* Nov 1: I ordered the a pixel 10 pro at $499 + $180 12 mo unlimited plan, total $757.72. Arrived Nov 4 and activated on Nov 5.* Nov 10: The phone/plan price reduced to $299+$180. The ** *** said price matching is not possible, but after consultation, offered to credit my account $180. I ***eatedly confirmed the options because the last resort was to return the phone/plan (within 7 days of receipt (on last day) and 7 days of activation) to ***urchase at the new promotional value. The *** promised several times that I would get the $180 credit. Case number assigned: L2-447084. * Nov 12: Called, 2nd *** said the $180 credit was not going to happen. I went over the return policy and previous interaction. They put me on hold and changed their tune, saying all was well and that my credit was in queue. I originally intended to follow up next day, but they said there was long queue and they would make a note for ** to contact when it went through so I thought I would be patient.* Dec 2: No credits, and I feared the worst. 1st *** said that my case had been denied, claimed that I was past the 7 day return policy date on Nov 10th because purchase was Nov 1st. I read outloud Mint's return policy on phones and plans and transferred up to Dae(?). She reviewed the phone calls and claimed the Nov ********************************************************** to a refund/***urchase to get desired price. Dae admitted that the 2nd *** could see the case had been closed shortly after the 1st call. She acknowledged mistakes and potential perception of lying.Dae claimed nothing could be done and would only offer a "special exception" to give a full refund to purchase again, which is now $545+180, $45 more than what I paid. If not, she said I'm free to leave **** and refused to honor the promised credits or any monetary compensation differences that started this entire pricing issue. There are currently no more phone/plans to be found comparable to when I initiated the case.Business Response

I have been without access to my phone number while Mint mobile Highjack my phone number I came to their establishment with. I strongly believe there is an unauthorized account or internet account that has been active when I canceled in 2022 because customer representatives are confused about the accounts that we are working on. I think is more than diabolical to steal my phone number and create a facade that Im failing their security questions causing me to second guess myself when they avoid asking for my identification credentials instead theyve created loopholes to help aid in their corruption and I want to port out my number asap and they are violating my rights to equal opportunity to get my phone number also violating my rights as well as being under a doctors care, having the need to ask for a accommodation if Im not speaking clearly to understand my request or making believe Im wrong in the process to gain access to my own account, Their terms and conditions clearly state that updated emails are not and can not be used for 30 days in account unlocking and locking. They have claim to have created a ticket over 5 times and still this FAKE BACK OFFICE PERSON OR PERSONS NEVER CALLS OR SHOW UP. When I joined mint mobile in 2023 my plan was ****** for 6months I paid exactly ****** and since then they have charged me ***** for 3 months and ****** for 6 months. 11/26/25 (Mint Mobile)I contacted AI customer service with my husbands phone because I had no service for 3 days. The AI customer service had me reset my phone and I got access.Then on 12/29/25 I received an email from Mint telling me I was almost out of data, (I recieve 5 gigs per month. I received 5 gigs on 12/28/25. My usual usage per month is 2-3 gigs. I have contacted customer service 4 times. My first contacted kept me on the phone and finally told me it was my fault and they would not refund my gigs. My second contacted felt there was an internal issue and asked me to reset my account and close my phone for 5 minutes and my gigs would be *********** third contact would not let me speak to the supervisor. She said it was my fault and said there was nothing that could be ******* fourth contact I was able to speak to a supervisor. After explaining my situation and her telling me it was my fault, I finally broke her spirit and she gave me one gig. Most people cannot spend hours on the phone, pleading their case. **** will not take responsibility for any technical issues.They continued to say my data was on. 11/28/2025 I "had" been with Mint Mobile for over 3 years. At first their customer service was excellent and hold times were not too long. However, today all of that changed. My issues involve billing date vs date charged (for renewal); trying to obtain account number which was very difficult to obtain; incredibly long wait and then being put on hold multiple times (yes, I understand it is Black Friday) but then a business knows this so schedule accordingly; website information and processes; and, rude customer service agent (***) and supervisor ******* I called in asking for my family member to see why their phone was not in service. They explained they had tried to charge the card on file but were not able to do so. The card showed plenty of money so I asked what was the problem. They explained that they had tried to charge the card on 11/25 and 11/26 but the card would not go through. The renewal date for the plan is 11/28/2025. When I asked about this, the "supervisor" **** indicated "Well, you knew we charged earlier than the renewal date because on my own plan I was charged a few days ahead of time." So, I guess the "renewal" date means nothing then? They were then going to charge me a reconnecting fee. When I indicated the card was fine and asked about the renewal date, they refused to do anything about it. *** (initial customer service **** was so lacking in information that I then asked for a supervisor. It took over 10 minutes to get to a supervisor ******* **** reiterated the ***** statements multiple times, talking over me constantly. When I did ask if **** was willing to lose 2 customers with over 3 yrs service with them he said "Yes." Well, that's all I needed to know. Moving on to Visible which has been very helpful and serves a much broader area and are also rated better than Mint. You may get a "cheaper" initial rate, but remember, "You get what you pay for. I will also need a refund for the remaining 9 months of 12 mo plan.Business Response

Purchased two phone plans on 11/28/25. Paid for full year subscriptions. It was only after the order was placed and the card on file charged that I was made aware that my zip code is outside of the company's coverage area. I was an ************ customer. On November 11, 2025, I purchased a 1-year Mint Mobile subscription plan along with a ****** Pixel XL Pro 256GB device. Immediately after the purchase, my **** Prepaid number was ported to Mint Mobile with the assistance of their staff.However, the device has never been delivered. As the delivery was delayed, I contacted Mint Mobile and opened a case (Reference: CRT-******). Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution.This phone number is extremely important to me, as I have been using it for a long time and it is tied to my banking, authentication, and business needs. I requested that my phone number be changed to a new phone, which requires changing my email for a verification. Mint mobiles support line said they are creating a ticket and would call me back in 1 hour, that was at 5:00 pm. 3 hours later I called them again to see what the hold up was and essentially was told to keep waiting. Another couple of hours go by and I called them again, the person took my information and told me it would be another 4-8 hours before I recieve a call and became annoyed with me when I tried to confirm that the call would for sure be coming at that time because that would be forcing me to stay up until 4am the night before thanksgiving.Business Response

Mint mobile has allowed my phone number to be hijacked from me causing an issue with mt privacy being violated. This is why I left their company in 2021. I have reached out to my email provider who has changed my forwarding address and it simply means Mint Mobile has spoken to someone else who has compromised the integrity of my account. Im going to share some evidence of what carrier I transfer from even received a refund because it was one week and also receiving emails from the duck address and now nothing. Someone has taken over my account With ********************** help. They lied about reaching out to me. Because I still dont know what they are doing apparently nothing!!This will be the fault of Mint Mobile whatever fraud comes way are stealing my phone number. Mint mobile is not cooperating with me to keep my information and phone number secure. I have expressed my concerns about my phone number is in high demand for sim swapping and how the situation is placing me in a vulnerable situation to be violated by theft crime. I have a case number L2-451001. I cannot get access to the number and have not received an esim. I'm under the impression there is another account that they know about that is more than likely unauthorized and my information is being transferred to the avoid exposure for law enforcement to find out what is going on. I have cooperated beyond measure leaving me vulnerable to account theft of my apple accounts and bank accounts. ********************** is not helping me with keeping my account and information secure. I tried to wait for the email but I never received an esim. They said I failed the security questions which is a suspicious thing to believe that indeed my information has been changed.
