    On November 21, Acumen says, "they're not the caregivers employer," even if this statement was true and they do only payroll then why did Acumen NOT catch the 600hrs hrs+ of overtime I had and listed it as regular hrs. EXAMPLE 2 WEEK PAY PERIOD REGULAR HRS. 80 REGULAR HRS. 40 THEY ALSO DID'NT TAKE TAXES OUT THIS LAST YEAR.THEY SHOULD HAVE CORRECTED THOSE ISSUES AND DID NOT.YOUR EMPLOYEE PACKET COMES IN ACUMEN FISCAL AGENT FOLDER. *** portal does not match some pay stubs sent via email.

    They are my agency with my business. They lie and refuse to up the pay rate. Taken 3 weeks and talking about getting a lawyer to even get a call back. They trample disabled peoples rights and cant seem to do the job they get paid for. ***** fms I have ever dealt with! There is a reason there is lawsuits against them!

    If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. They have completely disregarded the need for services to which we are entitled! The *** assured me that it would be taken care of, THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION!!!!!!!! Except, "corrections needed". How many times do we need to fill out the same corrections before it is accepted? This is HIGHLY unacceptable. Thanks, Acumen, for denying families access to the services they are entitled to. No, it is not just my family, there are MANY other families across ******* that have been denied services AND pay.

    I found out they got paid $20+ million dollars to do the payroll for ******** Waiver. Yet they have been s******* up everysince January 2024! They have fixed it where the state workers can't contact them by phone if there's a problem.Only by email.They are also able to go in and change their clients time and you can not change your 4 digit pin that helps you clockout only they can.This isn't a good income security to depend on.It was 100% better with Allied.That was a major mistake when they switched to this company. Do not put your trust in them to pay your bills or you'll be messed up! Noone is happy with them not even the case workers! You would think they'd be a honest company and have this stuff down packed with all of the millions they're getting from the government ?? But that's not the case at all.Allied did no***** wrong yet they hoped up and ran to this company for some reason.All I can say is don't depend on your money to be right every 2 weeks like you did with Allied.The state should have put some***** in their contract to guarantee their clients are treated fairly or else the contract is canceled! Whoever ran to this company did not do their homework! ATALL Guess it was a buddy ***** or some*****! It's sad and I feel sorry for the disabled people that can't work or do any***** for themselves! Because this shiesty crooked company do not care! But atleast they have their millions so why would they care.I wouldn't give them 1 star! It's sad these people can't reach anyone..Allied was always reachable.Someone always answered their phone! If you are a company looking for a payroll company. DO NOT HIRE THESE GREEDY CROOKS! I'm taking my grandmother off of this program and putting her on another one ASAP! Don't believe any good reviews about this company because it's not a good company at all! ??????????

    Would not Except timesheet could not give me a time when I would get paid even though I submitted my timesheet on June 3, they said cut off was June 1

    Per Alabama ADSS direction, Acumen is no longer able to accept paper timesheets effective June 2, 2024. Our records indicate the matter was resolved on June 12, 2024.

    This is a untrustworthy company that is hindering the disabled in **. Do not sign up for them to be your FMS as they lie and never answer the phone or reply to emails. Totally handicapping the handicapped! They don't pay on time. They loose invoices and they don't get paid. Regional Centers of Ca should discontinue offering Acumen as a choice.

    This company took over payroll for the Alabama SAIL peogram without having the information needed to do so. I do not know which faults lie with the old company or with Acumen or with the SAIL program itself, but it has been disastrous. To top it all off, making this change 2 weeks before Christmas was just stupid. I don't know whose decision that was, but again, it was really stupid. People needed their paychecks more so than any time of the year. Holiday closings made it even worse trying to get ahold of someone by phone at Acumen. Poor, poor planning and organization with this whole ordeal. The absolute worst thing about it is that surely some of these clients have lost their precious employees because of late or missing payments. These precious employees are so hard to come by to begin with. Acumen has dropped the ball with managing ******* SAIL and has caused some clients to lose their caretakers. Like I said, there is possibly blame to be placed with SAIL and Morning Sun (the old payroll company)...I don't know but I wish I did. I am an employee for a client of SAIL and have been for years. I've been paid by multiple companies now as I believe SAIL takes the lowest bid every couple of years. Acumen has definitely been the worst.

    I have a son that gets help through Personal Choices and he really doesn't get many hrs but since this company has taken over its been nothing but problems. I cant afford to lose his caregiver. I also don't understand the clocking in at the physical address and clocking out at the physical address. It has caused huge problems for us.

    Absolute most incompetent company I've ever encountered. Their excuse for not paying thousands of employees and causing car repos, cancellations of insurance, utilities cut off, etc is that they have so much to do. Well someone with a brain should of have said hey we cant take yall on as clients bc we **** at our jobs. They are arrogant and rude that's if you can get someone to answer or return a call. I've also heard that the *** is not only pompous and kind of dumb he also side steps all payment issues when addressed and does nothing to rectify. They ahave lawsuits out the ****. So an explanation as to why they are still in business would be great. I am still owed payment and it's been over a month. I've spoken to a "manager" who hung on me bc I asked him if he got his paycheck even tho hes not doing his job. Needless to say I'm sure their employees still getting paid even tho they fail to do theirs.

If there are any shifts that you feel are unpaid you will need to submit those to Acumen for payment. Thank you.

    I too am a participant of Alabama personal choices program. Since they took over, none of my workers pay deposits have been correct. They are missing hours and per ADSS my worker got an increase in wage of 77 cents as of Jan 20, and still waiting for back pay. I have called messaged, written ADSS and personal choices manager, also called ********* They say they are working on it. Acumen is the worst I've seen.
