    Awful company. Just trying to get information about swapping to mint and buying a new phone was far more difficult than it should have been. Finally able to order an iPhone 15 pro and they sent me an order that contained an iPhone SE 3rd gen, the cheapest iPhone on the market and it was someones order from another state entirely. When I called they could not tell me when I might get my phone and could not help me. Avoid this company. Do better.

    Terrible sign up experience. Do not use this company. I was quoted $****** for a 2 line 3 month plan (It was a buy 1 get 1 free). Asked to be sure and I was told this was the total cost for the plan including tax. When I logged in to my account the same day I saw the price was changed to $120 and only had one line. I complained about this right away and was told there was nothing they could do. Signing up to Mint Mobile has a VERY bad customer experience. Based on that I would urge everyone to stay away from this company.The ID of this conversation where I was quoted ****** is #********. My order number was MT4541152.

    The worst company to exist in wireless service. Let me start with the fact that I paid an additional fee to have their SIM card sent over night - over night - I received it 6 days later. Then to make matters worse, their unlimited plan is not unlimited. My service just stopped working because I had gone over my allowed data amount. I chose ************* plan because, well, it was to be unlimited plus. To make things even more of a nightmare their free 10GB of hotspot comes out of that allowed data amount & if you go over, which you shouldnt because its an unlimited plus plan, they expect you to pay an additional $20 for more hotspot. Long story short, @RyanReynolds owner @MintMobile has filed a ***** complaint with my bank @CapitalOne for filing a chargeback on services they never provided as stated in their ads. On February 12, @RyanReynolds @MintMobile is going to unethically deduct $89.80 from my SSI account. Ive never been so appalled & angry with a company to this degree. A representative by the name of ******** took the complaint call & she assured me someone would call me back to address not only my overnight pkg being shipped 6 days later to discussing the what unlimited plus really means. As a consumer I shouldnt have to question if what they market/promote/sell is true. I had Sprint from ***** - ***** & I never had to worry or question as to what their unlimited plan really meant and offered. Nobody ever called me. Nobody ever apologized for my overnight pkg being delivered to me 6 days later. Nobody bothered to even send an email. Nothing. ZIP.Im going to file complaints with the **** FCC, BBB & any other entity that *** be involved in overseeing a telecommunications company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MINT MOBILE.

    The service is always terrible. I submitted a request for my money back and they said its going to take **** business days. Why do companies do this? Especially spending a large chunk of this. The customer service is always rude and I wont recommend this service to anyone. Mint is horrible

    No stars for mint mobile thieves. I paid $1,177. For 1 year (12 months) for 3 lines service. When I was not happy with service on day 8 I canceled and requested a refund. They guarantee refund in 7 days, I would have been unhappy if they gave 11 months refund. Instead they denied all $1,177. They are thieves. Since I am in poor health I decided the stress of filing reports with regulatory and law enforcement may be more than my heart can handle. If your considering mint mobile, I suggest you be extra careful. I've chosen not to use harsh repulsive language hoping people will choose carefully. I may call again at some point, I think they have deleted me entirely from their records, so they can deny the entire ordeal. I have kept all references, account numbers, names, emails and calls.Just in case some attorney, paralegal or agency with influence may be of some use. I don't know if there is a statute of limitations?If anyone has a thought or opinion, let me know. I would have given negative stars if it were available. DJ BEAM

    We purchased 4 plans 1 month ago, two with SIM cards two with e-SIM. My wife broker her phone and purchased a 200 dollar phone from Mint Mobile. It arrived mid January with a SIM card. Upon setting up the phone it did not work, after days with support they sent a replacement sim card. That sim card did not work. Upon three more days with support and our case being escalated three times, they have not been able to fix the problem We asked for a different phone because it must be faulty. They said the phone has a 7 day return policy and is NO LONGER under warranty!!They have systems of phone selling and support that are separate and do not coordinate AVOID AT ALL COST, it is not a savings, it is scam.

    I have been facing issue of NO CALLER ID whenever i call other person even if they have my number saved, since June 2023. After reaching out to customer service so many times, they kept issuing me different ticket numbers every time and gave me a fake promises that my issue will be resoled and also they will give me a call back after 24/48/72 hours. However, my issue has never been resolved. Because of this issue no body was picking up my call, i had to apply for a job and i no body was receiving my call! Once i told that, i will get discount if my issue has not been resolved. And when i called back to get my discount they denied for it. They are refusing my refund request, specifically for the service that I'm not gonna use. After reaching out to them multiple times politely, i got frustrated when i had talk with them for the last time and they asked me to be professional, i want to ask them is it professional for them to not resolve an issue for which i have been asking for a long time? And you are expecting me to be polite?
