  Customer Service was amazing, Bella in particular. I've owned cloaks before, so I had a lot of questions, and I was trying to get it shipped to the festival I was going to... and they gracefully handled all of it and I received it right on time! The cloak is beautiful. Sizing is accurate; the cut and colors are spot on; and it's a wonderful weight - not too heavy, but still nice and warm--but not sweltering hot, either! I'm going to recommended this company and their clothing to everyone I meet - and I meet a lot of people, because they can't help but ask about this beautiful cloak!

  I have purchased board shorts on two different occasions. The second pair was a last minute order that I had ask to try and get made and shipped before we left for vacation. They arrived two days before we left. Lunafide was communicating with me to keep me updated on the delivery. Both board shorts looked awesome and exceeded my expectations. The size was true to their size chart.

  I have a cloak and a hooded blanket, and I couldn’t be happier! The designs are varied and beautiful, and I was able to find ones that were attractive, inspiring, and had deep meaning for me.   I have received both the Dominion hoodies, I ordered four, as well as the Phoenix rising hoodie.
  They took sometime to get here in North Pole, Alaska but they finally did arrive.
  The support team at LunaFide kept me in the loop as best they can throughout the whole process. They can’t control shipping but do have tracking on the packages so we all can see the status.
  When they arrived the support team reached out to check on my receipt as well as my satisfaction with the products ordered. That’s some fine customer support and hard to find when looking for a quality merchant who offers quality products.
  The hoodies are exceptional! Well made and the fitting instructions on their website helped a lot in getting the correct fit for different size people.
  If you’re on the fence on wanting to purchase a product jump off the fence and place that order! You will be very pleased that you did!
  Warning: these are high visibility garments and you will turn heads when wearing them!
  Be prepared for randoms coming up to ask about your garment!

  I ordered a pair of board shorts, after a few days I realized I had an incorrect shipping address listed so I emailed customer service. Bella responded within 24 hours and made the correction, my shorts were delivered to the correct address shortly thereafter, with Bella sending a email the day after delivery making sure I received the order. I followed the sizing recommendations and my shorts fit perfect and also of very high quality, will be ordering another pair with different design soon! Thank you Lunafide and Bella.

  Absolutely in love with this business! Their products feel luxurious and their customer service is above and beyond. I have a few friends who purchased several ultra cloaks from them and I just had to get one for myself after wearing one of theirs a few times. I couldn’t get the ultra cloaks yet due to personal finance but I got a basic cloak which still felt luxurious as the design is very detailed and the fabric is SUPER comfy. On another note, their customer service is top notch. I placed an order with the idea that I’d receive the package within a 5-6 days before I move to a new location. My friends told me that same day that it would arrive in a few months. I reached out to Lunafide right away to ask if my shipping address could be updated and within 24 hours I received a response from Bella that the address has been updated. Within a couple days my cloak was shipped and literally like a week after my order was placed, I received my cloak and on top of that, I received a follow up email from Bella checking in to see if I received my package okay. I super appreciate Bella for the above and beyond customer service. I will be ordering more from Lunafide in the future!

  I have purchased probably upwards of $800 so far, maybe more at this point. I have bought around 8+ sets of shirts, shorts, then a ultra cloak, hooded blanket, and actual blanket. I have liked everything from them, and had no problems from them, or the delivery. I personally do not care too much for the boardshorts, but they are fine, and just my personal opinion. I had no problem with the customer service and even got a refund back promptly as well from an item I wanted taken off my order. I have not returned anything or tried so no idea on how that experience is. Overall, definitely recommend for the shirts and shorts, and the cloak and blanket are really warm, and good for winter in my opinion.

  If you're looking for unique, spirit based, and eye-catching prints on comfortable, sporty and versatile clothing pieces, I highly recommend Lunafide. I already purchased 8 pieces to mix and match throughout the different seasons - from a luxury winter coat to cool hoodies to everyday joggers. The entire Lunafide team is attentive, trustworthy, professional and creative - producing some of the coolest clothes I've ever seen! To me, it's like wearing art and magic at the same time!
