    This team is one of the best customer service representatives experience team ever! If theyre taking the time to address youre concerned, they are going to address your concerns ??. Without approaching the situation, with a semi hostile, arrogant rep thought out the call. #VPM does not make you feel like that at all. And that means everything to me. P.s shout out to ******!!

    I was skeptical at first. Now I will find it hard to go elsewhere. Their customer service is some of the best Ive experienced. I made a mistake in ordering and reached out. They explained the issue, but still offered to make it right! Every time Ive reached out with questions they responded quickly and clearly. I have now made 4 or 5 purchases and am thrilled to have found this company. If they keep this up Ill be buying from them for a long time.

    Absolutely amazing customer service and communication! I had mistakenly broken my order into 2 orders, and was willing to eat it on the extra shipping. I promptly got an email from ******** at VPN.com to clarify my address and to say that she noticed the double order and was going to combine them and refund me one shipping charge, I was floored! I emailed back to thank her for her attention, asking her to give my email to her manager. I promptly got an email from ******, ********'s manager thanking me. I'm not used to such friendly, prompt and personal attention online shopping. This experience has earned my loyalty, I'll send everyone to VPN.com! Thank you again ******** and ******!

    Well I was on he website then got a IP restricted message and then went to BBB to get a phone number and it hangs up without 1 ring. Sure would like to buy parts

    After having a terrible experience with Puffco, I bought a new vape from this site. It came quickly and I am very happy with it. Also, from reading the reviews and such on here the company seems very responsive and I don't think I'd have any problems if any issues were to ever arise. It's nice to see a company that cares about more than just getting your money and then throwing you out in the cold. Keep up the good work!
