    Was not happy with the service sign up for a 6month program they kept charging me beyond my 6 month. Made it real difficult to cancel paid my cancellation fee and still received letters in the mail for remaining balance

    Ecoshield is a great company! The sales *** who came to my door was very respectful and not pushy at all. He genuinely cared and wanted to help solve my bug issue. The service was very well done and the technician also listened to everything I had to say and needed.

    This company uses fast talking salesmen to promote their services and trick you into a long term contract that in my opinion is very over priced. I signed up for their services which I expected to be $159 for six months, this is what the salesman led me to believe. Instead it was $159 for each monthly service for six months. Very deceptive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I called and terminated my account at the end of my contract. the same ****** the surprise of EcoShield themselves -- my account "reinstated itself" 20 days later. I found out months later when they tried to schedule a new quarterly appointment.Avoid this company like the plague. My contract was with Ecoshield **************** out of ********************* fact - if you want the cut your service cost in half - just call them and say you want to cancel you account. Then transfer to their "Solutions" department where they will let you haggle the cost down to basically nothing. Because that's the quality of the service - it's pretty much nothing.

    Knocks on my door and tries flirting with my wife, then when I come over and tell him were not intrested he lies about our HOA saying hes working on our neighbors home (which we have a company that does this already) then he steps up to my door and tries to keep pushing me to buy offering a discount to me. I told him to leave and he wouldnt so I slammed the door.

    If they will rip off a man in the Uniform they will have no problem making you their next victim. You have been warned, scam two the initial charge must go to the salesman because I was charged a start up charge with the first payment. Second scam, Ecoshield increases your property size to charge you more. Scam three customer service will keep you dealing with them for over 45 minutes to finally cancel their service which you will do.If you hire them then you can only blame yourself.

    Do not use this business for anything. The customer service is absolutely terrible and you will never speak with anyone local or most likely even in our country no matter how many times you call. If you send an email it will be 100% ignored. I was not shown by the technician and the inspector both on separate occasions. They will then charge you $180 to cancel your account and there is not management of any kind to actually speak with. What a horrible business as unprofessional as I have ever seen.If I could leave negative stars I would do so. This has been a terrible experience
