    I/***** the account added money. Then I was trying to cash out a hundred and eighty dollars. I had waited twenty four hours for the count to to be verified it was verified and then it went under manual review. And then I contacted them via email via chat. They told me to wait 24 hours.I waited 4 days.Contacted them again.All the chats told me that they would send us as the email.The messages and then I went to log in my account and set my account was closed by them. They stole a hundred and eighty dollars

    Their RTP is a lie. You no longer win on games you used to win at. Average 200+ spins now just to get bonus games to not win anything. This site has turned into a real money hungry site. Used to love this site. 99% loss to .5% win .5% even. Not worth spending money here anymore

    Absolutely a thief of a company deposited over 40$ won over 130$ tried to cash out but while trying to verify identity they closed my account no explanation or nothing just closed it tried emailing wont answer ridiculous email associated is ******.******** at iCloud if Modo tries to get in contact through this review

    I was charged twice. I also have pictures of receipts. I found this out quick. I notified customer service and they told me they would push it up the chain and ended the conversation. I have not heard from them since.

    I have beyond an enormous amount of files pictures screen shots screen recordings of conversations with their support (Im a gold 2 vip member so I have live chat support unlocked for me ) and emails back and forth with this company and its parent company ************** owned and operated by ******* **********.. they have been committing false advertising deceptive practices lying directly to me and other customers.. they refuse to replace/return/refund the ** wagered and lost under the false guise that they conspired to commit.. and then they admitted it directly to me on chat in email and then changed their website after the fact to try and cover up the violations of regulations and possibly criminal activity.. I have all this documented and am waiting to find out where to file it and then sue them for everything I can while also bringing to light this web of corruption criminal or civil or both and on top of all this a jury just gave a verdict in a similar matter (high five games) and that president sets the tone for this exact situation so get ready Mr ********** cause this is about to rock your world and bank account to the fullest extent possible

    I got locked out of my account thinking customer service would help me, I was wrong. After 3 weeks of emails, Ive been going back and forth with automated. I have $2,236.46 on the site. This also works in my favorite, gambling on a website aint for me anyway. Dont waste your money on Modo.us

    I am a very upset customerwith Modo . US because. I won a good amount of Mon their slots. A 1000 have done everything. The they have asked the third team has told me to do. I've sent my whole banking statement with all my information on it 6 times and they have denied it 6 times and then asked for the same thing after I sent it to him and they denied it. I'm starting to get aggravated. I feel like I am being scammed. And at this point I feel like I think I just need to lower your up and and get my money from them because I wanted Fair and square on a website that they say millions play. And if they have a redeemed mine. This is a very unfair situation on my part because of the fact that I paid Two have some entertainment on their website Trusting. In them referring to modo. That they would do their part and paint ***** winnings without all this hassle.I Would appreciate any help in this Matto get it. Resolved cause if not, I'm going to go my own way with it. I have won lots of money on chumba and jackpota And had no trouble at all. Getting my winnings redeemed so I feel like there should be no reason why they're moto's team should be giving me a hassle about getting my winnings. They have accepted my bank statements and only took 1 day for me to get my withings. So I feel like I shouldn't have a problem with moto. I am sorry for having to give you this review but like I said, at this point I feel like I am being scammed and I'm going to take matters into my own hands. If this is not taken care of thank you in adsincerely ****.****

    Cheaters. I know gambling is gambling but their RNG is fixed. The games are fixed. They would not redeem my winnings when I did finally win They owe me $1900. It is not how advertised. It is not gambling. BBB should look into them. Im having a lawyer look into their practices.

    Terrible. its 100% rigged, they treat your bankroll like a count down timer. 1/10. dont waste your money here, youd probably have a better chance throwing your money out the window in hopes of finding more than you threw when you picked it all up off the ground. enjoy.
