    The service is terrible. **************** will waste your time, lie, then hang up on you. I bought a phone from mint mobile. It didn't work properly from day one. They will waste your time long enough to not have to refund your money. When contacting customer service, they will lie then hang up if you are persistent. I have called 30 times in 6 months with the same problems, service cuts out constantly and the phone glitches out every time I charge it. I have spent over 40 hours on the phone with them just to repeatedly get hung up on. Every solution they offer requires you to hang up. You will never be able to speak to the same person to resolve an issue.

    Seems like fraudulent advertising. I find the price of service. Then it says "New customer offer for first 3 months only; then full-price plan." But they do not tell you what the full price plan is, I looked through the entire website for half an hour and didnt find it. Brother had the same issue.

    I was also swayed by the **** ******** commercials. I mean, he seems like a decent person. I tried to switch my phone service over 4 days ago, and wasnt able to due to my phone being locked by my current carrier. No big deal. Bought a new phone. Wanted one *********** my tracking info and it said it would be delivered when I would be at work. No biggie. Tried to change delivery instructions online, and was not able to. I was told to call the shipper. Called Mint Mobile and was told they couldnt help me?Called ***** to adjust delivery to the local ***** office and was told I cant. Mint Mobile had restrictions that require my signature at the home. Was told that I needed to call Mint Mobile and have them call *****. No problem.Called Mint Mobile and staff agreed to call ***** with me on the line. Spoke to another ***** *** and a ***** supervisor, who finally was willing to help me to schedule a later delivery time, but there was a catch. I needed Mint Mobile *** on the line to talk with them, as they needed to provide the private shipping account info. I thought Great! The shipper is on the line. Wrong. He did not stay on the line.Spoke to several more staff members who hung up on me, and then finally another one who gave me two options. Be home to sign or cancel my order. I called back once again and a staff member agreed to call *****. This was only after I decided I would cancel the order and my service. I was told an order cancellation/refund couldnt be made until I shipped the item back first. Cant ship something I never received.She told me to call back in 30 minutes for the results. I guess she lied to me. Called back and spoke to another staff member, who didnt know anything about what I was calling about. I was placed on hold again, and then we told they had worked it out so I just needed to contact ***** to request a later delivery time. Once again all lies. ***** staff told me to go online and try to adjust the delivery instructions.

    I signed up for what I believed was an unlimited data plan with Mint Mobile. When I went to activate the service, I was told I needed a physical SIMbut the only one available was for a 15GB plan. I assumed this was compatible or would be applied to the unlimited plan. Unfortunately, it wasnt, and I unknowingly ended up with two overlapping plans.I reached out for help and explained the mix-up, but customer service denied my refund request, citing their 7-day policyeven though the issue was due to unclear communication on their end. I lost $90 for a service I didnt use.The customer support experience was deeply disappointing. Id caution others to double-check everything before signing upthere is zero flexibility or understanding once theyve taken your money.

    Terrible customer service. They told me to "sell my service" because they "couldnt" activate a plan that I bought. Huge scam. **** ******** should be ashamed of his business and customer service. Especially after being with mint this year would have been my 5th year but I tried to buy a new phone and they tried to scam me.

    simply put, if they have an issue and can't provide you service (their issue), they will not provide you your money back for unused service. They seem to be designed to fail at fixing their technical issues... but they are awesome at quoting their contract erms.

    I switched from T-Mobile Prepaid to Mint Mobile. I purchased a year plan with Mint and began the process of porting my number over. Tmobile successfully ported my number out, but Mint ran into an issue when porting the number in. I have lost all service, and Mint is just saying that I have to "wait" for them to fix things. If I want to leave **** at this point and go back to T-Mobile or another carrier, I am unable to port my number out because it is not active on Mint. I have lost my tmobile service because tmobile ported the number to Mint. According to Tmobile, Mint also put a lock on my IMEI number for a phone that I purchased a while ago (not from Mint). In summary, Mint essentially has me trapped by holding my number and IMEI hostage, and they are not giving me concrete updates or information. I am only being told that their technical team is working on it, but I am unable to speak with anyone on that team for more details.

    Zero customer service. Tried to check order status online and it said invalid order number even though it's the order number they provided in the receipt. Tried to call customer service and was hung up on 3 times. Automated chat asked 4 questions and press a number for each question. None of them pertained to my problem so I didn't press a number. After a minute automated voice can't on and say since it didn't get a response that was there cue to hang up. Really! That's what sorry gets from no response because the problem wasn't one of the 4 questions?

    I am extremely disappointed with Mint Mobile. I used my phone number for only four months, yet they continued to charge me without my approval. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, no one provided a proper resolution, and they refused to issue a ********* is completely unacceptable for a company to charge customers without proper communication or authorization. The lack of accountability and customer support has been frustrating. I do not recommend Mint Mobile to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service provider.
