    They just help. No games. Send what you need. If there's a problem they fix it no questions asked. I've dealt with dynavap, storz and nickel, vapvana, puffco, and the real champs are vpm when it comes to full service and customer service. You'd think with those bigger names brands I mentioned some of that price of the name tag should go to customer service but it doesn't. ********************** talks the talk, the walk the walk, it's easy to have ideals much harder to uphold and i would vpm does exactly that, they do their thing and they do it like their customers aren't the problem. ********************** IS SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST FULLY. WITHOUT HESITATION. BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE GREAT.

    VPM at every level has provided superb customer service to me. At any point that I had issues, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Especially Sena, a customer service *** at ********************** helped me with a failed vaporizer, she researched the product and my account, at the end of the day, my warranty had, recently, expired and they are ***lacing the unit anyway because I have been a consistent and loyal customer. Were I ********************, I would accredit this firm.
