    Have terrible service area. I am 72 year old woman that drives many miles. I will be alone and having poor/no service is dangerous. I called Mint several times for help and nothing. I finally transferred to a different carrier. I had paid for a years service and have 8 months left. Mint refused to refund my balance citing money would only be refunded within 7 days of service renewal. I cant be without service area even in my certain areas of inside city limits in my own town. Certainly not 8 more months.

    My uncle paid for 1 year unlimited service. He died 3 months later. I have never gotten such a run around from a company for a refund for the unused service. They phone was disconnected about *************************************************************************** Feb. The phone was turned off under the premise that a refund would happen 7-10 days later. Either turn the phone back on or refund the money, you can't have it both ways. What a sham company. No wonder your not backed by the BBB.

    Ditto X 1000 ******************'s not funny Mint. Everything is a joke with you jerks. Not funny when you have a spouse at home that you are losing a little every day. She panics when she can't talk to me as I go for medicine or groceries. Hopeless customer service. ****

    Mint Mobile is stating that they did not lock my phone but yet on my iPhone it states that ultra mint mobile is my carrier . My phone is locked and they will not help me with this issue. I ended up buying a new phone because I own a business and rely on my iPhone for service.

    I have just had the single worst customer service experience of my life.My family's 3 phone lines were set to auto-renew today for 3 months at $30 per month per line. Only one $90 renewal was processed and the other two lines were disconnected. I contacted customer service via the website and was told they could take care of the renewal of the other two lines for me. My wife's phone came on almost immediately, but I was charged $480 for those two lines!When I contacted customer service again, I spent almost 3 hours with them in all, trying to explain what had happened, but they kept saying things that weren't true (that I had authorized a 12-month renewal, for example) and told me the only option I had to get a partial refund for the $480 in unauthorized charges would be to temporarily suspend the accounts for up to 7 days.I explicitly asked them not to disconnect my phones, but I don't trust them. They continue to insist that no actions would be taken without my consent... and therefore I must have consented to the $480, which I most certainly did not. I can't trust them to keep to their word of keeping the phone lines active and therefore I need to find another phone company tomorrow.

    Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! You can't get a hold of anyone. Tried 20 times to get the foxbot to get me a live agent but no luck. **************** phone number won't get you an agent. There should be laws against not being able to reach customer service. I'm going back to my previous carrier when my plan is up. Also, I have tried many times to get through not just this one time.

    This so called company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES I have ever encountered.This nightmare with them started at the end of February and I have yet to get our refund of over $600.00 they owe us.This started when we purchased 1 new phone from them, 2 plans (paid in full for a year) and an extra $15.00 for "expert customer service help for seniors"!The phone they sent they could never get to work. After speaking with 16 different people, a plethora of being sent to many departments, spending endless hours on the phone, being hung up on 3 times as well as a customer service person say "Aw F**** " to me I requested a REFUND!!!!!They sent me to someone in the "back office" who gave me my customer number as well as my transfer pin. I forwarded that information on to our new carrier and guess what??? They sent me an email stating MM told them it was the wrong customer number and pin. I called MM again, the person said I would get a return phone call in an hour and I never EVER got a call back and this is 3 days later!!It has been since MArch 14th that MM said I would get our $600.00 plus refund. We have received NOTHING!!!! We are hoping the Better Business Bureau will help us recoup our money.To say this has been stressful is an understatement. We are a retired couple, one with a terminal illness and our goal was to save a little more money in our fixed budget. Horrible customer service (It should be called "run around service" and horrible business practices as well.)THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND CONTINUES TO BE SO UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR REFUND IN FULL! Buyer beware is an understatement!!!

    The unlimited plan was deceiving, I was under the impression that unlimited also meant unlimited hotspot as well.

    I'm very disappointed in my experience with Mint. I bought the unlimited data plan, believing I would be receiving 100gb of usable data. However, I can only really use 40gb. The remaining 60gb are throttled so bad that I cannot even search on ****** or open any of my apps. I don't like that Mint is not upfront about what you're really paying for. I do not recommend this service.
