1 starBeware of EcoShield Pest Solutions. I was approached by a sales *** who assured me there was no long-term commitment just a one-time trial service to see how we like it. There was absolutely no mention of a one-year contract during the ***********, months later, theyre trying to hold me to a 12-month agreement I never knowingly agreed to or signed. This is not just poor communication its blatant deception. The way they rope people in under false pretenses is completely unethical.I strongly advise others to read every line (if you even get a copy of a contract) and not trust anything their ***s say verbally. 1 starA male individual was identified on my security system as he passed a gated private driveway and began wandering around my property. He eventually rang the doorbell. I asked who he was, however, he wouldn't identify himself. He was wearing an EcoShield polo shirt. He wanted me to open the door and talk to him about my ant problem. Speaking to him through my security system, I told him I wasn't interested in his services. He was rude and adamant, asking, " Are you not home", " When will you be home".When I said I didn't need his services, he asked "Who do you have services with?" He said, "Well they're not doing a good job." I told him to leave, which he was still hesitant to do. He never identified himself as an EcoShield employee. He never offered to leave a card or any other means of contacting EcoShield.He was on foot and perhaps an electric bike. From all outward appearances he was casing homes for future break-ins. Two neighbors called 911 fearing for their safety. A ********* Sheriff officer intercepted the individual and had a dialogue regarding trespassing and solicitation.Based on this "EcoShield representative's" actions and demeanor, I wouldn't buy ANY services from this company.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starBeware: Misleading Contract tactics and Pushy Terms When I signed up, the full contract wasnt shown, only a signature field was visible on the salesman's small phone. Key terms like the two-year length and $250 early termination fee were never explained verbally. I trusted the *** and got burned.A confirmation text is sent, but ***lying locks you into the contract. DO NOT REPLY! Trying to cancel leads to pressure tactics and discounted offers that are still overpriced. While all polite, they will pursue the whole contract to get their pound of flesh out of you! It is bad business to be so misleading and then to not admit their sneaky tactics when you go to cancel.Though the account was in my wifes name and I never knowingly with reasonable consent agreed to terms, they refused to recognize the legal issue. I offered several fair compromises, all rejected. After many calls, they finally settled on a $150 termination fee and dropped the debt collection threat and all processes going forward. It is my stupid fee, and two days of my life as I look at it now. DONT BE STUPID ************ reduced bugs a bit, but spots were missed. For $1800 over two years, its not worth it. If youre on a budget, get a $60 sprayer and DIY. Strongly advise to avoid this company!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starI'm very disappointed with the information that I was told, what I was expecting, and what I received. When I looked outside a few days after the first treatment, I still saw bugs! When I went to look at the receipt, I saw that I have to continue paying for 24 months, otherwise I'm charged $250! I will never use this company again or refer this company to anyone. 1 starI had an extremely disappointing experience with EcoShield. When signing up for pest control services, I was assured that specific requestsincluding wasp control and rodent trapswould be accommodated. However, the technician failed to follow through on those promises and only completed standard pest control. Worse yet, I wasnt informed about the service limitations until after the treatment was performed, making cancellation impossible under their ********* add to the frustration, EcoShield refused to issue a refund for the services they failed to provide and even attempted to charge an extra $250 for canceling the contractdespite the fact that they had not upheld their end of the agreement. Their lack of transparency, refusal to take responsibility, and rigid cancellation policies make me unable to recommend them. 1 starWe entered into a one-year contract with this company for a scheduled service that was supposed to take place today. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also falsely claimed they knocked on our door with no answer, despite the fact that we were home the entire time and no attempt was made to contact us.We are now facing resistance in recovering our payment, and their customer service has been evasive and unhelpful. 1 starOn April 17, 2025, I answered my doorbell to a young man who told me that there is a serious problem in my neighborhood with scorpions! Normally I turn away all venders at my front door, but for some reason I did listen to this young man.He advised me that my neighbor next door had some large scorpions in her home and yard, so she used his service to take care of her problem. That I needed to also have my home and yard treated or I would have them all come to me. We were talking in my backyard, and he pointed to my neighbor to the west, as he told his story.He talked me into a service contract for their treatment once every quarter that would cost $169 for each treatment. They sprayed the home and yard that day.A few days later when I spoke to my neighbor that he claimed had her yard treated, I asked if she did have the large scorpions, and had her yard sprayed. She advised me that they did come to the door with the same story, but no she did not have a scorpion problem.I asked around with other neighbors and they were all told the same LIE about scorpions.May 14, 2025 at 09:49 AM MST I received an email from Ecoshield Pest Solutions in regards to **************** Appointment on Monday, May 19th between 8:30am-10:30am. It was to let me know it was time for my QUARTERLY treatment. April 17 through May 19 is not a QUARTER, it is one month plus 2 days. There will be another charge of $169 for that treatment. That must have been when I called and CANCELED my contract! Less than 3 hours later I got another email, May 14, 2025 at 12:21 PM MST, in regards to the Cancellation Request, asking me to call someone in the ******************** At that time, I was too upset to speak with ********* much as I do not want to pay their Cancellation Fee, I also dont want to take a chance of having my credit score ********** sharing my story, maybe I can keep someone else from have an un-needed contract!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 star************. Their treatments don't work. When you call in, you get routed to **********. They beg for you to stay, give you discounts, and then they don't provide a treatment. Called in Jan to cancel was begged to stay, offered a discount. I took it, thinking okay, fine. It didn't work. Was told by the tech, it's because of the winter. Then why are you here? March, I call to cancel, tired or their antics. They give me 50% off and say I only have to pay this and the next treatment. Whatever. They come in april for the first of two more treatments. They don't do much but walk aimlessly around my yard and leave. No spray, nothing. I call and comain in June, because of the bugs they swear to treat. A guy comes out, gets out of his van, asks to go into my garage and I declined. This is for outdoor only. He leaves without doing anything. Now I've been trying to cancel and they're threatening me with collections. They are illegally soliciting in ********. They're not providing services. They are taking money from people on false promises. The first initial treatments will be something after that, they dont do anything. STAY AWAY.Ecoshield Pest Solutions
