    ******* Employee Transferred to Acumen 12/23/23 Ive Not Been paid for 3weeks of pay Im sending my 4th week in on Monday Jan29th **** Im praying to be paid for all hours Ive worked Friday January 26th i received a direct deposit of 93 dollars For Dec 23 2023 I didnt work on the 23rd thats a Sunday My Hours are Monday Through Friday 9am to 5pm I didnt send that time sheet in so Im wondering where and Why Was I Paid For 8 Hours That I Never sent a time sheet for .I did speak with a supervisor Im praying he gets the job done if not Im contacting the labor board this has been the worst experience!!! I Desperately Need My Pay Checks

    I have tried and tried to contact these people to get my paycheck and they only paid me for one day and that was for the 31st. They have not accepted any of my other payroll or time sheets and I cannot get in contact with anybody. Personal choice tells me that they can do anything and that I have to contact acumen and I cannot get anybody on the phone and I cannot get any emails back. Honestly this is ridiculous and so stupid that they have changed companies and everything was going great

    I am a personal choice employee and I have not been paid by this company they took the state contract from Allied. I was working a whole under this company before I knew that I was working for a new company. They do not return phone call they do response to emails. Never had this problem with the other company that I worked for. Right now they own me for 4 weeks of pay.I did what they ask me to do as far as getting my time sheet to them. They keep sending me something about there rules saying they dont pay over 40 hours in one week, but I only work 25 hours in a week.

    Just like many of you Ive yet to get paid for the month of January at all. My bills are past due and theyve yet to respond to a single email or call. I do understand that transitioning can take time but this has been beyond deplorable. Im sure if Acumen didnt get paid theyd have an issue. Now what are we supposed to do? Acumen are you going to compensate for late fees and other expenses that have occurred because of your negligence? It may be time to look for payroll services and things elsewhere because this is unacceptable.

    Today is 1/26/2024 I should've got payed today but no pay and on hold 7 hours today this is a mess, need to take legal action against these people no regards of how people get treated. Still on hold as I type my son is disabled anf why would they switch us to a company with bad reviews and do not pay

    They are horrendous. We have not even had them a month here and not one person can do their job. No one answers the phones all day or emails. They can't answer questions when you do. You can be on hold for hours at the open time of their business and nothing. This company needs to be bought out and dismantled. Then redone from the ground up with management and employees.

    This company is just a **** joke Im reaching out to SS to see why they are getting paid but their employees are not this so stupid no reason for this at all!

    Was paid on 1/12/24 But not on 1/26/24 Dont understand why adss would changed from allied to acumen What for a cheaper rate? it shows! The company is s*** they know many families rely on to pay their bills

    I am a worker and a employer how do yall think we can live off not getting paid. As of today ive work all month and have only got paid $68.00 this not the pay amount. My worker hasnt only has received 1 week work of pay.We are struggling because of not getting paid.
