    Played on 11/18/2024. Had $400 in my account. Went out and came home to my account being at $0. These guys are frauds and wont help.

    Background of the Issue: (Nov, 1 2024)My account with ********************** was compromised, resulting in unauthorized charges totaling approximately $4,600. It appears that an individual gained access to my account after breaching my email, possibly noticing the frequent emails from Modo.us and exploiting the linked payment methods (credit cards and ****** Pay) to make unauthorized purchases.Despite promptly notifying Modo.us of the fraud, they were unwilling to investigate the charges seriously. Their responses were dismissive, and they eventually stopped replying to my emails entirely.Additional Issues: (Nov, 9 2024)A few days later, despite their lack of support, I continued to use the platform and, after depositing an additional $800, won a substantial amount of $6,900. I requested a withdrawal for this sum.The next day, my account had been deleted without any prior notification or explanation. I reached out to customer support, only to receive vague responses citing unusual activity on my account. They refused to clarify what this activity entailed and abruptly informed me that they would no longer respond to any of my inquiries.Summary of Losses:I have lost a total of $4,600 due to fraudulent charges that Modo.us failed to address.Additionally, I invested $800 of my own money to continue playing after the fraud incident. I won $6,900 in legitimate earnings, which Modo.us refuses to release to me, effectively withholding my winnings.Conclusion:Modo.us not only failed to address the fraudulent activity on my account but also unjustly terminated my account after I attempted to withdraw my legitimate winnings. Their actions suggest a disregard for customer protection and transparency, particularly when it comes to addressing fraud or honoring legitimate payouts.I am seeking the full refund of the fraudulent charges, reimbursement for my legitimate deposits, or the release of my rightful winnings.

    They terminated my account immediately after I attempted to withdraw winnings very fraudulent behavior. I broke no rules whatsoever

    These transactions occurred during the month of September. I was a victim of fraud from this business and the fraudster charged more than $30000 on my debit card account. I tried to call the bank to resolve it and told me that these could not be disputed. They charged the maximum debit card spending limit ($5000) on the card per day. They charged per transaction $999.99 5 times a day which totalled around $5000. This puts me in $7500 in credit card debt that I should've paid off in full. Instead, the bank is deciding to not do research and not give me any credit back.

    I provided all documentation to redeem my ****** winnings the hey prolonged it after three days I put *********************************************************** my players account wanting me to play it back lying behind the lie I needed to send more documents which I did I was cheated because they didn't want to pay says instant pay 1 day on there site even if I don't get paid there's no reason why these aasholes should get away with witholding ur winnings I believe if a man wins pay the man as they took my money without thinking twice w about it

    On 9/5/24 I paid $1,100 USD to Modo US for gaming services. After attempting to use the services, I was dissatisfied and decided to request a refund. I contacted Modo US customer service on 9/5/24 to initiate a refund, but my request was denied without a reasonable explanation.Following this, I noticed that not only was my refund request denied, but all of the $1,100 I had paid was removed from my account with no services rendered. This is unacceptable and constitutes a breach of trust. I believe this action was unjustified, as I had not received the services as promised, and my efforts to resolve the matter with the company have been unsuccessful.I am requesting an immediate refund of the $1,100 USD and an investigation into Modo USs business practices regarding refunds and service fulfillment.Desired Resolution:I would like a full refund of $1,100 USD for the gaming services that were not provided and for Modo US to review its refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness to customers.

    So I have been in putting money to this page and I won some coins to redeem for prizes now they are giving me the turn around about the Redemption they are asking for so much information and what not I have redeem my sweep coins before but now that I won a bigger amount they do not want to give them to me .they keep returning the redemptions

    So I was playing a game they have and i have won in the past and got my sweepstake winnings . This time I won the grand prize sweepstakes and this company was rude and I had pictures and video to prove I won fair and square . They refused to refund me and or pay me my winnings . They will pay you if its not a large amount . In my case it was a large amount and I have been refused . In fact they now wont even reply back to me . These people are scammers and if they would pay what I am owed . Then I might think differently. This just happened about 3 weeks ago . Around July 3rd I think it was .
