1 starEasily one of the worst companies I have ever done business with, I purchased a single t-shirt from them on 1/15/2024 - an estimated craft time of 7-20 business days with a ship time of 3-5 business days - It took 42 business days with excludes weekends/holidays to get my 1 t-shirt. I had to open a dispute through PayPal to make sure they weren't going to completely screw me over, they finally did deliver the t-shirt - they lied every step of the way with their generic transparency emails - you will be left wondering where the hell a single t-shirt is for way too long. I ordered 14 shirts from various other "handcrafted" t-shirt folks that crafted/delivered in 1/3rd the time.
Do not waste your time or money on this company. They screw up, you pay the price.Lunafide.com

1 starI tested their product by ordering some socks. It took a long time for them to be delivered, then the quality was so poor I'm throwing them out without wearing them. The black color with pattern is just a thin layer over a cheap white backing which shows through clearly. The presentation of these unacceptable. Fit only to be thrown away. They're also accumulating wear and tear from simply trying them on.Lunafide.com

1 starI ordered this end of november/ beginning dec and still waiting. The tracking did not work when it was supposedly sent out. After numerous emails from a 3rd party mail sercer, they said it was shipped to wrong address. I call BS. My address was clearly correct in order. Then they said they had to work with customs to get it back. I thought you were a CA company but apparently that is a stretch of the truth in advertising. Now, after i said this was fraud, they will be re shipping it to me. I am reading what everyone says and i better get a full length cliak not a shirt sigh. Do not ever buy from this company. I will remove my complaint when i get what i ordered or money returned.Lunafide.com

2 starsOrdered 3 shirts for my son on Dec 9. Timed my order so that he would receive his gift just before Christmas and have nice shirts for his holiday. The website states that there is a 10 day turn around from order to shipping. That is an absolute lie...and they know it and continue to market it that way. After MULTIPLE communications with the company, my order was "expedited". It did finally arrive....on January 20th. My son said he likes them and they fit nicely. I have not seen them myself so I can't speak to actual quality.
This company is aware of the extended time it takes to ship orders and still refuses to put an honest representation on their website. They would rather deal with angry consumers then be honest about how long it will take to get your order.Lunafide.com

We promptly responded to her email, attempting to find a solution to her issue, but unfortunately, we have not received any response from her end. 2 starsTHEY SHOULD BE CITED FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I ORDERED TWO OF THEIR SHERPA LINED HOODED BLANKET/CAPE . IN THE AD THEY APPEAR TO BE LONG ROBE/CAPE LENGTH, BUT WHAT I FINALLY RECIEVED WAS ANYTHING BUT!! I AM ONLY 5FT 3 AND IT LOOKS LIKE A SHORT PONCHO ON ME!. AND THEY ARE VERY THIN MATERIAL. SUPPOSEDLY THEY MAKE EACH ONE BY HAND AT THE TIME OF ORDER, YET I SAW AN AD FROM THEM SELLING A BIG NUMBER OF THEM FOR 6.99! I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED . 1 starI should have read all the BBB reviews first. I placed a $614 order on Dec 6 (+ $30 shipping, net $122 promo code). The website states: Once your order is placed with Lunafide, there is a processing time to craft your items, which takes approximately 7 - 20 business days for most products before your order is shipped. Cloaks may take up to 25 days to craft. Well none of the items were a cloak and none were a custom order. It is now January 15th and still no shipment (40 days, 28 business days (excludes weekend and holidays). Although the customer service has responded to my emails, they continue to have no updates and no shipment yet. They said my matter was escalated, but still nothing. I am also concerned that based on the below reviews, my order of 10 items will definitely be wrong and I will go absolutely nuts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - horrible customer service and do not know if I will EVER see my items. This company's items are NOT produced in the USA and thus false advertising. This company should not be allowed to operate. Their items are just using AliExpress templates. Read all customer reviews on Reddit, and BBB before you make a decision to buy.Lunafide.com

1 starOrdered product on 12Nov23. After ordering I checked the FAQ page to get manufacturer and ship times. On THEIR site it says, "24 hours to produce, shipping times vary from 7-14 days. Again I ordered this product on 12Nov, it is currently 30Nov and has not moved. I have sent 4 emails to the company and they have yet to respond once. I requested a cancelation due to atrocious customer service, hasn't been canceled. I don't understand how a company can make a profit if their work ethic is this bad. $227.83 is not just for the product, it is for product and service. The roll of black sherpa is $44.27 (the good stuff and enough to make roughly 11 coats). The external printable cloth is $30 and can vary in size, $30 could make 6 coats. The hand manufacturer means: loaded by hand into a machine. The other amount of money that you pay is for service and respect. Don't buy their product.Lunafide.com

1 starThis company is truly the worst to deal with. I sent an email a day after the product was ordered to try to get them cancelled and refunded. They insisted that they could not cancel the orders once in ‘production’. When the products arrived I immediately go to try return them and the website says ‘ineligible for return’.
I sent an email stating that I had asked to return the product before it shipped and they say ‘I apologize’, here’s a 25% discount off your next purchase! Next purchase? There will NEVER be a next purchase. I’d much rather deal with the million other ethical businesses that actually return unused unwanted products and give you your money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
