1 starHands down the worst coverage I have ever experienced in my 41 years. Stay away from these people, they also dont give a refund after 7 days. Unfortunately it was after 7 days and no WiFi at the house that we found out we had no signal at home.Mint Mobile

1 starI tried contacting Mint Mobile as a current customer to port my ****** Voice number to Mint Mobile after already have done it for another number in the family on the same account but was told I could not, that porting numbers is only for new customers. And it took the customer service agent over an hour to tell me that much.Mint Mobile

1 starI purchased Mint Mobile service, but the signal quality was extremely poor and unreliable in my area. I experienced dropped calls, no internet connection, and could not use the service as advertised.I called Mint Mobile customer service several times to report the issue and asked for assistance or a refund, but they did not resolve the problem or offer compensation. The service continued to perform poorly despite troubleshooting and support attempts.I paid $411.50 for the plan and received no usable service. I would like a full refund or credit for the amount I paid.I also filed a dispute with ************** (****** World Mastercard), but they denied the claim, citing no billing error. However, this is clearly a case of a service not being provided as promised.Mint Mobile

1 starTruly awful customer service. My plan renewed today and I had trouble logging in to my account, so I contacted customer service to inquire about getting help logging in. The customer service representative was combative, argumentative, and kept me going in circles until finally admitting that it was apparently happening to multiple customers today.If they had started there, I would have left it and just tried again later and maybe contacted them again if I had to. Instead, I asked to speak to a manager. The representative tried to talk me out of asking for one multiple times before outright changing the subject, so here I am. 1 starI enrolled in Mint Mobile about 4 months ago ... I feel for the quirky Mint Fox and the low fees. The "offer" came with a 3 month trial, and a $45 rebate if you refer a friend. I sent a referral link to my wife ... who signed up too. I just followed up ... and we allegedly used the link incorrectly, so they wont honor the rebate. We may have clicked something wrong, but we brought over a second account. **************** refused to honor the $45 rebate ... we had just renewed for two 12 month plans ... they didnt care. Seems pretty scammy!Mint Mobile

1 starDo not purchase MINT mobile international pass. There is no guarantee it will work abroad despite verifying the country via their website. I purchased the 10 day international pass for $20 since I was traveling to ******. After activating the pass, immediately I had issues I contacted MINT customer service to troubleshoot but despite all options it still didn't work. So I asked for a refund to my credit card but they informed me that they could only give me $20 in MINT credits. Despite not being able to use the pass and calling 3 days after purchasing the pass, the agent said per **** policy they don't issue refunds back to your payment method, instead they give you mint credits. I asked to speak to supervisor but was refused. Be weary of purchasing their products because you will not be able to get a refund back to your initial payment method. After paying the entire year of cell service for two accounts I was denied a refund for $20 for the one international pass. I will definitely inform family friends and strangers to heed caution in purchasing any service with ****. I'll be looking into another carrier once my year is upMint Mobile

1 starSome of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Needed to add a second line to my phone. First I had to get past their idiot chatbot, which guards access to humans like Cerberus guarding the gates of H*** Which was kind of apropos, because once you make it past the chatbot, youre dealing with human automatons seemingly incapable of anything for which they dont have a script in front of them. (Who knows, maybe theyre just a different chatbot.) What should have taken a few minutes ended up taking a couple of hours with a sub-optimal outcome. Further proof, I suppose, that you get what you pay for,Mint Mobile
