1 starI was a new customer but highly disappointed by the actions of Mint mobile. Mint mobile has dropped the ball with me - they refused to refund me for mistakes taken on their end that has cost me a loss of ****** plus no cell phone activation. Basically they just stile my funds!!! After multiple failed attempts to activate an e-**** card & a promised physical sim card that never arrived, Mint cancelled my account on their own, then failed to acknowledge their mistakes but want to keep my funds. I am fighting for return of my funds - ******. I have and will notify everyone of this! If i could give them a neg 5 review i would! *************Mint Mobile

1 starI have tried to do business with Mint Mobile to begin a set up with them. They charged my account money and never gave me a conf number or order number. I have tried to contact them 6 times by phone and text but they keep saying they can't find anything. I had hoped to do business with them but I feel I was scamed.I do not recommed this company.Mint Mobile

1 starI have an update on my review, Because I waited for Mint mobile to fix the issues I do not qualify for a refund. even though I opened the first ticket the within 24 hours of starting service with Mint. If you have an issue, ask for a full refund immediately. I told the person that opened the ticket for the refund the entire timeline and representative ************************* didn't tell me I will not get a refund. Instead Mint sent me this email:We're sorry to hear that you were unable to use the services as expected. We have reviewed your request and upon further review, we find that we are unable to process a refund since the services are outside of our return policy.For more information, please visit the following link: ******************************************************************* truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. 1 starAfter speaking to Multiple Mint Mobile Reps ALL of them Sold me 5 GB data + unlimited talk + unlimited text for $15 per month (3 months at a time) and that After the 3 month promotional period if I kept the 5 GB per month data plan it would Continue at the $15 per month per line. Bait and Switch: as soon as the *** cards arrived and the phone numbers officially switched over to Mint Mobile I was then instructed to sign into my Mint Mobile app - THIS is when I realized I was lied to and instead of 3 month plans at the $15 per month it's suddenly $25 per month for the 3 month plans. If I wanted the $15 per month after the initial 3 months then I'd have to sign up for a 12 month Annual subscription. BAIT AND SWITCH.I called over to Mint Mobile to discuss this situation over the phone with their rep who has nothing to say except for "I'm so sorry the person you spoke with who signed you up misinformed you". When I let her know I'd actually spoken with 5 different reps who ALL confirmed the same misinformation before I moved forward with purchasing she didn't seem to care that much just repeated the same "I'm so sorry the person you spoke with who signed you up misinformed you". LAME response from a company who seems perfectly OK with selling something under the guise of something else. I DON'T appreciate the non-transparency. I DON'T appreciate being told 1 thing and getting something else. Mint Mobile needs to INSIST on Honesty and Integrity from themselves and their employees. To fix this problem: I need you to supply an "ongoing promotion" at 3 month increments like you've been "selling" (Promoting) OR allow your customers to cancel at anytime for a refund of any unused months.Mint Mobile

1 starI just spent two hours on the phone (including two "drops" from their end) trying to upgrade my line from 5GB to 15 GB, and to get an explanation for four, $200 transactions on my account. They could neither explain the charges nor upgrade my line. Honestly, I didn't think any customer service could be worse than ******** but Mint just surpassed them.Mint Mobile

2 starsI have been a new Mint Mobile customer for one month now. In that time, Ive experience two issues that I can not get addressed with satisfaction. First, text messaging has not worked correctly from day one. Randomly, I would not receive income texts or some text would be received hours or days later. I called into in Mint Mobile twice and both times they said they fixed it. They did not as Im still experiencing this issue. Secondly, I used a referral code from to my son to sign up for service. I am 100% certain on this as I wanted my son to receive credit. Again, twice connected to Mint Mobile to find out where the credit was. Both times received disappoint responses from their agents. Neither time would they connect me with a supervisor. Both issues are fairly minor but I would expect Mint Mobile to at least be a little more helpful. As I just came form ****** Fi and their customer service was always fantastic. My business will move else where when my plan expires.Mint Mobile

1 starIf I could leave 0 stars I would! I have NEVER seen a more deceitful, uncooperative, false advertising company-still allowed to transact business! The story is the same as many of the complaints here-except I apparently hung in there longer hoping someone at Mint would have some integrity and actually try to resolve the problem. FIRST, I did my due diligence (before having Mint switch my permanent number over) and bought a temporary 7 day Mint sim card and it worked. After 1 day, I called and bought 6 months of service at a "deal" promotion. The salesman talked me into an ESim and said it would only take a few minutes to change over my permanent number!!! Well, after 7 "Backroom" supervisors, 14 technicians, 20+ hours of phone and countless chats, 6 PROMISED RETURN CALLS THAT never CAME, OVER 20 promised emails that were never sent, 9 DAYS of torture and a near heart attack-I STILL AM NOT ACTIVATED!!! After the 2nd day of technicians and their numerous supervisors working to get the Esim activated they gave up and said they'd send a sim card to me express mail-since I had NO service for my permanent phone number and all texts were being sent to a voice mail that Mint also did not activate. After a WEEK, I still do not have a sim card or ANY service. EVERYDAY , I'm on the phone and/or chats for an average of 3 hours/day-WITH NO RESULTS AND JUST RUNAROUNDS. Unbelievable excuses like, "the supervisor sent in the express mail request on the wrong form but let's cancel your plan and I'll set it up right but your promotional plan is no longer available"! That's called ************** One supervisor asked me why I didn't handle this problem while communicating and log into my Mint account. Well I said I'd be more that happy to log into my account but none of your other technicians and supervisors could help me past the log in process when the log in asked to 'verify' me by sending a TEXT to my INACTIVATED number! ************************* should be ashamed to associate with Mint.Mint Mobile

1 starThis is the worst customer service I have been on the phone now for over 10 and a half hours for them to tell me there is nothing that they can do, to be hung up on, to be lied to about talking to a manager. To not be listened to and to have stuff happen to my account that I did not authorize. This company does bait and switch and now only 2 of my 3 lines are working they over charged me and they will not fix this told me I had to make another payment to have my 3rd account active. When I already made my payment for all 3 accounts. Now I have to wait till they open up again just to start all over to have my account fixed. Worst customer service ever.Mint Mobile

1 starTerrible experience with mint mobile. I purchased a phone and a sim card. I was really excited about trying mint mobile. I couldn't activate the phone for like 2 days. I came to find out the sim card didn't get activate before they sent it. One of the customer service representatives I spoke with was very rude and hung up the phone on me. The other 3 were good. I decided to get a refund because of the frustrating experience. I'm keeping my metro pcsMint Mobile
