While we often anticipate hiccups with online orders, I stumbled upon an issue with a few items.This is where VPM transformed a typical online shopping snag into an extraordinary display of customer commitment. I reached out via their 'Contact Us' link, and what happened next was nothing short of amazing. REMOVEDfrom VPM contacted me in what felt like a blink of an eye! Where I would normally anticipate a lengthy 48-hour wait, VPM astounded me with their lightning-fast response.But it wasn't just the speed that impressed me; it was the caliber of their solution. With just a few emails to clarify my situation, VPM didn't just address the problem - they astounded me by sending a brand-new batch, completely replacing the initial items.     I cant believe the fantastic service I received from this company, I had ordered a vipe pen from them, and after I used it for a week it stopped working. I emailed the company about how to start a return. They contacted me within a day explaining that the pen was not returnable do to health reasons. BUT they said they would send me a replacement free of charge. I just received the item today. The customer service with this company is the best I have yet. I recommend this company to everybody.

    I am a happy boy. I searched and found great reviews on the ccpalm. Found a great price at VPM. Just what I wanted no buttons, no REMOVED, plug and play, nothing to go wrong. Well the one they sent worked for two days intermittently and then gave up the ghost. I dashed off an email at 9 oclock at night hoping for the best. Literally an hour and a half later at 10:35 I get an email from REMOVEDcommiserating with my disappointment and offering to send out a new one ASAP. Which she did, I got it two days later and all is well. I am happy with my new palm. It that just plain works and I'm stunned at the professional attitude and willingness to help by the customer service department. You just don't see that much anymore... in America. Good Job VPM you made a bad thing a good thing and owned it. I would and will recommend you to everyone I know. As I told REMOVED, "ok, but I'm telling everybody what you did!"

    I ordered a premium product from VPM and it did not live up to my expectations or work with my preferred setup. I reached out to customer service who worked with me to find a new replacement that will actually work for me. Then, entirely unprompted and unexpected, they sent the new one to me absolutely free of charge. Additionally I didnt even have to send the other one back!I just really appreciate their customer service and the way they do business. A complaint is a dime a dozen, but a compliment speaks volumes. Thank you VPM for making my experience to get exactly what I want an easy and a pleasurable one. I would gladly buy from them again and again to support a company that really cares about their customers.
