1 starThe poorest customer service ever! I have 5 gigs of data and never in a year have I used it. I use my home Wi-Fi never mobile data. This month they texted me saying I went over and now I have nine days to wait till it can refresh. I called and they told me they were going to refresh it for me after I hung up and they lied it never got refreshed so I called back and then they told me they could not refresh it .They completely lied to me. a bunch of lying people at mint. I'm trying to get the corporate telephone number which is almost impossible to ask them what's going on I think they got sold, anyway I'm so dissatisfied I'm going to change companies I think.Mint Mobile

1 starI lost my fon so I'm trying to get a replacement physical sim card. I don't have access to my email which wants to verify by texting my lost phone. **************** ************** wants to change my email but I need to be verified first. They used the same verification twice and I failed twice ... because they're the same questions! They won't accept a state ID, or SSN, or credit card number I have on file. I have other means of verifying my identity and THEY WON'T ACCEPT IT. I literally was just on the phone with Xfinity and in order to help me, all they asked was for the last 4 digits of my credit card on file. Why is it so hard for Mint Mobile? I already paid for the next year. They are stealing my money without providing services.I see these Mint Mobile responses that they will "reach out privately". How? I don't have a phone and I can't access my email! Lol. Cut and paste responses to reviews just to look like they are helping when they really are not.Mint Mobile

1 starI began the return process for an unused, not activated data plan within the return policy. The customer support specialists said that the return was underway, and I never received a return verification.This has been a two-month communication because the initial support specialists did not actually give me the refund that they said that they would.I received messaging from Mint Mobile that they could not accept the return despite me initiating the return for a $50 3-month data plan within the return period. The last phone call I had with their customer service, they said that they would be able to initiate a return by activating the data plan and to expect an email. Each time I initiated a conversation with them, they said to wait 7-14 business days for an email that would show that they processed the return request.Each time I asked for a confirmation number or email confirmation of our conversation or the case number, they said they could not provide it. Finally, because I had evidence of our conversations within the return period and past the return period with no return actually provided, I attempted to have the return processed by ******, which was the payment method. ****** refused the claim and I was forced to never receive a refund for an itemized plan that I tried to return within the stated return policy timeframe.Mint Mobile

1 starFirst, the coverage *****. I can't receive texts while inside my house, even when connected to Wifi. I get the notification when I step into my driveway and then have to download each one. By that point they're all out of order, and outside it's never more than LTE. Also, their 'deals' are sketchy and misleading. I ordered a phone that had a combined promotion if you bought 6 months of service, you get 6 months free. I ordered both and was given an offer for my trade in. I marked that the screen was cracked on the trade in questionnaire, and they offered around $170 for it. The first issue was shortly after my trade in was received, they said they changed the offer to $0 because there was cosmetic damage (screen crack I told them about) and mic/camera/speaker didn't work. I thought that was strange because I have video from the day before it was sent in, and the mic/camera/speaker was clearly working. Also, when I had it returned to me, everything still worked! I know they go through a third party for trade ins, but they just flat out lied. The second issue was when I tried to activate the year of service I bought with the phone. I chatted with the customer service *** for about an hour before they told me I could only use it on a new line. That was never disclosed to me, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it as I already had a line with Mint. I put in for a refund since the customer service *** refused to credit my account with the year I had paid for, but I have still not gotten a response from them on status of my refund. My third issue is that since I am fed up with Mint and their deception and horrendous customer service, I started looking into Visible. Lo and behold, the phone I purchased from **** is locked for at least 60 days, and it has to be attached to a Mint account. The minimum you can buy from **** is 3 months .. That is in their fine print, but I feel like they should put it somewhere more visible when you make the purchase. Just the worst company.Mint Mobile

1 starWorst customer service ever. 99 percent of the staff don't speak English and tell you different things. None of them know what they are doing. We were told one thing and got another. It's been over a month and I still don't have the refund for the phone or the service. I've had to call 50 different times just to get my money back. Huge disappointment. 1 starI purchased an unlimited plan 3 months in advance and after 10 days I was told that I have used all my unlimited data. I dont know how that I used that data up . Besides what is the limit on unlimited. Now I cant check emails or nothing. I didnt get reduced speed . I got no speed, nothing. Cant check or send emails. Asked for a refund for the other two and half months that I prepaid and was denied. I have been scammed. And Im upset that a company can get away with that. ***** free . Hope this complaint does something if deter someone else from being scammedMint Mobile

1 starWhatever you do ,just DO NOT order phone from them. I ordered my new phone,got an email saying my order was shipped. But when I tracked it ,it only showed shipping label was created. I waited 5 days it was showing that. I called customer service and they told me my order was cancelled. I asked them why? Because I didn't cancel it. They couldn't give me a reason. I ordered it again. Another 17 days went by. It is now still showing: shipping label created. When I called customer service,they are totally useless. Then lied to me and said it was ****. I should call **** instead. I told them no! It was saying they are still waiting for the package. It has been saying that since day one. She then told me oh let me put you on hold for a couple of minutes. For everyone that is looking to buy new phones, please do not buy from ********* yourself the headache!Mint Mobile

2 starsI was hoping to replace my other carrier who was straight talk. Mint let me down. I purchased it on special at 15 dollars a month if you buy 3 months. My cell service is my Only Internet and they have slowed my service down so much it's almost unusable( I purchased unlimited). Such a huge disappointment. Now I have to find another carrier. The unlimited service is LIMITED!! You can not depend on them for real and truly unlimited serviceMint Mobile

1 starUsed to have great customer service. Now its terrible since *********************** bought them out. Difficult to get a human and wait time is unacceptable. I was asking about their 55+ plan. No one could answer basic questions, not even the specialty line for it. The online chats are bots as is the chat through ********. One person told me the price is $45 a month, which means they are price gouging seniors. I will be changing companies.Mint Mobile
