      I have contacted this business about 10 times via email. They say they will contact you within 48 hours, and yet they have not contacted me at all even though I have pleaded with them. They have my money but will not give me an update as to when I can expect my item. This company has no phone number so you cannot contact them by phone. I would not have ordered from them had I known customer service was so poor.

      Due to the cloak being handmade, it took a while for delivery. I am perfectly fine with that. The quality is top notch. The cloak is soft, warm, and stunningly beautiful. It instantly became one of my favorite things I've ever purchased! I had a question about my order and received an email reply in a timely manner and a follow-up email a few days later on top of the initial reply. I see a mix of negative and positive reviews posted, my experience has been entirely positive and I will likely order from Lunafide again. They truly care about making a quality product and maintaining open communication with customers.

      OMG I couldn't be happier! Between the quality and fit of the cloak to the help I received from customer service, every part of the experience was 5 stars. I took a long time finding a design that connected with me, and Lunafide hit it out of the park with the Harmony Cloak. The quality of the design and execution is off the charts!!

      The cloak itself is beautiful and well-made. The sizing chart was accurate, my husband has no problem fitting it. I wasn't clear on how long the process would take. I ordered it the beginning October for my husband's birthday at the end of the month but it didn't arrive in time for the celebration. I knew these things usually take a good bit of time but just to get a ballpark idea of when to expect it, I emailed customer service. Their estimate was very accurate. Basically, accounting for no-work weekends and holidays it took 30 days, including shipping. Now my husband has it; just in time for the first snow.

      This s company sucked the life out of me waiting for Coat’s, over $500, and didn’t ship in over two months! Even after they “escalated” my order it STILL took way too long. Excuse after excuse and apologies. What I received was more of a jacket than a coat. When this company started out I bought two coats and they were so thick and warm that’s all I needed in a frigid Midwestern winter. Now the quality isn’t even half of what it used to be. We sh t could return them but they’d probably mess that up too, keep the money, keep the coats and probably cost me another $500 to return them. I’m DONE with this company!

      Their website wording is a scam. They say their blankets have a 10 business day crafting time, It's currently day 15, and I don't even have shipping information. Come to find out that it's apparently 14-20 day crafting time, + shipping. I'm out $100 because they refuse to talk to me about a refund, just running me in circles through email. Do not purchase.

      I have ordered twice from this company. The first time it took almost forever for it to come in, but finally did and I was relieved when I received my item, that was last year. This year I ordered another item of the same thing and that was over a month ago, I keep getting automated responses with no assurances and no details about production of my order or if they are any discrepancies, and if there are any misplaced orders that they need to correct. I have wasted $70 on these people, I know that might not seem like much, but it is to me, these people are scammers, and I hope that the Better Business Bureau sees the continued bad reviews of this company and how it deals with its customers and seeks to shut it down here in the United States. I will never see a refund or a credit or anything or the Item that I ordered, which was a pair of Loki limited Board Shorts size XL order #130863.
