    VPM at every level has provided superb customer service to me. At any point that I had issues, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Especially Sena, a customer service REMOVEDat REMOVEDhelped me with a failed vaporizer, she researched the product and my account, at the end of the day, my warranty had, recently, expired and they are REMOVEDlacing the unit anyway because I have been a consistent and loyal customer. Were I REMOVED, I would accredit this firm.

    If youre lucky enough to get REMOVEDin CS, youre in good hands. I recently purchased the CCEll Fino and I love it but after about a month it stopped charging. I reached out to VPM CS (email) and was fortunate enough to get REMOVEDand she made the replacement process painless and was very fast on email replies which I truly appreciated! I could not recommend this company any higher.

    Shipped my order in Les than 10 hours ?? there was an issue with the express delivery and they promptly emailed me with the issue and issued the proper refund without any inquiries in my part. REMOVEDfrom VPN gets my vote of confidence ??

    VPM customer service. Ive patronized this company for several years and have always enjoyed REMOVEDthey represent. My most recent order was dead out of the box and when I reached out to them they took care of the issue on the spot. Friendly people, large variety of products, and superb customer service.

    I recently purchased a dry herb vape device from REMOVED, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The product I received was a lite version of what I had intended to purchase. The product title on the website did not indicate that it was a lite version, which led to my confusion. Despite the price being in line with the regular version from other merchants, I did not suspect any discrepancy.When I raised this issue with VPM, their response was simply an apology. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in their business, and I am hesitant to engage in any future transactions with them. I have found that I could have purchased the full version with the desired accessories from other companies for the same price I paid at VPM.It is my hope that VPM will update their website to clearly specify when a product is a lite version in the title description, to avoid similar confusion for future customers

    Well bummer, we looked your order information up with your email address and... do you realize you ordered three magnetic adapters? They are literally just pieces of metal and nothing can go wrong with them. It seems you didn't order REMOVEDfrom us and if you had and reached out we would have been glad to help! We've sold dozens of thousands of the magnetic adapters and never had a complaint, but if somehow they are not what you expected feel free to contact us via our support page.

    The VPM family has been a blessing for me once I found this company I order a package and it arrived SO Fast I was flabbergasted because it came from REMOVED, REMOVEDall the way to REMOVED, REMOVEDin less then 2 days receive my goods while I ordered other items from in my country it will take 7 days to weeks.. I LOVE THE VPM FAMILY, and Im happy to support them
