    Terrible , signed up on Friday they suspended my account on sat not even 24 hrs. after the service, wish I would have known. no one will help you and they all say the same thing. Don't be sorry fix what the mistake is. Even the responses replied from them on here are the same *********************** should not have his name attached to this company

    Everything was great until my phone decided to die completely. No fault of Mint it's a 4 year old. What has turned into a nightmare is trying to get service onto another phone. Since I had an eSim in my phone I had to order a physical *** card. No big deal. Well I've had that for 2 days now and still no service. When I try to activate it Mint automatically wants to send you a verification text to make sure you're you. Not quite sure who came up with that stellar process of sending a text to verify you're you on the phone number you're trying to activate. Called and spoke to a rep and was assured they had escalated a ticket and their tech guys were going to activate the *** on their end within 4 hours. That was almost 24 hours ago. I've called twice since then and been told both times that it'll be activated within an hour. Not holding my breath on that happening but who knows maybe they'll shock me.

    This is quite literally the WORST customer service I have ever had. They sent me two faulty eSIMs and continue to delay my physical one. My phone has been inaccessible for days now, putting me out of work since my job requires me to make calls. I have been disconnected from multiple chats after asking for help and for updates on my SIM. I was just disconnected from an EXTREMELY rude representative. I will DEFINITELY be switching carries as soon as they figure this out. WORST EXPEREIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

    If I could give no star I would I have been client for 2 years. They told me I need to change my brand new 5g phone to keep 5g on my phone and refuse to refund me 2 he I was at the phone with very incompetent people who told me your service is fine the phone does not have the 1 band with of 5g we provide so that's why I can get 5g on cdma mode but no phone or only phone no internet in global mode. Extremely dissatisfied I told them I ll leave then they promised me a better coverage to give me to a dude who barely understood english and kept repeating everything is fine with your sim card. *********

    After being with Mint for over a year and a half I made my first customer support call to see if they could postpone my automated payment one day. Well they said no problem they would note my account and to just pay it manually the following day. The due date came and they charged my card anyway which ended up overdrafting my account, not cool. Called customer support twice that day and got the runaround, talked to a supposed supervisor and he said he'd check it out and text me back later that day. Well a day later and I'm still waiting for that text.I think my next move is to another provider.

    mint mobile sounds great, however customer service is non exiisting Wecalled several times to inquire about completing my installation, i kept getting hung up on my time and patience ran.out also, now i dont have phone service, using my husbands phone to go back to my prior service i should have did my research before . Save yourself headaches, there is a reason they have thousands of complaints.

    My wife purchased a new phone on July 10th and we had issues with the eSim transfer. We chatted with support that evening to get it resolved and they told us it would be taken care of in 2-3 hours. The following morning, the issue was unresolved. We reached out that morning and chatted with someone who advised they had to issue two tickets, one for an eSim issue and another for the account because there was an error with the status. They informed us it would take up to 24 hours although I requested escalation as not having a phone isn't exactly doable this day in age. Fast forward to July 18th, 7:15PM CST, I am currently waiting for a manager to tell me how to get into contact with someone who can actually resolve my issue. She has gone silent after telling me I can send a "formal letter". When I asked how I do that, she told me to check the website. I then asked where on the website and she has been silent since telling me she was "checking the site". After 6+ minutes of silence and me asking if she is still there from time to time, she tells me she had left her desk to go to a higher up to get this resolved. After I noted she should have told me she was leaving her desk for this, she got mad that I called her out on saying she was checking the site only for her to disappear. She then hung up. I doubt this is her real name, but she goes by "DJ" and/or *******. This was after spending an hour on the phone with them. This customer service department is one of the most frustrating departments I have ever worked with. I have spoken to a supervisor every day since the 12th to get this resolved. They can never provide any updates other than "they are working on it". I have been lied to on multiple occasions as to what is going on and no one has advised when this will be resolved. I am beyond livid with this company.

    I strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money with Mint Mobile. Their support team is highly unprofessional and plays games with customers when assistance is needed. Heres what happened to me:Whenever you have an issue, they create a ticket and ask you to wait. After a day or so, they close the ticket without informing you. When you call to check the status, they tell you the ticket is closed and create a new ticket for the same issue. This cycle goes on for days without any resolution.Ive been dealing with an activation issue for over five days now. Despite creating six tickets, my problem remains unresolved. I am leaving Mint Mobile and strongly warn potential customers against getting involved in their frustrating support process. Its not worth spending your valuable time dealing with their unhelpful support team.
