    This company is a joke. Do not join Mint Mobile. Price sounds great and service is okay but wait until you have to renew. 3 total hours with them on the phone today. 5 phone calls. 1 supervisor. $350+ dollars spent because one of their agents made a mistake during the first call so waiting on a refund that could take 7-10 business days and still no working phone line for me. It's like talking with a friendly robot who only knows nice verbal commands but can't do anything to actually help you. Their support is awful. I can't say it enough.     Mint Mobile was great at first, with unlimited service for $35/month. I am consistently having issues with them. I don't even have service right now because they cancelled my service after issuing a refund that I had cancelled that they had "no record of" in their system, then after promising me, and that notes were left on my behalf guaranteeing that I would NOT lose service, Lo and f****** behold, my service is cancelled. Then, I make a payment to "activate" a new plan, and, wait for it, there's yet another issue on THEIR END thats preventing me from getting calls. And of course I am expecting calls, this is more than inconvenient, I am literally in between places right now, I live in a city and NEED my phone. And they said "Sorry, sometimes the activation just gets stuck." HOW THE **** does a DIGITAL SERVICE get stuck? Thanks Mint Mobile for being completely f****** unhelpful and a complete joke!

    Signed up for their service about a year ago. I started on the 10GB plan which was fine for about six months. I didn't change anything about my behavior or usage. Then I received a text saying that I am about to run out and I should upgrade to 15 GB a month, I thought strange nothing changed but I will do it. Another six months goes by and guess what? I am out of minutes and I'm starting to get messages about moving up to the 20 GB plan. I have contacted customer service ( if you can understand them) with no help. I'm currently looking for a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit.

    I purchased a new smartphone from Mint Mobile and went through the Trade-in process. During this process, all defects in the device were flagged and a price of $165 was offered. After sending it to Allstate, nothing was found to be different and the price was reduced to $70. The trade-in process is biased and misleading. I am very disappointed with the entire process.

    After two months of service, I decided not to go with Mint because of pricing, but that's not the issue, I put a simple $42 deposit TOWARDS my NEXT three month's membership billed quarterly, just to get ahead. After making the switch I asked for my two months deposit back, They agreed and that was THREE MONTHS ago, 10 phone calls, a claim to PayPal and ten illegible "it's on the way", even a reference number! NOTHING but overseas call center BS!

    I was unable to activate my ***. My phone is a 4G "dumb phone" which I only need for making mostly emergency calls. When I contacted Mint's customer service, they told me that the *** could only be activated through the Mint Mobile App and not their website. (Then why have an "Activate" button at the top of your website.) I guess I'll look for another service provider.

    RUN AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, these guys are absolutely horrible. Even worse that ***************************** acting. I'm a Service Veteran and a trucker that travels across ******* extensively, and I can tell you from experience that their service doesn't work anywhere, and on the rare occasion when it does, data is super slow and calls get dropped constantly. Customer service is either non existent or slow to answer. They charge you up front for three months, and when you ask for a refund because you can't extract any value from your purchase they give you ridiculous excuses for denying your refund like "you didn't pay with auto pay so we can't refund you." Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache, and get your service from a company that doesn't 100% ****.

    Got unintentionally signed up for a new esim account without ever interacting with their web site. After 2 bogus $53 charges on our credit card, and much time with customer service, the charges have apparently been reversed and refunded. But no explanation of how they occurred in the first place.

    We purchased 2 SIM cards as part of Mint Mobile promotion. SIM cards were mailed with instructions on how to transfer service. We were unable to complete service transfer despite 6 calls to MM customer service. The problem was clearly not with current service provider (T-Mobile). After our unsuccessful efforts we requested and were denied refund. Note customer service representatives were always very polite but totally incompetent in providing effective assistance with transfer of service. This lack of effective assistance demonstrates that Mint Mobile cell service is unable to provide a critical component of customer support.

    It started out great I brought my whole family there had five lines for a while and all that was occurring is the service was getting worse and the bills kept getting way more expensive All they had to do was leave it at $15 a month and everything would have been fine he had to get greedy That's what happens your service is not worth more than that but $15 a month I would have kept my family there sorry about your bad luck You're like ************************* now trying to backpedal
