1 starAs Im reading through these reviews I see my husband isnt the only one having issues with not getting paid. He was swapped over from another agency handling payroll to Acumen. We had to split his time sheet between them and Acumen. He received his pay from Allied on 1/5 but nothing from Acumen for 1/12. I have called almost every day trying to reach someone with no answer or callback. Ive sent emails nothing. Per their pay schedule hes to be paid again on 1/26 but Im not holding my breath. It just amazing me how I can be on hold for over three hours and speak to no one. *** chose the callback option but no call back.Acumen Fiscal Agent

1 starHorrible Company So Far!!! I have been calling non stop and holding forever hours and hours and then being hung up when you reach 3hours. Back to drawing board to calling and holding again. Was supposed to be paid on 1/12/24 and didnt get a check was supposed to get check on off week 1/19/24 and boom guess what no check again!!! You can never talk with payroll and let the agents tell it there is no number to provide to employees at this time. You email payroll and they never respond I know the call load is high but come on now!!! Seems like to me Acumen wants you to put a week in the hold when they acquired the company you were with before.. Allied would never!! Yes I am in Alabama I have been patient long enough and nothing is being done about people getting their pay. Its always I showing it processing how many processing steps does it take at this point!!! I just want my pay at this point. Guess I will be in the same situation next week when paychecks are supposed to be paid. You send timesheets on time and still cant get paid on time. Its always an excuse if you dropped the ball say that the truth is always better what we gone do when yall holding the funds to pay!! Take accountability at this point we get things happen but when you dont communicate things get crazy and go left really fast when playing with folks money. I would give no stars if I had the option and that is being nice but a negative is more appropriate at this time!!!Acumen Fiscal Agent

1 starThis company is a disgrace and I am saddened that they were chosen to handle payroll for the agency I am with. Pay is late, won't return calls/messages. I am seriously contemplating leaving even the agency I am with, that I love as long as THIS COMPANY is over payroll. Shame on you Acumen.Acumen Fiscal Agent

These time sheets were processed for payment, and the employee was paid via direct deposit on January 29th. 1 starMy employer has not been paid in weeks! It is sad for her and her family. They have to eat! What if they didnt get paid when they were expected to! 1 starI am the caregiver for both my disabled brother and mother. This company took over payroll from another company and I've yet to see my paycheck. I'm owed money for service between 12/23/23-12/29/23 and I can't get anyone on the phone to get any information as to why I haven't received my pay. Was told to submit time sheets to them by 1/5/24 for payment on the 12th and still didn't receive it. Was also told by my mother's case manager that it could be Tuesday which is today and still haven't received anything. When calling you're on hold listening to the same recording saying how they know your call is important and that next available representative will assist as soon as possible but they never answer the phone or return the call. So that tells me it's not important to them. I have bills just like they do but I'm sure they are getting their paychecks in a timely manner and on-time like they are supposed to. I don't know what to do at this point to even receive pay for time I've worked. I'm supposed to be paid on the 19th but I'm having a hard time believing I'll receive that when I still havent recieved pay from December. If I could give this company negative stars it would be -10. 1 starAcumen Fiscal Agent has consistently acted in bad faith by not releasing my out of pocket ******** reimbursements. They have been reported to the state over and over and at this point, if I dont have these funds (over $500) paid to me by the end of the year, I will be seeking legal representation. They have caused me great harm by withholding these payments. The company has lost information, has had to require things to be resubmitted, doesnt return phone calls, and mismanaged my case. My question is, how much interest do they accrue and benefit from on the backs of disabled people while they withhold our funds? This company has so many negative reviews I dont know why any state would contract with them. Due to their negligence and consistently operating in bad faith, I have had repeated financial crises and they are a direct barrier to my ability to receive consistent services. Their actions flat out cause harm to people with disabilities. They already have a class action against them. 1 starA lot of people leaving reviews are caretakers who love their occupation. We work hard to provide services to special needs clients and/or the elderly of our community. The least acumen could do is pay on time and not reverse checks because of an error on their behalf. Then when you try to get answers for anything it's a dead end, you won't ever get to speak with a supervisor it's always costumer service. **************** is the middle man when it comes to communication and it's not always accurate because you're not talking to the source. I was told I was overpaid but no one emailed me or let me know anything, they put some of the money back but no explanation on the other half. They had customer service tell me it was an overpayment with no other context, and I can't even reference my paystubs because they are being sent to another employees email instead of mine! So acumen goes in and out my account taking and putting back where they see fit because someone messed up . The kicker is they waited to do this during the holidays and put my account in the negatives while I was Christmas shopping for my children. This is shameful, I'm a a veteran that relies on this income and this is what you choose to do. Acumen knew they couldn't handle the number or employees that came from GT independence, it's the only payroll company in my area so they have a monopoly in **************. Acumen got greedy and this is the result, they are backed up and as a result ppl suffer. I'd also like to add that it took over a month for me to get paid because this company did not put in the right email, my employer called for weeks and finally after a month someone noticed. The email clearly was kicked back because it was missing one letter but no one cared to check. They don't care because at the end of the day they are their checks and bonuses while the rest of us starve. Gross negligence, I'm seeing a lawsuit in their future.Acumen Fiscal Agent
