2 starsI'm only writing to share my experience because my feelings are hurtI and I need to vent. This unfortunate circumstance has me baffled. Usually, with Mint, I am satisfied as a customer. I was just talking to a few people about how I liked the service and asked them to give it a try. As difficult as it is to get people to try something new. One of the people I was talking to about it said this week they wanted to give it a try. Now, I have to tell them about this experience, along with pros and cons from my point of view.Going in, I felt like you get what you pay for. I know that is not always true, but in most cases it is. Navigating to get the activation of the original start of service was a little rough, it took some time. Thinking to myself, low cost for the phone service, guess i'll have to sacrifice somewhere(customer service). After the initial start, I didn't have to call customer service much. The service itself seems as good as any other provider. The problem comes when you need customer service. **************** is very limited. I'm big on customer service, which is why I'm torn. Yes, I'm saving considerably, but now I have to weigh if the saving is worth the hassle. When having a problem, feeling like you are stranded alone on an island is the worst feeling ever. Help is non-existent. I'd rather be talking to a customer service representative than writing this review, maybe there is something I'm ****************'s my issue. I'm currently on a six month plan. Looking back on my pay statements, I usually make a payment somewhere between the 2nd and the 4th of the month that it is due. This month my phone is off and it's the 30th of the month. The month before, in my mind, the bill is due. I can pay now. I'm just frustrated because all I'm asking for is what is going on. If I'm wrong, set me straight. I believe l'll remain a customer, but a little communication can go a long way.Mint Mobile

1 starMint Mobile Has Completely Failed Me Zero Service, Zero Accountability Mint Mobile has been an absolute disaster, and Im at my breaking point.On September 26th, I drove to *******, ********. I had full data on the way there, but as soon as I arrived, my service completely died no data at all. I put up with it for the weekend and used Wi-Fi, assuming it would fix itself. But when I returned home near ************, I still had no data, no calls, no texts nothing.I contacted Mint support on Monday, and after pointless troubleshooting, I was told Id be transferred to another department. The transfer failed, and when I called back, I was given blatantly false information an employee claimed there was an outage in my area, even though I had just driven over 200 miles across ******** without a single bit of service, while another Mint phone in my house was working perfectly fine. So either the *** lied or had no idea what they were talking *********** (September 30th), I wasted two and a half hours with support, only for them to make the problem worse they reset my eSIM, and now my phone is stuck in activating mode, meaning I officially have zero service at all.For the record, Im using an iPhone 14 Pro in perfect condition. Per Mints suggestion, I went to *****. ***** confirmed there is absolutely nothing wrong with my phone or the eSIM *********** here I am days with no mobile service, countless hours wasted, employees feeding me incorrect information, and not a single real solution provided.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. If Mint cant get this fixed immediately, Im done and Ill make sure everyone else knows exactly what kind of service they can expect.Mint Mobile

1 starRecently I purchased an iphone with a plan. As a current customer I activated the phone. I then proceeded to call Mint Mobile to make sure the 12 month plan was activated. What they fail to mention on the website is they suggest current customers to go to the Apple store and get a phone. Because I purchased a phone from their website and I am a current customer, I am out $180.00. The *** was amazing but I should not have to transfer to another service to bring my number back to have the plan activated. I should not have to sell the phone to then go to the Apple store and get another new one. The *** tried her best but the solutions offered did not help me. Needless to say, I am out $180.00.Mint Mobile

1 starIf I could leave zero stars, I would! This company is a complete joke and have zero resolutions to the issue Ive been experiencing. My husbands eSIM magically disappeared and he hasnt been able to use his phone since. They attempt to troubleshoot the problem with no success. They first claimed it was an outage even though no outage was reported and my phone worked just fine, exact same phone and plan. After days of arguing about the phone not working, they then say we need a physical SIM card. Waited 3 days for that to not work. They now claim its an Apple problem. Called Apple, nice guy, but unable to solve the mysteriously missing SIM. Then I called to get my account number and transfer PIN, they apparently need to start a ticket for their backend office to be able to release such information. Another day of waiting. My husband has been without his business phone for 11+ days. We are losing thousands because of this. All they can say to me is I understand and Im sorry theres nothing more I can do even when Ive spoken to several managers and supervisors and several of my tickets have been supposedly escalated to a higher department!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MINT MOBILE!!! They are absolute garbage!!!!Mint Mobile

1 starTried on several occasions to get mint mobile Summer deal and each time I tried to purchase it failed. Even with a mint employee on the phone. I contacted my bank and my card was fine and able to use it else where. I called into today and the sale is over and they will not work with me to get the deal I was trying to get so save some money.Mint Mobile

2 stars************* is great in my area. We are even able to leave out of state and it still worked. However, the customer service is terrible. Another company that sent jobs to call centers overseas where the workers barely speak English and there is no accountability PERIOD! If you get told wrong information from their agents, oh well, that's not the next persons problem. Only a half a** sorry they told you wrong. I have had the security of my account and payment methods compromised due to their agents fault. When I asked for a manager she said that what he did was allowed in the system and he did nothing wrong. All of this for a password reset so i can access my account.Mint Mobile

1 starMint mobile sales team suggests that the yearly, one time charge, provides a better monthly discount, and not to worry because you can cancel anytime. What they don't tell you is that, if you cancel, you won't get any of your money back on the prepaid 12 month plan. Very deceptive. They should clearly mention that instead of burying it.Mint Mobile

1 starI used Mint in the past & loved it. However, i just bought a new phone & plan with them & paid extra for overnight shipping. It has been 8 ******** still have not received so much as an email from them about my order, which is still not even fulfilled, let alone shipped. When I called them, apparently they cananot even FIND my order. I will be pursuing a refund. I will never use Mint Mobile again.Mint Mobile
