1 starMint Mobile refuses to reset the password on our Grandsons account unless he has his phone.His phone slipped out of his pocket and fell down a grate. Can't get it back.We want to transfer the phone number to a new phone. My husband is the account holder.Our Grandsons U14 Soccer Team is going to ***********He needs to keep that phone number. How do they think he can reset his password on a phone that is under the street.My husband tried for an hour to get help.NO they won't help.Mint Mobile

1 starMint Mobile reneged on their money back guarantee. After three days of being unable to activate their sim card(s), I gave up and cancelled. they have yet to refund the 3 months up front money or ***** for sim cards.Mint Mobile

1 starMint Mobile has a terrible service department.First, they divide it into levels one and two with one being unable to do anything that involves your actual paid-in status, in other words getting your service to work when the money is involved.The Level 2 people may or may not actually call you once you finally are given a L2 ticket. Often, they call and just get a ring tone, then take another call and ignore you when you answer. When they do finally see an open line, they disconnect it and file your ticket as closed- CANNOT Connect.When you call back, you will find that the entire problem is due to what they call an account FLUSH. It means that they cancelled you and put the money somewhere else - NOT SURE WHERE.Theoretically, it was refunded to you and is on its way to your bank. But don't get all excited - IT will never get there,Unless you have a ticket that begins with L2, you will have to start all over with the L1 people who cannot help you.My recommendation - THERE ARE OTHER CHEAP ALTERNATIVES. USE ONE OF THEM.Mint Mobile

1 starThis company is a FRAUD! Just because a celebrity is owner doesn't mean it's good. I signed up for the plan for 3 lines at $120 every 3 months. Now the plan is $120 PER LINE EVERY 3 MONTHS! Why would you promote such a plan to end up scamming people? Then the customer service agents gave me a hard time cancelling saying they would not do so UNTIL I cussed them out? So now I'm the bad guy? DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE!Mint Mobile

1 starMint mobile has terrible service and I wanted to give it a try to make sure I really cannot connect to mobile data. I reached out on day 12 after activation because there was now no signal available at all when they reassured this provider is available in my area. Now they dont want to process a refund because I didnt reach out by day 7. You collected three months worth of service that you are holding back now. Three months and I could not use it once. 1 starMint mobile in theory is great, but their service ****.They are a bunch of liars and thieves.I purchased a year contract for a reolink security camera, after I checked twice with their customer service as well as checked that the service is suppose to work in the specific area I needed.The mobile data did not work and I phoned the customer service many times to try and resolve it. I got many excuses and eventually was told they will refund the purchase.I waited for the refund but they did not process the refund.I phoned again and again they said they will process the refund.I waited again without them processing the refund after they said they will process it.Today I phoned them for the 3rd time and tried getting the refund processed.Today they emailed me and said because it was longer than 7 days they will not refund the pre-paid year purchase.They are liars and thieves.I also made a purchase for their international data service while visiting g ********************* did never work.Their service **** and they steal your money.They are unreliable and as fake as their owner.Mint Mobile

1 starApril 14,'24- called MM to order a phone and switch to them, keeping my number. Phone was received several days later. My initial outlay of money was 310.72(NI s&H). The balance was financed (AFFIRM). I literally only opened the phone and had to call for help since my carrier would not port out my number. Initially I paid for a full year. Once I got to a Rep and they found out that I couldn't port my number over they immediately stated that I would only be covered for six months, not 12. I said OK- this is not going to work I need to send the phone back and cancel the request. Back in the box, just like like new, nothing activated, no information downloaded on it. I would need to 'wait' for a return label to come. Four or five days later the label showed up in my email at last. Went to where I picked up the phone and shipped it back to **. I was advised that once it was 'inspected'. In the meantime. I had to make payments to affirm. At least 15 phone calls have ensued to Mint mobile- no satisfaction. No help from AFFIRM. They said they sent information on April 29 to confirm the return and the cancellation. ****** says they never got it. A dispute was open and closed a couple of times. June 18th they closed it and it is MM favor and my financed payment was two days late. Neither company will do anything. I cannot reach the 'resolution' person at mint either. Please advise, Thank you. I would leave a half of star but couldn't.I paidMint Mobile

1 starLong story short, within a few hours of renewing my plan I was sent a retaining offer that was half what I had just paid hours earlier. $90 for 6 months, as opposed to the 360 I paid for 12. I called and spoke with multiple people. They refused to have the email I received with the offer forwarded to them, but then tell me they have no such offer currently.I was then told I could send screenshots in the app using the chat feature. So I did just that. I sent multiple screenshots proving the offer I had been sent, and was told a supervisor would reach out to me within 24 hours. It's been several days an I have not heard anything. No one there listens, and no one can accept accountability for the email I was sent from themselves. Apparently you just need to wait a couple days, not renew and then your cost will be cut in half. But don't you dare renew until you get that email with that link offer. My service is spotty at best. Often times I can have 4-5 bars and not have a connection to the internet.They are not helpful and I would not recommend anyone deal with this company.Mint Mobile

1 starThe phone was stolen off my porch after it was delivered without signature. Mint has been as difficult as possible the entire way, denying a refund and also withholding any relevant information I need to go to the shipper to complete a dispute on my own.Now I will be on the hook for a $500+ dollar phone and 12 months service and $200+ in financing fees over the next two years. I've been with a competitor of theirs for 6 years, and I guess that's where I will have to stay.Mint Mobile

1 starTheir "unlimited data plan" is not unlimited. Your data is throttled to unusable speeds after 40 gigs of data is used in a month. Speeds so slow that even basic websites either can't load or take an agonizingly long time. The service is poor and constantly drops calls. This is by far the worst mobile carrier I have ever used. I believe this company engages in false advertising or at the very least deceptive advertising tactics.Mint Mobile
