1 starI signed up for new service and purchased International roaming, and never got credit for it. I called in everyday for 2 weeks and every time I was told it was being fixed and they would escalate it to management. It was never fixed. After 2 weeks I asked for a refund and at first they said ok. Then they denied my refund because 7 days had past.Mint Mobile

1 starWhen I ordered I was told I could upgrade to higher data plan at introductory *********** they used half my data in 2 days and with previous carriers that was all I used in a month because I am home majority of time in wifi. I called to pay difference of introductory price plus taxes and govt fees to upgrade to more data and they changed(upped price) if I wanted to add more data. Horrible customer service. Retention did nothing to help me because they said their system wouldn't let them do that. Then I tried to cancel and said I would continue rest of month and to refund me for two other months I paid for they said they couldn't do it. They state one thing on website and do another.Mint Mobile

1 starI purchased mint mobile along with wireless plan 3 weeks ago.I almost called the customer service ******* and each time call lasted for about 45mins but until today I was not able to use device and call or text using phone purchased on Mint.I deeply regret that I opted for Mint and now I wasted all my moneyMint Mobile

1 starTerrible service experience!On Dec 3, I paid for a 6 month plan for two phones and transferred two lines from ******** Mint was never able to setup the voicemail on the second line. They opened 6+ tickets and could not resolve the issue. The 2nd line couldn't receive texts messages from Mint with the passcode to complete the initial setup. The phone could send/receive calls, and it could send/receive texts but not from MInt. It was so bad that the other person on my plan gave up and bought a new phone from a different carrier. Mint doesn't have tech support you can talk with, the people on the line are simply gathering info for a different team but there's no follow through or resolution. We had at least 4 employees promise to call us to confirm if the issue was resolve and we received zero call backs. It's going to take 3 weeks for a refund, they've had my money since Dec 3 but I won't get a refund until Jan 18. I have no faith in their service and I've already turned off the auto renew option on my plan.Mint Mobile

1 starMint Mobile sent me a defective phone. Phone does not recognize the sim card. I contacted "tech support" the next day. They had me do a bunch of ridiculous things like reset the router etc. Finally they agreed that the phone was defective and promised to email the return information and label the next day. It never happened. I have sent at least eight emails and made at least 8 phone calls. This is obviously the scam. They string you along by telling lies until the opportunity to return the item has expired and then claim it is too late to make the return. At one point I did get a hold of a claimed supervisor who before doing nothing (get this) asked me for the first six and the last four digits of my credit card number. No legitimate business would ever attempt such a blatant scam. Avoid Mint Mobile !!!Mint Mobile

1 starIt has been 5 days and my business line is not transferred. I've asked to speak to a supervisor in chat and on the phone multiple times. **************** would rather argue with me that my issue is not a real concern than help to fix it. When asking for a direct line to file a complaint they brush it off and say they've noted my complaint. 80% of the time the chat drops before someone comes to assist, the rest of the time has been a huge waste with no real support. The agents assure my line will transfer by the end of the day. Meanwhile it appears that my previous carrier disconnected the line. After another chat they "reset" the transfer process stating it will be another 4 days to transfer. So a total of 9 days until I can complain again and still have the problem unresolved? This is my business phone and I am now losing customers and thousands of dollars each day. I will likely have to change my phone number on multiple services like ******* yelp, website, business cards costing me time and money. The choice to switch to mint has been terrible. Bad customer service, bad support, and loss of money and operational effectiveness for my company.Mint Mobile

1 starI'm not giving them no stars but they making me give them 1becuz I been waiting since Dec 7 & I paid them $107 4my service with the taxes they tricked me they said it was a free7days I paid4 a month of service & if I didn't like it I was free2 take my# & go 2another company but they lied! forcing me 2buy a 2month plan in order 2get my account# &pin# *** phone# that I've had4 ***** after I paid for 3month plan they have been refusing to activate my phone number that I brought from mint mobile company on a plant that I've already paid for. I have a cancer patient I need my phone to active access my doctor. Every time I call, I keep telling them I'm a mailman. They keep calling me a man I have repeatedly asked him not to call me a man because I am a woman. They hang up the phone in my face then when I called back to give me the runaround to the office closes, then they say that somebody is going to call me back from the back office when I ask to speak to management they hang up with me every time or give me some excuse. I'm sick of it because they r advertising great service it *****. I'm very ill and I need my phone to work for my doctor to review so I can get treatment I'm not able to reach my doctors I have no phone service is not there. Y should I have to be calling or text apps and all the rest of what I paid over $100 I am ill I need my phone working it doesn't make any sense I pay for full service and they can't go in there as supervisor & activate my service and every-time I call I get the runaround that I talk about they got a refund my money gonna take seven days my phone might be off. I don't need my phone off . You guys actor vouching ************** say how great it is but it *****. Nobody can speak English or understand English and quite frankly it shouldn't take a month for you to turn my phone service on for service that I had all with another company for free or give me my account number and pin and let me go. 1 starI referred my wife to Mint Mobile providing a Mint Mobile link in my account. The link was emailed to her and she signed up 12/8/23 using the link in the email for a new account. The referral was not showing ** in my account and hers. I called Mint Mobile customer service multiple times and they told me my wife used the wrong referral link. I have the email I sent with the referral link. I provided the order number, the day she signed up. **************** would not make good on the referral credits for me and my wife. I cannot recommend Mint Mobile and will never make another referral. Very poor business Model.I was with ***** before switching to Mint and their customer service was excellent.Review fromRyan B

1 starMint mobile Lost my number when I ported it to ****** FI. Very poor advance resolution when somehing goes wrong. I repeatedly had customer service agents end chats with me. Calling a representative came with massive back ground noise and them stateing to communicate through chat. ****** Fi User Connectivity T2 specialist stated they ported the number somewere else. Mint mobile claims they sent it after a glitch on their end.Mint Mobile

1 star****************** have had good service with mint mobile my issue is everytime I try to log on to my account it stats to verify my id with a text they say they sent yet in the whole year I have never received a text, which means I can not access my account. I phone and the worst customer service ever!! They always say it me and my phone yet I get text literally from everyone else, they never try to correct the problem. Let me log into my account please with out the extra process of a security code that is what my password is for. I will never recommend this company to any one. Shame on you. .
