    Heres a polished version of your review:---Ive ordered batteries from various places before and theyve always been disappointing. After seeing so many positive reviews for this company, I decided to give them a try and ordered two different batteries. One stopped working after a day, but the other has been excellent.I emailed customer service last night and was shockedin a good wayto receive a response within 30 minutes. We discussed the issue, and they immediately shipped a replacement. It was processed and on its way within 24 hours.This company is reliable and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. Im incredibly thankful for their support and will definitely continue using this brand moving forward.

    They just help. No games. Send what you need. If there's a problem they fix it no questions asked. I've dealt with dynavap, storz and nickel, vapvana, puffco, and the real champs are vpm when it comes to full service and customer service. You'd think with those bigger names brands I mentioned some of that price of the name tag should go to customer service but it doesn't. REMOVEDtalks the talk, the walk the walk, it's easy to have ideals much harder to uphold and i would vpm does exactly that, they do their thing and they do it like their customers aren't the problem. REMOVEDIS SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST FULLY. WITHOUT HESITATION. BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE GREAT.
