      I was really excited about this place and ordered $300 worth of merchandise. It took a over a month to get to me, and that was after inquiring where it was multiple times. I wanted to do a refund and exchange and I still have not received my products. Every time someone answers me they just give me the runaround saying that they have a custom product. I feel like they just took my money and if I hadn’t slash don’t keep contacting them I’ll never see my order. Zero stars!

      Horrible company and customer service. I am currently having to file a dispute through PayPal, who isn’t much help to either receive my items or a refund. I finally received a partial order, the items are not great quality and even if I wanted to return for a normal issue such as sizing, they will only offer store credit MINUS shipping and restocking fees!
      DoNOT buy from this company. I would also like to see an investigation into their business practices.

      I have made an order of a hoodie around thanksgiving time. It still has not been delivered and all I hear is that they hand craft so it takes long time, that they check quality, that it’s a busy time—-all excuses and none acceptable for a proper business. I demand investigation into their business practice for fraud.

      Placed an larder on November 29th. Due to their website saying that their crafting period is 7-14 days, I thought I had plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. When I contacted them, I was told it actually takes 14-20 days and it still isn't even finished. Their website also says that the cutoff order date to ship before Christmas is December 8th. I asked for a refund and was told that "unfortunately, due to all our products being handcrafted, we cannot process your cancellation."

      I just want my money back. This is unacceptable.

      I’ve purchased a few items from them. Honestly, I’d say the designs are pretty good. However, this company is definitely skirting laws and not an ethical company. First, they do not specify what materials they use in the clothing, besides it being “polyester blend.” Most companies shows percentages; based on wearing it, I’d guess it’s close to 100%. Second, they claim to be made in the US, but companies are legally required to have a tag showing the origin of the materials. All the clothing items I’ve personally seen do not have any such tag. No made in China, no made in US. Lastly, in the most recent purchase, I had sent items back for an exchange. They had my items for 2 weeks with no communication, so I disputed the charge with my bank. They then emailed me to say to they “can’t refund me while there is a dispute.” I contacted my bank and asked them about this. The bank specifically said less reputable merchants do this because once you cancel a dispute, it’s extremely hard to re open if they don’t give you the correct refund, etc. As soon as I replied to the company’s email about this, they processed my refund (with dispute still in place) immediately. I believe they were going to try to refund me minus a “restocking fee.”

      In summary, the designs are good, but quality is definitely questionable and hyped up, they are skirting current retail laws, and are willing to screw you over once you complain. Plus, they’re lying about being made in the US. That alone is reason to shun them.

      Here at Lunafide, we are transparent concerning our policies- cancellation/ order changes, return/ exchange, et al. They can be found on our website to enable our customers to review them before purchasing.

      Since we handcraft all our products, all order changes/ cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed(except for weekends). We source our garments from different parts of the world, but we handcraft and ship all of our products from California, USA- 100%

      Regarding the tag, we include the percentage and even the GSM in our labels; not sure why yours don't have it. Please reach out to our Customer Support at [email protected] to provide a photo.

      terrible company. the pants were poor quality, and the wrong size. surprise, surprise, they couldn't actually accept the return the first time i sent it. so i paid extra to ship them back, and then they charged a $10 fee for a return. do not buy from this company, unless you are one of the few who are happy, you will have a terrible time with the return process.

      The returned item was sent as 'Signature Confirm' and was sent back to the sender since no one was available to receive it. Unfortunately, we weren't notified that it was sitting at the post office waiting to be picked up until it was too late. Even though we're not at fault that the returned item was sent as 'Signature Confirmed,' we did our best to meet you, our dear customer, in the middle. We provided you with a return label so you may finally ship back the returned item.

      Items returned/ exchanged are being processed in our return portal, and we are transparent about the restocking fee should you have completed the return in our portal but chose not.

      first of all, i ordered on May 9. i received the "pants" first week of July. i attempted to use the return portal immediately after opening the package, and it could not find my order, because it had literally been a month longer than the portal is open to returns. i mailed them back, talking to Bella at length, and after 15 emails where there was back and forth, after telling her they had been sent signature confirmed, i heard nothing. after seeing they couldn't be delivered i email, and heard nothing. i emailed again and again, and finally when they were sent back i emailed and got the response "oh no, your emails went to my spam box". then how did the last one go to the in box? your company lies, and if i had simply done my due diligence and read the reviews and posts on reddit i would have known to never buy from you. i did not choose not to use the portal, you have it set up to not be used because of your extremely slow shipping. i hope others learn from my lesson.

      and in addition, the label you sent for them was media mail, which is actually illegal, since clothing doesn't fall in that category. but it is the cheapest way to mail something through the post office. and i love that even though a note would have been left about the package and i emailed several times, and you imply that someone would have actually gone to pick it up had you but known, somehow it was a mystery to you. i stand by my statement - you have terrible product and customer service.
