    honestly mint mobile is the worst of all, they are lying bunch of crocks i did a refer friend on my part and i just cannot believe it that i never received anything this company is about to burn down if it keeps lying to its customers

    Lost phone with MINT Mobile will cost you your account number, phone number and your remaining balance of your account. All of which is NOT in the terms and conditions. **************** simply states that this is their policy, which is a crock, as again, it does not say this anywhere in the terms and conditions. Shame on you *************************, with the company you just purchased. So if you have a one year plan, and after 2 months your phone gets stolen or lost, then I have to get a new phone number, account number, and most of all, I loose 10 months of service that I already paid for? This is simply not acceptable. I am curious about how this can be. Never heard of anything like this in my life time.

    Too many dropped calls, missing texts, and emails not going through. **************** spends more time apologizing than working on problems. After 45 minutes ( on a few occasions) with customer service they were still asking account confirmation questions.

    They use false advertisement, but will refund your money. If you can't trust them you ought to go elsewhere for your phone service!!! I complied to the web add but when I placed the *** card in phone everything changed. I'm sending the phone back.

    *************** months ago I purchased a new phone from Mint Mobile. The first thing I noticed was that the phone wasn't working properly because it did take forever to charge and only about four hours to run out of power. In addition I tried to update the phone only to find out that the phone wasn't upgradeable to Windows 11. So, I was stuck with Windows 10 .So I asked Mint Mobile for a refund. After days of calling, weeks later I received the email with the return label. Until this date, that is almost seven months later, I have not received any refund. I'm tired of calling them, tired of getting the same runaround talk only to get to the same situation over and over. At this point I'm trying to find out how to bring Mint Mobile to court, not exactly for the money but to teach them some lessons about ethics and some respect for the customers who they live from.
