    We purchased 2 SIM cards as part of Mint Mobile promotion. SIM cards were mailed with instructions on how to transfer service. We were unable to complete service transfer despite 6 calls to MM customer service. The problem was clearly not with current service provider (T-Mobile). After our unsuccessful efforts we requested and were denied refund. Note customer service representatives were always very polite but totally incompetent in providing effective assistance with transfer of service. This lack of effective assistance demonstrates that Mint Mobile cell service is unable to provide a critical component of customer support.

    It started out great I brought my whole family there had five lines for a while and all that was occurring is the service was getting worse and the bills kept getting way more expensive All they had to do was leave it at $15 a month and everything would have been fine he had to get greedy That's what happens your service is not worth more than that but $15 a month I would have kept my family there sorry about your bad luck You're like ************************* now trying to backpedal

    this business charged me for 3 months in advance which I paid. From the very first day they were unable to give me any phone service. all i got was excuses,like the service in my area was down or my phone was not compatable. I bought a new phone which they said was compatable and they still could not give me service. I requested a prorated charge for the first month since I had no service and they refused. So I requested that they cancelled my service and refunded my money and they also refused my request. Every time since then that I called, they would put me on hold or just disconnect the call. The so called technicians they have could not get my service going and were just as rude and would hang up on me or disconnect the call. I was trying day after day to talk with someone about getting either all or part of my money back since I did not have any service for 2 phones since day one. There should be a crime against businesses that cheat the public out of their money.

    What a scam! They say they can transfer your number, they can't. The "service" drops more calls than you complete, if you try to dial out your phone says it's not connected to a provider, so emergency calls only. When you call their service people they tell you that it's your phone, mind you, the phone works great with the previous provider, and when you tell them that they tell you that "your money is non-refundable so you might just as well ride it out" and that's a direct quote.

    Signed up for 3 month trial $52. Within a week another charge was made for an additional 1 K. My credit card company declined the charge and I confirmed with them I never made an additional purchase. Called this pos company to get things squared away. 5 people later nobody was able to explain what had happened. One person had the nerve to ask me for the credit card number to check as if I would ever give this company an active credit card again. Don't be hoodwinked. These are questionable people. Btw, have not received the *** card I did pay for but even if I did I would never put it in one of my phones. ***************** Affairs will be my next call. Beware!!!

    Bait and switch. Says unlimited mobile but after 40 g you are throttled to the point you can't use your phone. Go with someone else. I switched from visible, they are much better. I'm going to try to cancel and switch back. Worst carrier I've ever had.

    after paying 1 year of service ahead, with 2month into the year, I had to cancel my account, they claimed it could not be done. no explanation, And to make it worse I had to wait on the phone close to a half hour to get a life person. Nice rate but horrible customer service.

    Tried get help with new service from mint mobile. Started 7 31 24 and today 8 1 24. I have called several times and get people that can't solve my problem. Ask them to call me back to actually speak to someone who could help. I'm still waiting for the answer. I believe that I paid for 3 months of service that doesn't work. Do not waste your money!!!

    Per the Mint website, my iPhone, 8+ is fully compatible with Mints network.I followed all the instructions. Restarted my phone and I only had one bar of service. I contacted customer service and was told that my phone is only partially compatible with their network.Their website is publishing lies, and misinformation.I chatted with one Chatbot, one customer service person, and spoke to two reps, and they all told me the same thing. My phone is not compatible. And when I told them what it said on their website, that my phone was compatible, all they did was say Im sorry
