1 starOMG, the worst. I accidentally entered my (adult disabled) son's name under "Client' and "Authorized Representative". Getting it changed has been among the most comprehensively awful experiences in customer service of my adult life.I was patient with Nori, the person who answered the call, for the first half hour, but after having explained the situation to her a fifth - yes, fifth - time, and having had her routinely put me on hold to "get some information for you" but come back each time to ask me the very same question she was trying to get the information for, and after having read her everything with a clickable pixel on my screen and all the screens I could click through to, I finally asked if there was someone who knew more that could help me out. She said her manager - I said "Great! Please put me through to them." "I can't. He can only conference in.""Do they have a phone?""No.""No? Is he in your building? Can you ask him to call me?""No. He can conference in on the call.""He can? What device does he use to conference in?"Silence."He doesn't have a phone.""Have you ever talked to him?""Yes.""In person?""No.""What device did you talk to him with?"Silence.I could go on. Because *the call* went on and on. And it took multiple additional tries to get Nori to acquiesce to the reality that her supervisor, *****, had an actual phone he could use to contact the outside world, and provide me with the number for calling him.But you would probably like to keep your hair where it is, rather than pull it out of your own scalp the way I did on this neverending call.Review fromMisty J

1 starI really wish there were an option to give a rating in the negatives. Run dont walk away from this company. They are the most corrupt company I have ever ************** soon as they get you set up the number for your agent is suddenly disconnected and your only option is to email them, but they never answer, or to call customer service and when you follow customer services advice, that apparently turns out to be wrong, you get all the blame and then threatened. *** really likes to throw you under the bus. Yeah, F you ***. Then along comes ***, who let me tell you is so not a joy to deal with once they get you reeled in. My employee was due four months of backpay. He is only supposed to have around 6% taken out of his paychecks. They took 24% out! They also constantly short him hours. They have refused to pay him any of that money back. And they had me locked out of my account so I couldnt track hours. So I left this s*** company. Now Im fighting them to get the taxes they withdrew from my account so that I can pay my Q2 taxes. They completely emptied my account and left me high and dry. This company is the biggest scam ever. How they managed to get this contract is beyond me. And just a head up, the only reason they have an A rating with the BBB is because they lie and say that the issue has been resolved when it actually hasnt. Read more of the reviews and youll see how they f*** people over again and again and again giving zero f**** about people not being able to pay their bills and having their utilities cut or their vehicles repossessed. I will now be contacting the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation and the **************************** to report Acumens theft. Im already looking for an attorney specializing in securities law for legal advice just to get all my ducks in a row. If youre experiencing the same I suggest you turn them in to these same entities in your state.Review fromMichael M

1 starAcmen is becoming the fiscal agent for ********** and they have no idea what they are doing. Incompetent would be a compliment. I went to their local office in enroll and with their guidance filled out the paperwork, which actually listed myself as my own son. These people have no idea what they are doing.Review fromTina J

1 starOne of the responsibilitys of Accumen are as follows... Provide reports and account statements that allow the employer to track spending plans authorization/ budgets. If they would do this job correctly then employees payrolls would be prepared correctly. Employees would not have to wait over a month and at this time still waiting to get paid for days worked in March ! I have contacted them numerous times all I get is NO straight answers ! My belief is they did not send out the budget to my employer so those days that I did not get paid for saying Batched did not have a budget set in place. If they did I would have been paid for those days. Then there saying they had to put in a new code, if that be true why does it take so long to do that ??Acumen Fiscal Agent

1 starI'm sorry this is part two the continuation of the review. Denzel and a LED supervisor had the audacity to ask me was there any email that I overlooked or my employee in regards of missing paperwork that needs to be completed to complete processing. If I share with you I called in inquiring why is it taking so long in regards to my employee being processed and I got an email from Kimberly W. Sharing details about an A4 form that was completed incorrectly and if it was not submitted that they would have to default it back to zero and single for the employer nothing else was mentioned about any missing documents or corrections. So in regards to it it basically stated you can correct it and send it in or it's going to default. My counselor over the program for me ask the question basically stating if that's all then okay we're fine with the defaulting to zero can we have the good to go letter. I inquired why was I told 48 hours later because of no response from Kimberly that the background check hasn't been completed is what they're waiting on. 72 hours later called back was told the background check was passed and it was just being processed. Then Denzel had the audacity to ask me who told me that and that it was not process when all this here should be documented in the notes upon clients/employers calling about the process of enrollment of their employee. I've had several called back that has not been returned. I've been hung up on several times on April 1st 20:25. I've had Denzel the alleged supervisor attempting to lie about the status and what must be missing. If there's documents missing or needed that hasn't been completed then he should have been able to give me that information of missing documents email sent to. I can search emails all day and I only have three emails from acumen. I have five emails from my counselor in case manager. They will not give you corporate's number to make your complaint to be heard legitimately. They create cases that goes nowhereReview fromRyan F.

1 starIf your gonna force me to paick a rating then atleast have negative ratings it wont let me go lower than 1 star. And belive me I would.Worst company ever never get paid on time hours are always wrong they are not even paying the right hourly rate and anytime I call it's either dhs fault or mine they never take responsibility for their f*** *** 100% think that this is a corrupt company that's just laundering money. Do your research and find a different way to get paid. Thye make me open a bank account so they could use it to do pay roll but they always over draft it and I have to pay the fees how is this legal or even right. On paper or says I make almost 4k a month but in reality I get paid less than 2k a month witch really screws up my bank account and anytime I have to show proof of income it really screws **** like how they come.on here saying oh we fixed the problem right after we talked to you....yeah right what ever you gotta do to make your company look legit right Bunch of con men just out to make a quick **** and not give a second thought to the disabled or their family. All they do is pass the blame to someone elseAcumen Fiscal Agent

1 starThis company is horrible. They mailed my check when all my checks were previously direct deposited. They leave it up to the elder persons you take care of to verify your hours as if elderly people are technology savvy. Therefore I'm missing 2 paychecks, I haven't been paid in a month. The phone number they provide you with is incorrect and everyone you talk to seems to not know what's been changed or updated in the system. Simply horrific to deal with.Acumen Fiscal Agent

We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Our goal is to ensure payments are made via the preferred method of payment. Due to delays in receiving the necessary information for direct deposit, we issued payment via check to avoid further delay. We have since confirmed that all information has been updated correctly. If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to contact us directly at ************.Review fromDawn S

1 starOn November 21, Acumen says, "they're not the caregivers employer," even if this statement was true and they do only payroll then why did Acumen NOT catch the 600hrs hrs+ of overtime I had and listed it as regular hrs. EXAMPLE 2 WEEK PAY PERIOD REGULAR HRS. 80 REGULAR HRS. 40 THEY ALSO DID'NT TAKE TAXES OUT THIS LAST YEAR.THEY SHOULD HAVE CORRECTED THOSE ISSUES AND DID NOT.YOUR EMPLOYEE PACKET COMES IN ACUMEN FISCAL AGENT FOLDER. *** portal does not match some pay stubs sent via email.Review fromJay L
