    We had to call 5 different times over 4 hours on the phone, we were hung up on, "transferred" and disconnected. This is after buying 5 new phone and paying for a full year of service for each. The issue is one phone says owned by an organization and the privacy setting says set by Admin. ******* says this is a Mint mobile issue , this is so frustrating this is a NEW PHONE, not refurbished and all I am getting is the run around.

    Id give zero stars if I could. Ive used 3 different cards a d even verified with my bank I e made those purchases, AND made a large purchase notice. *** placed the order 4 times through a representative and each time my order was cancelled. They tell me everything is fine and perfect just waiting to ship and then they cancel my order and dont even tell me. HORRIBLE customer care and cant even tell me anything besides your bank cancelled the order

    Wow!I've seen several advertisements from Mint Mobile and I was shocked! Your representative/actor uses the **bomb over and over and over. It was disgusting and disturbing. Why would you think that the worst kind of vulgar profanity would attract customers to want to join on with Mint Mobile? I know the world's morals are decaying, but you'd think that businesses (your business) would have enough sense to draw the line and set some principled standards --not all the customers you are trying to appeal to are decadent reprobates.You should consider who on your advertisement team is, as well as who approved this type of advertising is, that thinks this it good for your business... because it is not!I was considering switching to Team Mobile, but this experience stopped me in my tracks. Plus, I will share these feelings with others.Please set some principled standards.

    I paid for three months of Mint Mobile services. There was a problem with my cell phone so I transferred my cell number to another carrier. I then asked MINT Mobile for a new cell phone number to use on an old cell phone and THEY REFUSED and said since I took my cell number else where they (Mint Mobile) would not give me another MINT Mobile cell phone number. This was ONLY one week after I had paid for THREE months of Mint Mobile cell phone services. Reception was poor anyways but still I feel like the company ROBBED ME! 5G service Mint Mobile that is a LAUGH! More like -5G (negative 5 G) reception. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! BUYER BE WARE!

    Trash. Since the very beginning. It's like this company was created just to **** people off. S***** customer service and s***** phone service. I literally have two phone numbers somehow and it confuses everyone I text. I've watched people dial my number and it rings but doesn't come through my phone at all. I wonder how many calls I am missing. Switching to Mint was a mistake and I would highly advise against it!!!

    Absolutely the worst experience ever! I felt ripped off and scammed. I received many different responses from mint agents. I never received the same response twice. The first issue was trying to activate the **Sim. After 5 hours and 7 agents later, I finally had the service activated. After all the frustration I experienced just trying to activate the phone. I decided to switch back to my original provider.I requested a refund and was denied. Mints policy says I have 7 days after activation. I requested a refund multiple times with in the 7-day period. I was denied and told, that I waited too long, and not only will they not take the phone back, but I will also not receive the money I spent on the plan either. They said because it was a bundle package, I would not receive a refund for either the device or phone. So, Mint is keeping over a $1000 of my money for a device and a plan I will never use.

    I rarely need to access my Mint Mobile account online, since I purchase a six month plan and make no changes to the plan. Recently I received a message from Mint indicating my remaining international roaming fees that were unused due to failure of Mint to provide international service would be transferred and made available to apply to plan renewals. I attempted to access my account using both the Mint app and their website. Neither of the methods worked, so I attempted to reset my password, which requires a verification code to be sent by Mint before they send a temporary password. Each time I requested a verification code it never came through. I spent over two hours on the phone and on a chat with their technical support staff and the problem was not resolved. I still do not have access to my account.However, the tech support person suggested I change my plan and start from scratch!!! Wow!!!That is beyond shoddy. I would give their technical support capability zero stars if I could.You get what you pay for. Cheap service and ZERO tech support.

    Terrible. Phone plans and everything work, but customer service is the pits. Refer a friend promo doesn't work at all, loads of s**t from customer service to fix everything, and they still haven't.
