've taken our money, the customer service people don't speak English very well, and can't seem to solve any issues until we call again and again, trying to find someone who can actually understand how to fix things. Meanwhile, we only have 1 working phone. This isn't worth it if it doesn't get resolved immediately.

    I was a happy customer of ********************** until I switched from them. I bought a phone from T-Mobile and found out I had to switch to T-Mobile unfortunately I didnt think of going to best buy. I told mint support I needed a transfer pin since I was switching even though I had paid for the year in full they didnt bother to tell me I would be losing 180 dollars by not asking for refund before I switched. T-Mobile is more expensive than mint so I tried to switch back to mint and they let me switch back. My phone was simlocked by T-Mobile within a day of my 90 day renewal usage. Now Im 90 dollars in the hole from this as well. I hope you guys can fix this or I will no longer support mint mobile and I wont be returning.

    Mint Mobile is a scam, false advertisement. Their FAQ states that you can renew ** 12-month for the same introductory rate. The Note states that the introductory rate is not always the same. I understand the introductory always changes but i assumed we can still renew with the introductory rate we signed up. They state that because my introductory rate or promotion is no longer being offer, they cannot extend my rate for next 12 months. How can one extend the promotional rate AFTER the 3-h introductory rate when the promotion changes every 3 month or so? I spoke with a supervisor name *************** # ***** and her manager name Vi EE# *******. Both i presumed are fake name and EE #. They would not provide the support center number.

    I was a Mint Mobile customer for over a year and a half. The service was ok, not exceptional but you get what you pay for. The network signal was weak at my office, so I found a different provider and ported my number. The part about Mint you want to be careful about is if you want to cancel any time before your prepaid time is up you will forfeit your remaining balance. I paid for 12 months of service but only received about 6 months. The customer service department will not issue a credit or refund for any remaining prepaid time.Customer service was below average, the automated phone tree does not allow you to get to customer service without going through sales. I was disconnected while waiting for an agent to research my issue. I actually had to chat with a representative to get my account number and transfer PIN and was not advised of that policy at that time either, even though they obviously had to access my account to gather that info.I honestly feel this is part of the business plan. So please be aware and be careful if you choose Mint. Ther are other services at the same or better prices that you will not fall into this trap with. That said, I would not recommend.

    Only emailed me two days AFTER my service had expired.So their intentional neglect gave them the right to charge a more than 10% "reconnect" penalty.Despicable business ethics.

    I had T-Mobile but *********************** commercials convinced me to switch to Mint. I have 3 lines, for me, my dad, and my mom. Before I switch to Mint, I confirmed all 3 phones were compatible by using Mint website to check the **** numbers. Then, I purchased 3 plans and successfully activated/ported the old phone numbers. However, my mom's phone can only text and cannot make or receive voice calls. I had spent hours on the phone with Mint technical support in the past 2 weeks to troubleshoot. After half a dozen calls and countless hours later, Mint gave up and told me I need a new phone. It's unfair that I followed the Mint's instruction to check my phone's compatibility on their website, then I paid hundreds of dollars to commit to their service plan, and now they are telling me that I need to spend hundreds more to get a new compatible phone. This is classic bait and switch where Mint is not holding up the deal to provide phone service when they had previously deemed my phone compatible. Please, Mint, do the right thing and exchange my phone for a compatible one of equal value and add back the service time it took to fix this issue.

    What you gain in a lower phone bill, you lose in customer service. There is none. If you are lonely and want to talk to a random person about random topics, contact their customer service. There is nothing they are authorized or capable of doing. It makes for an extremely frustrating experience. As a current customer, I DO NOT recommend.

    If you do not have to deal with customer service, then they are fine. Their customer service is incompetent and needs training. First of all, when you call in, they do not take your number in case of a disconnection. I talked to three representatives and all three gave different varying answers. They gave me word salad. I had to weed through the information they gave me to solve my own problem. ************************* needs to go on a hiring campaign to better train his trainers to teach the customer service reps how to look up information before they give the wrong answer and how to call the customer back when the call drops. I would not be surprised if all of my interactions were not noted to avoid getting in trouble. Their customer service SUCKS!
