    On 9/5/24 I paid $1,100 USD to Modo US for gaming services. After attempting to use the services, I was dissatisfied and decided to request a refund. I contacted Modo US customer service on 9/5/24 to initiate a refund, but my request was denied without a reasonable explanation.Following this, I noticed that not only was my refund request denied, but all of the $1,100 I had paid was removed from my account with no services rendered. This is unacceptable and constitutes a breach of trust. I believe this action was unjustified, as I had not received the services as promised, and my efforts to resolve the matter with the company have been unsuccessful.I am requesting an immediate refund of the $1,100 USD and an investigation into Modo USs business practices regarding refunds and service fulfillment.Desired Resolution:I would like a full refund of $1,100 USD for the gaming services that were not provided and for Modo US to review its refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness to customers.

    So I have been in putting money to this page and I won some coins to redeem for prizes now they are giving me the turn around about the Redemption they are asking for so much information and what not I have redeem my sweep coins before but now that I won a bigger amount they do not want to give them to me .they keep returning the redemptions

    So I was playing a game they have and i have won in the past and got my sweepstake winnings . This time I won the grand prize sweepstakes and this company was rude and I had pictures and video to prove I won fair and square . They refused to refund me and or pay me my winnings . They will pay you if its not a large amount . In my case it was a large amount and I have been refused . In fact they now wont even reply back to me . These people are scammers and if they would pay what I am owed . Then I might think differently. This just happened about 3 weeks ago . Around July 3rd I think it was .

    I have deposited 1000s of dollars to them and now that I have won money they wont respond to updating my information so I can withdraw my winnings

    may 5th i tried to redeem my winnings and when i did so it told me i wasnt allowed to redeem the full amount......there is nothing stating there is a cap to the amount you can redeem and i talked to their live online support and at first the kept telling me that there was a discrepency with the amount i had won. After finally making them realize that there was absolutely no discrepency that i knew exactly how much i had won and how much i wanted to redeem. they then confirmed there is no cap and that i shouldnt have a problem cashing it out. yet again the redemption page was not allowing me to cash out my full winnings. i continued chatting with support who told me there shouldnt be an issue and that i was not going to be cashing it out in sections as that would have taken days to accoomplish. well they said that i would need to send a support ticket in which would have taken days as well if they even decided to address it. then they backpeddled and told me that after further review that i could only cash out 2500 and that they were considering the matter closed. i said no, get me a supervisor and they told me one was not available at this time so i told them i would wait. i waited til early am and still nothing fast forward to more messages to their support and they have left my chat opened on their end not answering me or allowing me to start a new chat and that is true to this present time. in that time i have lost all the winnings due to the lack of their responsible gaming protocals there is no where to set a limit and they knew that if i sat there without cashing out the winnings i would eventually spend it. and that is absolute garbage i should have never been told i couldnt cash out my entire winnings which was never stated once and was confirmed i should have been able to until they back peddled. i am demanding my winnings from the moment i spoke with support.

    5/9/24 appr. 1030am est. I was playing slots and switched the game to Sun of Egypt 2. Now anyone that plays online slots when you go back to a game you had previously played that the default bet amount that comes up with the game is the same as your last bet at that game. My history shows consistently for months I have rarely gone over a single SC and never over 2. Much less 60sc. I started spinning had around 159sc and doun twice then a third and got insufficient funds error. I stopped playing and immediately contacted support. They responded with default response and I asked to be escalated and they responded with a default response that had nothing to do with topic.i asked for them to replace a fix the mistake. They refused. I asked for a compromise they refuse.

    on april 28th i sat down to play a new online casino game that i had heard was fun and was already registered because i had played a few times before i just want to be clear on one thing before i file this complaint that i play on the online casinos for entertainment purposes only i am not seeking anything else but entertainment with my own money i work for I am registered with several online casinos and never had to file a complaint before because there were no issues with any of them now Modo.us is a very contradicting company to the information they tell the players because they state that they would have your redemption in one business day to your bank but then when they send you emails they say 3 -5 business days depending on your bank.thats one complain I also have but the two complaints to why i am writing this is that on april 28th at aproximatly 4:28:36 the game changed my spin amount from 3.00 to ***** and i was not aware of this at all i thought it was set at 5.00 dollars when i looked at the spin amount and thought ok thats kool i can do 5.00 a spin so i played on and played and went to play another game and noticed that my balance was like reallyy low and i couldnt think of why it was this low so i continued to play and tried to redeem my prize of 2500 but they had to verify my address and mybank information so i redeemed it at 2500 well as i waited for them to review my account which i got an email saying it was approved when i went to redeem they had me wait for other verification purposes , so like i said i like to play casino and canceled the redemption and continued to play for a while and went to bed I went to check my account on april 29th and to play a little bit and i wet to go play on the same machine and in one spin it took ****** dollars out of my account for one spin and i have provided a copy so i was like oh dang and reached out to one of the many customer representatives who asked if i could give her any supporting documents and so i sent her all the screen shot of the 29th and the 28th well i got one email saying that they sent it to an escalation team and yet have hear from them they have charged me ****** dollars for one spin and ***** for 56 spins equaling ***** dollars and all i wanted was for someone to explain to me how this happend and if it was something i did on my part i would know not to do it again but if it was a malfunction or something of a technical error on their part then just reimburse me and we would all go our own ways , and after i threatened to go to the BBB they put a terms and conditions agreement for me to sign or i couldnt get into my account and i didnt sign it because then i would breach my agreement with Modo.us but since i didnt sign it i am not breaching any agreement with modo.us . I am very sad that this has happened because i really enjoyed the games that modo.us has to play but whats fair is fair and if i did something wrong then explain it to me dont just ignore me i am not a hard person to get along with or to do business with but when you dont answer your clients inquiries it doesnt make you a very good business and businesses should have integrity and sustain a good reputation in taking care of their clients or at least explaining to them if they did something wrong I work for a big company and this is where i see the difference in where i work to other different businesses because our customers come first at our company who works with integrity and so should Modo,us on the documents that i have entered is where i tried to show them that it was charging me fifteen dollars but it doesnt look like 15 dollars they have it like this COINS SCO .39 SPIN SC1 5.00 TO ME THAT LOOKS LIKE 5.00 IT SHOULD BE CORRECTED TO THIS COINS SC 0.39 SPINS SC ***** NOW THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS ***** DOLLARS A SPIN THIS IS WHY I DIDNT NOTICE THAT IT WAS CHARGING ME ***** I THOUGHT IT WAS 5.00 AND I SENT IT TO THEM SO THEY COULD SEE WHY I DIDNT NOTICE IT WAS ***** A SPIN AND THEY DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THIS MISTAKE THAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR GAME.

    As soon as i got my account balance to $636.00, they placed my account under review and within minutes they closed my account and refused to respond to my support ticket regarding the review and they claim i have multiple accounts and i dont. I was scammed and i deserve my money back.
