    One month. 6 hours of customer service/hold time. Still no resolution. Mint Mobile Unwilling to put me thru to tech support to resolve issue. Paid upfront for services never rendered. Not sure how to resolve. Reps read their script but their hands are tied in resolutions. Its like a clown car.

    I requested for a refund two weeks ago after cancellation. They said I was going to get refunded then an hour later, I get an email saying the refund couldnt be processed because my bank had a hold on the refund (Huh??), I then sent proof from the bank (a confirmation email) showing that their claim was false. Ive now received an email saying that I didnt reply to their communication (which was also false) and hence theyll be canceling my refund request. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company despite talking to their chat agents almost everyday since and even getting two refund reference numbers. Ill now be proceeding with reporting to FCC as well. This is outrightly stealing!

    I had a freak issue were att relocked my device after ******* of perfect service all I have to do is add unlock code in my phone only way u can unlock is following on board steps clearly outlined by mint ******* and att yet they refuse to allow me to purge the device from the account n on board it like first time setup so I maybe allowed to enter unlock code n use serviced after 100s of calls n tickets had to find out the hard way what happened all they can do is say call Att n ******* when I know and have solution in hand worst experience ever now my $1400 device is a brick I can't use they got my money and my phone number n refuse to do a standard on boarding like it's first time setup out hours of work paychecks lost n it's cost me $100s to Uber to att n ******* stores to be told hey ur right mint is wrong mint must fix

    The service is decent at best, I mean you get what you pay for so that makes sense but still I am disappointed in the quality of service. Whenever I see ************************* face on tv I get a bit agitated that I payed for his service. The network is always slow if it isnt slow then its ********* unavailable, Ill be driving on the highway trying to make a call and I get a pop up saying ************* unavailable" which really just infuriates me seeing as how I need my phone to be RELIABLE. On the coverage map my city is in the green so I imagined my service would be at least decent but it isn't, whenever theirs a power outage I am essentially cut off from the rest of the world because mints mobile network is slower than dial up at least in my town. Please do not buy mint for the cheaper price it isn't worth it, the second my plan expires im switching carriers I've never had these issues before I guess its my fault for trying to save a few bucks but it isn't worth it.

    Sept. 9 2021 we cancelled our service. We called and told them we were changing carriers. They continued to charge us for two years. Because the ******************* speaks Spanish, she didn't realize what the charges were for. We called Mint Mobile over 10 times trying to get a refund. Each time our request was postponed ***** hours and then denied because their refund policy is there are no refunds after 7 days. Not one ***** was returned. We talked to supervisors and were guaranteed a refund and then denied after we called again to check on our case. When Mint Mobile makes the mistake, they should correct it.

    I use an a iPhone 13 and for about 5-6 months, but my ************ especially the signal has been awful. I've tried to resolve the issue but nothing has worked, such as removing sim and restart the phone. The issue with Mint and iphones seem to be well known. But when I contacted support they told me they cannot give a partial refund for my time remaining on the annual plan. Is there any way I can get a partial refund for the not working well product?

    Decent wireless service at a decent price, but customer service when dealing with an issue is a complete nightmare. I have spent over the course of a month and have yet to receive the phone I ordered or a refund. Every time you talk to a rep they put in a ticket to another department. Its a black hole of incompetence built on fake apologies and no solutions.

    I have been with Mint Mobile for 3 years, bought a new phone with them in 2021 and paid off. I have to leave Mint Mobile as they do not have good international options and my calls get dropped at home. I went to change providers and they have my phone locked. They are giving me the runaround and keep pushing out when they are going to unlock it. I live in **************** in winter and snow storms. My phone does not work because I cannot change to the new provider because of the lock and Mint is not helping at all.

    We sincerely apologize for the challenges you have encountered with the phone unlock process, this is very easy, if your iPhone is paid in full, you just need to provide some details about the order and the unlock request is sent, the process takes time up to 72 hours, on the other hand, if you didn't buy an iPhone, all Androids sold in 2021 were already carrier unlocked.
