      Last month we ordered two cloaks, one shirt, and one pair of leggings. Not only did it take way longer than expected for the items to arrive, we were missing one of the cloaks. I reached out to customer service and after not being able to tell us anything for a week--finally told us to report a missing package to USPS. I asked for information for a second package that was missing, and they claim that all items were sent in one bag that is clearly too small to have ever fit all of our items. It's very obvious the second cloak was never sent and they'll do nothing but offer 25% off our next purchase.

      I’ve bought multiple items from this company and it’s been my experience they make beautifully designed quality merchandise. When things are not right they’ve gone the extra mile to correct the mistake and make it right. In addition, make every effort to get the corrected item back into the customer’s hands within an extremely reasonable time. Thank you Lunafide!!

      Love my shirt! Customer service was excellent and kept me informed of order status. It took a bit longer as everything is custom made, but it was worth the wait. Will definitely order from them again.

      I am not generally one to leave reviews but I was so impressed I couldn't not say something. I didn't know much about the company but on a whim decided to risk it. The had a cool looking blackbeard coat and I was just hoping it would be nice. It looks awesome. Super warm, very well made. Huge cowl hood super soft and 3 oversized inside pockets, one that zips closed. I could not be happier with this purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great customer service and impressive products.

      I didn't realize how long it would take for order fulfillment but it was well worth it my husband absolutely loves it I placed my order on February 1st came in the mail by February 28th. To all the people on here complaining shame on you all these products are custom made and will take time to make and ship this isn't Amazon where your going to have something in 2 or 3 days time grow up and act like adults jerks.
