    I had a 3 month plan and was sent a renewal notice. I paid for a 12 month plan which showed on my mint account and my bank account. They said I had not paid. In order to get the phone back on, I renewed again for 3 months. The still will not acknowledge that I have now paid for 15 months of service. They **** let you talk to a person. I've been on their cchatbot since 9am. It is nearly12 noon. Inorder to get a person I had to call and request the codes to cancel my account and change providers. I'm on hold waiting for the person for. 10 minutes.

    I purchased a 3 month Unlimited Plan from Mint Mobile on Sept 25th 2024. Attempts to activate my plan/eSIM, but was unable to. So I called and some associate informed my that due to my phone not being unlocked the eSIM couldn't activate. So he requested a refund SAME DAY and was told it would take 7-10 days for the refund to show in my account. After waiting the 10 days, (Oct 10th) I called back and spoke with another associate who realized the first associate DID NOT do the refund request correctly, so this new associate process another one. After two days pass, (Oct 12th) I receive an email informing me that my refund cannot be processed because it's outside of the refund window. I called today (Oct 13th) to figure out what is going on, the first associate informed me of the associate notes from the 10th and took all my information to investigate then placed me on hold. After a few minutes, the line clicked then disconnected. I call back immediately, explaining the entire situation again to another associate who takes my information and goes to investigate. She returns to the line to tell me the exact same thing the email says, I will not be able to get my refund due to it being outside the refund window. I explained the situation multiple times and ask her about the notes on my Order #/Refund Request about my call on Sept 25th. She ignores me and just tries to repeat the same email conversation. So I suggest that she or someone go back through the recorded call of Sept 25th and that would be the proof that I did not miss the refund window. She is unwilling to help and just keeps repeating the same script. I'm very disappointed with Mint Mobile and I feel as though I have been scammed. I can't activate the plan nor will they take accountability for their associates mistake with the first refund request. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company/bank. So to future customers, record all calls and document everything when dealing with Mint Mobile.

    Didnt even want to leave one star.This company is a nightmare. We have purchased two phones, one is totally defective. They give you 45 days to activate but only 7 days to return it. How stupid is that. We have asked for a refund and the they refuse to credit our account. The phone was $600.00 ,we had to purchase a new phone so now we are paying for a phone that's unusable. Do not, I repeat do not buy from this company.

    Sucks: I signed up and it turns out service isdow in my area. s chatted with customer service - or lack there of. asked forrefund and she fw to a link that was down. askedif she coul process my refun and sh said "oh yeah, I can" so wht was th point ofsending me to a dead link. after 30 minutes, I have to take her word for it that sheprocessed my refund because there was no refund receipt provided, even after asking fo one. conversation ID#********. incase someone wants to look at it but doubt it. Something is lackingoverthere.

    I have been using mint past 3 years but since last month service has been really c*** my 5g works really slow and i have connectivity issue. They are charging $120 for 3 months id like someone to reach me from mint this is insane.

    Mint Mobile is the worst disgusting , horrible company and very rude Costumer Representatives. While I was on the phone talking they suddenly hung up on me. And they gave me a hard time. I had a battle with them with my account number and Transfer Pin Number they cannot give it to you due so BS protocols. I've been on the phone with them since Sept. 26 until now they won't give me my account number and Pin No. It's rediculous other companies they give the account number and transfer pin no with out any questions. .. I will never recommend this disgusting company.

    I have been a customer for a few years and until this past weekend, I had no complaints. My annual bill was due to be paid on Saturday., but I was charged $23 more than stated. I tried to call and ask about it. The given info said there would be a HUMAN available 7 days a week, 5am-7pm, PST. This might have been true once upon a time, it is no longer. All you get is a robo-voice giving you 4 limited menu options to progress along their phone tree. It is absolutely impossible to speak to someone about an over-charge. At the least, I wanted to understand WHY I was charged more than my plan costs. Im unhappy enough to leave them. I just havent decided yet.

    The offer a physical SIM card option when you sign up, but their order form will switch it to eSIM. Only when you contact support, do they tell you a physical SIM will cost an extra $10+fees. No where else is that information disclosed.
