    Terrible ******************* I joined less than 2 weeks ago for 90 day 5G intro offer for $45. Then a few days later Mint Mobile changed promo offer for the same $45 for 90 days not only for 5G but also for 15G, 20G and Unlimited Plan. I contacted and asked if I could upgrade to Unlimited for the rest of my 90 days because I had just joined days before and I was a new customer but didn't get that offer. They flat out refused that request with indifference, even though I assured them I was going to pay the full $360.00 (Unlimited) for a year in December when 90 day promo plan expired. But...they already had my money and certainly weren't going to do me any favors. Pure profit greed over quality customer service at ******************. Stay Away!!!

    I had a wonderful time with mint until I decided to switch. They are forcing me to pay 240 dollars because my plan expired and I am switching providers. They told me tough luck and pay it if you want to use your phone until the new sim card. I couldn't even switch to a cheaper plan

    It sounded great. I only paid $45 for a 3 month period of unlimited service.But after 7 days of fighting the phone, I finally call 611 customer service.During a 3 day period of early September, I called 611 customer service 34 times.I spent 5 hours 33 minutes and 34 seconds on the phone with customer service attempting to get the phone service I paid for.They finally agreed to give my money back.But they haven't done it. I have written many emails to the person on the other end but she just tells me that my bank is rejecting this payment.So I call my bank and they tell me there have been no attempts by mint mobile to make a deposit in that or any other amount.I am currently finding information further up the food chain.It seems they have a " corporate complaint specialist "Her name is ****************** ******************************************************************************************************* I will contact this person and try. But if I run into any more problems, I will be filing a small claims court case and asking the judge for compensation for all the effort spent trying to get this problem solved. Also in my state, I am allowed to sue for pain and emotional stress which I will be adding on.Court cost alone is $177 I imagine when all said and done, I will be suing for $5000

    Their $15/month intro price is EXTREMELY Misleading! I signed up for the Unlimited plan based on their advertisement stating, "Once the 3 months are up, you can renew with a 3,6 or 12-month plan to KEEP THE SAVINGS GOING."However, upon attempting to renew, I was shocked to discover that Mint Mobile had reneged on their promise. They downgraded my plan to a 5GB/month plan for $15/month or force me to pay the significantly higher standard rate of $30/month for the unlimited plan. This is a blatant breach of contract and a complete misrepresentation of their services.Furthermore, their FAQ contradicts the advertised terms, stating that the discounted rate is only available for the 5GB plan. This inconsistency adds to the confusion and further highlights Mint Mobile's deceptive practices.I feel misled and deceived by Mint Mobile's false advertising. I strongly urge potential customers to be wary of their misleading claims and consider alternative providers that honor their commitments.

    Mint Mobile had a promotion for a ****** Pixel 9 for $399. This is a great deal, and I have an old phone with a diminishing battery life, so I decided to take advantage of the deal. The same day I received an order from Mint that they were reviewing the order; two days later, I received an email that Mint had cancelled the order outright. The Pixel 9 $399 promotion had been taken down at the time that the order was cancelled. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Mint trying to get my order reinstituted at the same price, but no one would assist me. I then tried to cancel my service, but I was told that since I had paid for a full year of service, refunds are not allowed more than 7 days after an annual service has been agreed upon. Basically I can't cancel a contract that I made with Mint (my service), but they CAN cancel a contract that they made with me (a $399 Pixel 9). I'm stuck with them until my service period ends. The exact second my service ends, you can bet I'll be signing up with someone else.

    I recently purchased a 12 months plan with mint mobile, however I didnt approve it and would like to cancel and get a refund. I called them to check the possibility but they said if I cancel I wont get my money back

    Every time I call mint mobile customer service, they yell me "the only way to fix this is to reset your phone " and then we r disconnected. Problem is never solved. But first you have to verify 15 minutes of your personal information every time you call back

    Service NEVER activated. They have been charging my card although I have called probably ***** times telling them to cancel. Nobody knows what theyre doing at this company. Why they wont stop charging me, I do not understand. Why they refuse refunds, I REALLY dont understand. Complete fraudulent sham of a company. Stay far away! I now need an entire new credit card.

    Setting aside the actual cell phone reception. It is pretty good if you are in a town or close to a tower. Driving between towns it gets pretty bad. Besides the actual cell phone reception, my biggest issue is if you decide to change to a different company. They will not give you your own account number because this is used to port your number to a different company. You need to either call them or chat with them. They will ask you over and over why you intend to leave Mint Mobile. They know that this is the only reason that people call to get their account number. Then, they absolutely refuse to give it to you unless you keep telling them over and over that you are leaving. This by far, it one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. And, I transferred 2 lines out and I had to go through the same process both times. *******, when people ask me in my office how it has been with mintI certainly tell them all about this. They want nothing to do with this type of service from you.

    The Worst! Don't do it! They will lie to you!! They stopped providing service on my Moto z4, didn't tell me and for a week my texting service was down. I know the price seems good but the service coverage is terrible. Dial outs don't connect, dropped calls and service coverage is poor. I live in a metro city! Wait! There is more! Their **************** will lie to you just to get you off the phone to meet their service key perfomance indicators. Then they told me they fixed the texting problem and did not. I was told 3x that I would receive a call back from **** and no one called. Now, I am forced to move my service and **** wants to keep my pre-paid un-used funds. Thiefs! After 8 calls, disconnected 3x and 2 supervisors I received my port numbers and decided on Consumer Cellular. The fine people at Consumer Cellular had to call Mint Mobile to get them to release my phone number. Mint told me it woud take at least 6 hours to port my phone due to a system "restriction" on my account and their workload. "RESTRICTION?" ***!? What a waste of time and productivity. OBTW, **** straight I got my refund! After threatening a lawsuit unless they released my number and returned my money, I still didn't get immediate satisfaction. I had to push for a supervisor and then a manager to speak with me. They said their back office was working on it and guaranteed I would get a call in 4 hours. It appears that so many people are leaving Mint that they have a backlog at the exit!! So far I've recorded 10 hours 44 minutes phone time with Mint mobile to fix their crap! Do not do it! You won't be happy with Mint!!! Horrible wast of my time! I would have left negative star ratings if possible.
