1 starI have been having issues with Mint Mobile since early October of 2025. The customer service is terrible. I constantly get hung up on from their team for having issues. I reported that I am not receiving many phone calls. They say that they've "fixed the issue" but, it never happened. My account was charged automatically when I was never set up to be on autopay. Then the male representative lied to me and tried to belittle me and told me that it was. I was never on autopay in the past. The man lied and said that it is required to be on autopay if youre with mint mobile. I know that's a lie. Now I'm charged and couldn't get out of this 3 month ring circus that I've been experiencing. **************** is rude to you and hang up on you. BUYER BEWARE: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE AND WILL CHARGE YOU MULTIPLE CHARGES AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER GOOD LUCK! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND MY WORST REGRET!Mint Mobile

1 starThis is a scam. My family and I joined 23 days ago. They are constantly saying that my daughter needs more data. I've paid for an additional 10GB but only 3GB have made it to her account. They've acknowledge the problem is on their end and they've promised to fix it. But they haven't. So "scam" might be too kind. They are "incompetent scam artists." That's more accurateMint Mobile

1 starA nightmare that needs to stop! They tell you the service is $15.00 monthly for 3 months. Then during the last month they offer you to keep the plan so you keep it by paying the additional cost....or so you think. When the date of expiration comes they send you a text message that says unfortunately your payment was not accepted. I paid my bill on 11/02/25 and today 11/11/25 at 5:19 p.m. you stop my service and say you never received my payment! How is that the payment was not accepted and I'm not notified of it until the 3 month period has expires (today) at which time you request that I pay $128.00 for telephone service and because I refuse my telephone is disconnected. What a **** of a company. We really do need to watch wo we allow to operate in this country.Mint Mobile

1 starMINT MOBILE ******* SUCKS! DON'T EVER USE THEM! DON'T EVER GO TO THEM FOR A PHONE PLAN! I SINCERELY HOPE THEY GO OUT OF ******* BUSINESS FOR HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE AND HOW USELESS THEY ARE!I was on a 7 day free trial and on day 6, I went to renew it and it wasn't taking ANY of my methods of payment (especially ******** On day 7, I called them 4 ******* TIMES AND WAS HUNG UP ON EVERY ******* TIME (and it wasn't from the fact that my trial ended because it hadn't yet at the time of me making the phone calls; I know because I was still receiving calls from others at the same time)! Every f****** time I called them they kept reiterating the same ******** to me, which I told them I was already told this and how useless the information was. Every f****** time they tried to set me up with a plan and "walk me through the app" even though one of the main issues (THAT I TOLD THEM) was the app itself. Then they transfer me to customer/tech support who then hangs up on me!DON'T even get me started on the fact that I can barely hear them because it sounds like they are working in the middle of a busy metro station plaza or some ****.Contacting their customer support got me nowhere for they were as useless as t*** on a f****** boar (and let's not forget that they HUNG UP ON ME EVERYTIME)! The app NEVER worked for me on the device I had with ********************** and on multiple friends' devices. I even tried to take the number to T-Mobile and couldn't even manage to get the info I needed from these a** clowns to do that!Mint Mobile

1 starI have an RV with a Winegard 4G Cell Modem/Router.I will be travelling and thought that Mint Mobile would be a cheap alternative. I looked up their phone number and called a sales ***resentative in April 2025. At that time I explained that the system is a hotspot and would need a lot of data. She told me that would not be a problem. I selected a 3 month 20 GB plan to make sure it worked. It worked fine using it sporadically sitting in my yard with no problems over the next couple of months. In July, I renewed and opted for the yearly unlimited plan over the phone. I explained the use and he said no problem it was unlimited data. Neither *** mentioned a hotspot limit. Finally took our first trip the beginning of October 2025. After many hours and runarounds I found out that they only allow 10GB to be used for hotspot each cycle. Since I paid a year in advance I expect to be on a yearly cycle. Contacted the call center for a refund twice now with the same runaround, even from the supervisors, always have to confer with the team (review recordings) and will call me back in an hour. I do not think the call center is in the **** Still waiting. Next stop ************ (which **** ******** has people watching for him, I am sure) and the ************************ to file a deceptive practices complaint. ***********, which is currently closed due to the government shutdown and not taking new complaints. They have until then to refund and make me satisfied.Mint Mobile

1 starI Bought Mint Mobile with one year subscription an year ago by making full paying in advance, the phone supposed to be unlocked after continuing the service for 90 days I used the service for one year, after that when i wanted to change the service to other service provider phone is still blocked.I raised a customer service complaint ********** Its more than 10 days the phone is still blocked.Where as the ticket supposed to be fixed in ***** hours.Please help to fix the issue as soon as possible.Mint Mobile

2 starsMy sim was fraudulently swiped and account stolen. Have been in contact with Mint Mobile many times over past 6 days to resolve issue. They have assured me they are working on it and that my account and number can be recovered but I have had no resolution and am still with out a cell phone. I am very dissatisfied with their handling of this situation and feel it is not going to be resolved. Very poor handling of customer fraud.Mint Mobile

1 starI was looking for a low cost **************** ***************** ***** worked for my needs at the time.The coverage was an issue **************** checked the phone and said everything was working properly. I had 2 places that had poor coverage both Property's I own 1 with poor coverage and 1 with no coverage (I would have to drive down the street to use the service. In Short I was paying for a year of service at a time 12/Months $324.92 the yearly payment was made and then I Changed to another Provider. Expecting a credit for the unused service, from MINT *****. Never received a credit. I called customer service to ask about the charge and wanting a credit. As soon as they heard I wanted money back I would receive a hang-up. I have phone records for about 5 times I tried to call to work this out. Did a charge back through the payment service that I used to pay for the service. To find out the amount was charged back to **** called MINT customer service again and a representative worked on it with me for over 17 minutes, Was sounding promising then she asked for my email address then Click, GONE! So here I am Starting a Claim with the BBB. and wanted to put my Review of MINT ****** If you are not providing the service I paid for REFUND the money. Now I have MUCH BETTER COVERAGE and a bad experience with ending the relationship with **** ******Very disappointed in a service provider being so bad at customer service.*** C NOTE: I did not want to leave a 1 STAR Rating but it would not let me continue without putting in a star rating of none.Mint Mobile

1 starComplaint Summary:I am filing this complaint against Mint Mobile for failing to provide the referral bonus I am owed under their referral program. Despite meeting all the stated requirements, Mint Mobile has refused to honor the bonus due to an alleged improper use of the referral link a technical issue that was beyond my control.Details of the Issue:On or about 10/21/2025, I referred a new customer to ****************** using the referral program link provided through my Mint Mobile account. The individual completed a qualifying purchase and activated their service under Order Number MT8849932.Afterward, I was informed that I would not receive the referral bonus because Mint Mobiles system did not register the referral link properly. However, both I and my referral followed the process as described on Mint Mobiles official website. I have screenshots and communication records supporting that my referral signed up using the intended link.Mint Mobiles decision to deny the referral bonus appears to be based on an internal technical failure or tracking error within their system, not on any user mistake or violation of terms. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, the company has refused to manually verify and issue the referral credit that I am rightfully owed.Resolution Requested:I am requesting that Mint Mobile:Honor the referral bonus associated with Order #**************** and correct their referral tracking process to prevent this issue from happening to other customers.Mint Mobile
