    Mint Mobile stole my money.After being with Mint for over 2 years, i was informed this january that they would be switching to 5G ONLY networks as of early april and i will have to upgrade my phone, which i just bought last year.Last thursday my phone stopped being able to send and recieve calls and texts, and when i called the customer service line, they told me they had switched their network early, and "tough sh**", essentially.Frankly im appalled that its legal to force your customers to upgrade, or that 3 months is enough time, or that its acceptable to lie to your customers. In fact when i pointed out to the girl on the phone that the company lied to me, she said "no we didn't" and then proceeded to explain to me how the company lied, and that she can't help me.

    Mint advertised Refer a friend for significant savings. I referred my son to change to Mint which he did. Apparently he did not click on the referral link, and called Mint for help with the transfer. The savings were not awarded, and Mint would not credit the referral I feel Mint Mobile used false advertising.

    I purchased my phone and plan at the same time for 12 months all the coverage on my area says 5g mid band, it a load of c*** after troubleshooting for weeks they said " we so sorry but we have to update are coverage map" and after they said it was updated that was also a lie because still show my area not just covered but with 5g midband I'm lucky to get 2g Then at the same time I had a sim card come with my phone that said refer a friend just give them this and will take care of the rest and confirmed with live agent if my referral bonus was good and they said " don't you worry we have it all covered give it 15 business days" one month later still nothing I contacted support about it and now they are saying because I didn't send a link out it doesn't count so all that referral bonus is just gone. Trust me the phone is cheap but man the service is too you have no idea what kinda of h*** you will go threw if you give this company any money Don't be like me and fall for some year plan bs, they are awful and push ************************* as a front man to get sales Even that is a lie too if you look into his ownership he nothing more then just a dude that bought stock options just a paid actor.Gps services are also terrible maps will crash all the time because you have no service Google assistant bugs out and stop responding resulting in you having to restart your phone 10 times a day If you fail to find a tower it will connect to the 2g tower which for me changes my time from CST to EST so time is always off by 1 hour

    Mint Mobile stole my money. After their website enthusiastically said my phone was "Compatible" I purchased 3 months of service for data, phone and text. ************* was spotty at first and after a month I was completely unable to receive or send phone calls or access my voice mail. Reaching out to technical support they told me my phone was only "Partially Compatible" and I would need to buy a new phone for full service then closed my ticket without any correspondence. After twice requesting a refund and to cancel services because of this and getting no confirmation on my third attempt I was told "Sorry, you can't get a refund because you fall outside of our 7 day policy". I requested at least a partial refund and cancellation and that was also outright refused. I spent $100 on 3 months of service and did not receive the product I paid for but was refused my money back. Then they even told me I could not cancel my service and would have to let it run out. Mint Mobile is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Go with another carrier.

    Terrible They are unable to transfer my phone number. Three hours on the phone with multipul low level customer service people who repeate the same exercises over and over again. No other technical support available.So now I have no phones and am being billed by two phone companies, my previous one and Mint.A collosal waste of my time and I wonder if what they are doing is even legal.

    It was so awful. Mistakes were made on their end that would have made me go 3 days without cell service and with them claiming responibility I had to move on to another cell service to maintain uninterupted service. When I got to ***** **** would not port **** my number but promised to by the next day. The next day has come and gone and they still have not ported my number to **** so hoping to go back tomarrow with better luck but they keep coming up with another excuss not to mention the 7 or so disconnects that mysteriously keep happening. They SUCK!

    Good phone service that used to be great. I liked the uproam feature for international calling and data but now you have to spend a minimum of $10 a day when traveling. I don't need all that data! I'm honestly thinking about switching because their new international options are so horrible.

    Worst experience of my lifetime. Mint is one of the most fraudulent vile companies to ever exist. Their level of incompetence is matched only by their burning desire to make the customers experience as frustrating as possible. I ordered a phone from them and it was deemed damages and never made it to me. I spoke to Mint for countless hours, messaging them on chat and social media. After two months, nothing has happens except fake promises. Its a constant repeat of being gaslit with apology, a promise it will be solved followed by my case being escalated to the back office team and a promise the issue will be solved in 48 hours. Three days later after nothing has happen I call back and find out my ticket was closed and there is no resolution. Then repeat these steps every 3 days for two months gaslit into insanity. Never ever do business with this company.

    Terrible experience!!!! Each number had its own different account number, when i went to switch it over to a different carrier because "ironically" the prices got way more expensive after the initial deal; anyways, each phone had its own account number and transfer pin. It took us over an hour trying to get access to these account numbers. The ONLY two options they give you to get the account number and transfer pin is to either they send a text to a sim card (which we had 1 never get the text) and two they want 5 phone numbers over the last 90 days. Well we had a broken phone for 90 days, so we didn't have this as an option, and the phone was broken so no way to text either?!? They suggested using a "spare" phone like we all just have extra unlocked phones lying around?!?! Then asked for a supervisor, which while we waited on hold there was no supervisor available at any time so she said she couldn't do anything to help us. SO the only solution was to get a whole number phone number, and we all know how inconvenient that it is! Never again will I use this company and never will I recommend it.
