    They are paying me 24 hrs for two weeks work when I turn in a time sheet for 80 hours

    Thank you for using electronic means of time submission. We do see that you submitted shifts in January, then amended those shifts which resulted in an overpayment. When the revision was sent, the time was adjusted, which also allowed us to process the additional time submitted. All shifts that have been provided to Acumen have been paid at this time. If you feel that you are missing any further payments, please review your paid shifts in DCI and let us know what shifts remain unpaid by submitting them for payment.     Our employee was not paid on 2/23. I've called and left messages, sent emails through the contact us form, and left my number in line to have someone call me back. I hope this company doesn't wonder why they have 1 star overall rating. I've never seen customer service this bad/delayed. Maybe this will get someone's attention because nothing else seems to.

    I am an employee for an Alabama Personal Choices participant. Since Acumen became the agent for this service on 12/23/24, I have not been paid correctly. Deposits have been short, over, or split in two. This most recent pay period of 1/28/24-2/10/24, I worked 80 hours.I was paid for 18.Myself, the Personal Choices counselor, & that counselor's supervisor have all been calling & emailing Acumen's customer ***************** departments. None of us has gotten a response.I cannot work for free. If we have no resolution by the end of this week, I will have to resign & find another job. In that event, the participant may have to enter a long-term care facility as the family is currently unable to replace me. Given the particpant's complex care plan & fragility, her prognosis in an LTC facility is poor.

    Just like everyone else I have yet to be paid since Acumen took over. The last time I was paid was by Allied on 12/31. I have yet to be paid since. It is 02/14 and I have nothing nice to say. We have called and emailed. Ive turned in all my timesheets in order on time and I have the confirmation emails as well saying they are in processing. Ive been patient with the transition but its been a month you should have everything figured out. Our case worker has also been contacting us every week just about to find out I still havent been paid. This is ridiculous. How are we suppose to live our lifes and pay our bills if we cant get paid. We dont work for free and dont say youve tried contacting me because NO you have not nor have you contacted my employer. Thank you

    They refuse to speak with anyone. Turned in my time sheet on 1/16 and have still not received my paycheck as of 2/11. Email is automated responses to read FAQs. We(caregivers with Alabama personal choices) are having our electric cut off, losing our cars, late fees for unpaid bills etc, ** this company doesn't know what they are doing. Horrible business practices, customer service and ethics.

    Worst company ever ! Nobody answer the phone , Im 3 weeks without pay . I wish Allied would come back . I ABSOLUTELY HATE ACUMEN ! -LR

We have attempted to contact you via the phone number we were provided from the previous FMS but the person who answers says it is a wrong number.     Acumen should be fired and Allied rehired! Acumen does not have the man power to process hundred of timesheets. They are not being held accountable for not honoring pay schedule. Its exhausting trying to reach out to a company that refuses to communicate or just simply does not care if youre paid. Totally ridiculous!!

Please understand that in order for pay to be received on time, the hours must be entered in DCI (or timesheets received) by the deadlines provided on the payment schedule.     I have been trying to sign my special needs daughter up with this agency since December 18th. I went to the class the first of December so we **uld get all the paperwork done by the first of the year and get my child some services. I sent an email on Dec 18th as directed by the teacher of the certification class. We had a choice between acumen and another fiscal agency. I really wish we had gone with the other one. Here it is February 10th and I cannot get anyone from this ** to return my calls or emails. I have it all on my phone, where I've called over 20 times with no reply. I went through my service **ordinator and she was able to get them to send me an enrollment packet on January 8th. The packet is so thick and long that you need legal help to figure it out. OR you need help from an Acumen rep which would be very nice if they returned your calls!!!! The first time a packet was sent to me, it was two packets in one so I **uldn't make sense of it. Another rep sent the packets separately for myself and for the caregivers. That was much better, but still hard to navigate without help from Acumen.This was not meant to be a battle. But it has been, from the start oh and one other BIG thing: the phone numbers that they list on their website and in their emails DO NOT WORK. The person you are trying to reach is always unavailable. Leaving messages doesn't work. You never get a person to speak to, only answering machines. So if you have lots of time on your hands to wait around on them, then they might be a good fit for you. If you have a life (as most people with special needs children do) then don't go with them. You have enough on your plate to deal with and you don't need the added stress and frustration and the run around that this **mpany give you-all free of charge! Go with the other choice. This is about getting help for your loved one, not about learning how to go to war.

    Like many of the reviews on this site, I have not been paid since Acumen took over for ADSS for Alabama. Three timesheets were sent in and I received email confirmation that ALL were sent for processing. I have emailed, called and received recorded messages. I was able to get through and talk to someone, it took 15 minutes on hold for this person to tell me that the supervisor was on another call, did I want to hold and wait or could they call me back. I should have waited! Another call and another recorded message WTF! There must be a minimum number of calls before you get paid. Worst decision ever made hiring this company, I guess you get what you pay for!
