    I spent around ***** dollars including shipping on a vape cartridge battery and upon receiving the product, it does not work properly and I physically cannot use it because of its malfunction. The item is a CCell battery and no matter what kind of cartridge I put into it, I cannot take a hit from it because nothing will come out as if its clogged. However they are not clogged because the same cartridges work with other batteries I had to buy/borrow. I am trying to contact the businesses customer service and the links that they provide to get in contact with customer service dont work. It brings you to a page to fill out a form to give them your info so that customer service can contact you but it physically will not allow you to type in your info if you try to. Myself and others have tried and it doesnt work. Because of that, Im not able to get in contact with anyone from the company for help with my order or a refund and it has now been two months since I received the item. They need to be held accountable for their lack of customer service and for trying to make it look like they have customer service to avoid any repercussions but in fact not actually having it. Please help me figure this out and get in contact with them to solve this issue

    This complaint was completely undeserved. It's amazing the BBB even provides a platform for this kind of thing. 

    SUNDAY evening we received this email from the customer:

    " Hello,

    Im trying to get help with the item I purchased that is malfunctioning and fill out a form for customer service to ask my questions and it physically doesnt allow anyone to type their information so Im not understanding how to contact anyone. Please let me know how to get in touch with customer service.

    Sunday night the customer submitted this ******************** complaint. 

    We replied to the customer Monday morning. We helped her to satisfaction just as we would any customer, then we noticed the ******************** complaint. Seems unfair for a customer to submit a complaint like this only hours after emailing us (on a Sunday evening).
