    Bad company. Looks like a great deal on paper, but the service does not work. When attempting to resolve issues through customer service be prepared to spend a full day. The help technicians run through the same script and as soon as you mention that something may have worked they terminate the chat forcing you to start over. Having mint mobile on your deviceis the closest you can get to not having a phone at all. The times you need data or messaging you will have to scramble around to find the nearest free WIFI. I know T-mobile has poor coverage, but even in major cities you will have the same experience. The phone doesn't work even in the places where there should be coverage.

    I would leave a 0 star if I could.Ordered Mint Mobile for my kids phone. At first there is almost no service- its unreliable, dropped calls, goes into sos mode constantly etc. we went a couple weeks without paying for the plan because it didnt work, so then we reactivated it but now it didnt work at all. The phone is compatible but nothing works. Had to create a new service. Back and forth with customer service, hours on end. Had to reorder a SIM card, which cost an additional $10. I didnt want to pay that. I decided Im just going to cancel entirely by this point but its been about a week since I paid for the new service and guess what? They have a 7 day refund policy. But despite this, the customer service **** guaranteed I would still get a refund because the phone just was not working on their service. It was denied. Another phone call, hours later, was finally given the refund and a refund number. Another week goes by, guess what? Turns out the rep lied to me and the refund was denied. Again. They said its past the 7 days well NO SH*T, you said it would take up to a week to show up in my bank. Like I get this is a cheap service but now Im out the money for 3 months I prepaid for and they lied right to me about approving my refund since I was having so many issues. Its like a 3 ring service getting any help with them, or speaking to an actual agent vs the bot. If you want affordable, reliable service get a prepay through an existing phone company (like ******** that has a physical store you can go in to for help.I wasnt going to leave a review until I found out I was lied to and given a fake number in hopes I would shut up and leave them alone (they must have thought I wouldnt notice the refund not going into my bank?)Theyll just take your money and if you have issues, you are SOL.

    Switch at your own Risk. **************** reps Cant seem to do anything than tell you to wait and be patient. Recently switched and every time I called I keep getting told that I need to wait 2-4 hrs for an email, 5 Hours without service and they keep telling me I gotta wait 2-4 hours for an email to receive my E-Sim

    HOrrible customer service. I have had dropped calls and service every **** day for 3 months and everytime they say "it wont happen again" it happens every **** time. I asked for my complete refund back because this is not what i signed up for and says they have coverage in my area but they cant keep me covered with stable service. then they instult me with $10 credit like i want to continue their service so i can experience more little to no service . ************************* company is a joke. make sure to boycott this mobile service.

    If you are a military service member, be careful with this company! I am active duty military and recently received orders to deploy out of country. I had previously purchased a 360-day prepaid plan with Mint, and had over 60 days left on the plan. I contacted customer support for pro-rated refund and referenced the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. However, they refused to help, and it was apparent they didnt have any policies in place to deal with this matter. It is amazing that there are over 1 million service members in the country and a company as large as Mint Mobile doesnt have the policies in place to deal with a matter like this.

    Worst company Ive ever dealt with , more than 2 hrs to try and change address so a replacement sim could be sent , 3 diff people one supervisor and it still went to the wrong address, told them if the next one didnt come overnight it would be useless as my son was headed to sea , assured me it would ! Its to arrive in 4 days!! None of the links work that they send to track , dont make the same mistake and pre pay for a year!!

    Good *********** provider in that they have decent phone coverage, but the customer service absolutely is terrible. If anything goes wrong don't expect any actual help, even when they are legally required to provide it. Background, been using mint mobile now for several years. Recently, my wife and I had phones that were getting a little old. When Mint offered a sweet sale on the ****** 8 two months ago my wife and I decided to stay with them and ordered the on sale ****** 8, one each. **** came in fine a couple of days later; my wife's though was lost/stolen by ***** while it was still in another state (ig no porch pirates, just lost in transit). We contacted Mint mobile help and they were not helpful. After several hours of back and forth with ****'s help desk they finally said that since the phone had been turned over to ***** that we needed to contact ***** for the replacement. My wife and I worked with ***** to try and process a claim and after HOURS finally were told by ***** that since 'the party filing the claim is not the shipper or the payor of transportation charges to ***** that the customer must obtain and provide a claim filing waiver from the shipper (on company letterhead if the shipper is a company)." We then went back to Mint mobile and tried to explain that ***** confirmed that the package was lost but that we could not file the claim. Mint mobile effectively told us over the course of several calls "tough luck, keep trying with fed ex". I am not at the point where I am getting paperwork together to go to small claims court to get the phone I paid for, which I KNOW could be resolved easily and quickly if the right person at mint called their ***** account executive to process a claim from Mint and just have Mint ship me the phone. Like ***** is legally required to pay the retail cost of replacement, so Mint loses nothing. Instead over 20 hours in and going to small claims court. SMH

    horrible customer service and horrible ********************** service. i was on the phone with them several times in one day. the last call it took the rep over 30 minutes just to verify the information on my account and not one person would help me.
