1 starI strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money with Mint Mobile. Their support team is highly unprofessional and plays games with customers when assistance is needed. Heres what happened to me:Whenever you have an issue, they create a ticket and ask you to wait. After a day or so, they close the ticket without informing you. When you call to check the status, they tell you the ticket is closed and create a new ticket for the same issue. This cycle goes on for days without any resolution.Ive been dealing with an activation issue for over five days now. Despite creating six tickets, my problem remains unresolved. I am leaving Mint Mobile and strongly warn potential customers against getting involved in their frustrating support process. Its not worth spending your valuable time dealing with their unhelpful support team.Mint Mobile

1 starPurchased unlimited plan and first 3 months fine, after that had dropped calls non stop ...internet always going out, and when I renewed it over charged by 20 and was not credited. Unlimited plan is NOT UNLIMITED ***** services I've ever encountered and the customer service whoa don't get me started.Zero rating by me, the stress it caused when traveling and no internet for MapQuest has aged me.Say NOMint Mobile

3 starsI swtiched to Mint almost 2 years ago due to the prices. I think I paid like $90 for 6 months then renewed with $220 for a year or something like that. Those prices and the lack of contract are very attractive perks I couldn't resist. I loved that I never had to worry about my phone bill since it was prepaid, and I never had any issues whatsoever with outages or whatnot. The problem is that they do not have service in a lot of areas. I first had issues on my vacation to ********, ** where the signal was very spotty. Another vacation revealed that they don't have service anywhere in ****** at all. Then I moved to small town **** and I get absolutely no service when I'm at work. I cannot make or receive texts or phone calls anywhere in the town I work in, but mt coworkers with other providers have no issues.Ultimately, given that I spend most of my week at work and I need to be able to send and receive texts, I was forced to switch providers because Mint wasn't providing that service for me. If they fixed their service/signal issues I'd give 5 stars.Mint Mobile

1 starI felt completely tricked by Mint Mobile's marketing practices. I purchased their unlimited plan, but only after prepaying for three months did I discover that there is a 40 GB data cap. After reaching this limit, the speeds slow down to levels reminiscent of late 90s internet. When I called customer service to file a complaint, the representative I spoke with was polite but clearly lacked the authority to address my issue. I requested to speak with a manager, but the representative initially refused. He eventually agreed, likely to get me off the phone, but never transferred me. Instead, he left the phone off the hook, and I could hear background noise for a couple of minutes before the call dropped. I'm very disappointed with this service and will advise people not to use it.Mint Mobile

1 starFeels like 1995 with Mint Mobile. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!I have been without signal since May 13th, 2024 and when I call customer service to activate the replacement SIM Card that has taken nearly 30 days to finally be delivered, I get an attitude for complaining to customer service agent that her confirmation my SIM card will be activated within the hour does not feel assuring. Then she proceeded to hang up and guess what? Another 14 minutes phone call to find out SIM card is not activated and yet another ticket created by the new customer service agent. I have spent about 30 hours on the phone with their useless customer service. ********************** IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!Mint Mobile

3 starsI've been a mint customer since January of 2022. I've been very pleased with the service until today. My plan was due to renew yesterday and I spaced logging in after work to make the payment, this has happened before and I was always able to login to my app and make the payment to renew. Today when I opened the app I was prompted to verify my identity through text message, when I followed the prompts the app said it was unable to verify my identity. I then attempted to reset my password, followed the prompts and was notified that the attempt didn't work. I tried once more, same thing so I decided to reach out to customer service via their messaging service on the website. I conversed with the rep for over an hour and a half only to not have my issue resolved. The rep mentioned that he believed the problem was that my account was not active, which again was never a problem before. They then said they could process my payment to renew the plan and that should solve the problem but they would need to use the card on file. The problem is that I lost that card and had to have it replaced. The rep then informed me that only the call center could update my payment info, and they closed in the hour and a half I spent texting with the rep to try to resolve my log in issue. I have no ill feelings toward the rep who tried to help me it wasn't their fault. However this entire situation has left me beyond disappointed with the customer care provided even if it was due to some type of technical error. I'm literally just trying to pay my bill.Mint Mobile
