1 starI would give zero stars if allowed. Not the service I signed up. It was to be granular service as the young man stated it was better for for the environment, our property, and our pets. First service they forgot the interior of the house as laid out in the service agreement. Second service, they claimed they did their job, yet my wife watched him the entire time sitting in his truck. When he finally decided to do the service took him less than three minutes. We have nearly a quarter acre. When we called customer service, we got the call center in ***************. They could not help. All phone numbers given lead to ***************. Emails sent, were not responded from a local office, back to ***************. Today I received an invoice for a cancellation fee and then one minute later received an email from ****??, that stated that if I did not contact them by end of day, they would send an invoice. It was 12:35pm. You guessed it , called the number on email and it lead me back to ***************. The worst pest control company in our area, phoenix and all surrounding areas. 1 starHorrible company! A very young man approached us in our front yard trying to sell EcoShield pest control. He was nice, but in an annoying, pushy manner. He used the same fake marketing ploy others have experienced of how they service everyone in this area and can offer a discount. We needed some work done, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Told him I did not want to be locked into anything. He said no, we'd never do that. Come to find out, when signing their iPad that you can't even see outside in the sun or much less read the very small print, you are signing a 2-year contract with a $189+ penalty if you cancel, and they have you signing away your right to cancel within the 3 days that the *** allows by law due to an "immediate need for services." Very, very shady sales tactics where they lie through their teeth just to get you to sign and do all they can to distract you from actually understanding their ridiculous contract. Fortunately, I ***************, but please be vigilant when these shady salesman from EcoShield approach you. Don't fall for their nonsense.A couple months later on 7/27/23, EcoShield salesman returns AGAIN (different one) despite a no soliciting sign posted right next to the door they knocked on. These people are so annoying! On 8/28/23, EcoShield salesman returns AGAIN (different one) TWO different times despite a no soliciting sign posted right next to the door they knocked on (multiple times for several minutes), AND despite my calling them on 7/27/23 telling them my address and NOT to ever come back. Well, here we are! I told the same to the salesman today at the door and he just left with an arrogant grin on his face. This company is so unprofessional! 1 starThey have a hidden cancelation fee which is the bogus discount they off you on the first service. mine was $300 and i am still fighting them as i was told by the sales representative that i could cancel at any time without any fee.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starTwice today, One of their salesmen ignored no solicitors signs, and repeatedly rang my door bell. 1 starI dont even know where to start the company if filled with countless amount of degenerate teens who dont even know what there selling they lie and trick people into buying something they dont even need creating concern, on things that are non existent in there area and when there done doing that they make people pay for more then they asked for as someone who fell in the trap of working for them myself I know all the tricks and gadgets they teach to rip THE REAL WORKING CLASS OFF after dealing with them and coming back earlier from the summer because my boss ****** was constantly scamming us, asking us for money for things for work which in reality he was just taking hundreds from all of us and using it for there own benefit they also leave out the fact you have to pay to fight down there and lets say you dont make as much as they want in a month they send you home and make you pay for it as well I have a friend **** down there staying with family because he couldnt financially afford to came back he just got back under a month ago force to work at ********* to be able to come home and pay first months rent as well as a plane ticket over all it is a scam and waste of your time TRUST ME they later reached out to me asking if I could work again and my ex boss disrespected, and slandered me talking about my personal life and how I am less then of him for over 15 mins then when I reaches out to someone high up they proceeded to tell me that it wasnt there problem and I should get over it because it is beef between us not the company which I doesnt make any sense whatsoever because being disrespectful to associates should be taking seriously, and he should be fired because of it so I would NOT recommend working or using there products! They are a bunch of idiots trying to Scam hard working people so they can buy fancy cars and go on trips to exotic places with their girlfriends for themselves. 1 starScam, scam, scam. "Sold" a plan to my 90 year old mom who answered the door. Told her could cancel anytime no problem. Try to cancel and told by some foreign country after hours on the phone that she would be charged ****** for not completing "the program" after more calls and supposedly speaking with a manager that it had been canceled with no further charges, continue to receive emails claiming money owed. 1 starAgree that EcoShield is a scam and a rip off. Retained services for bee removal. Worker arrived on August 1 2023. And spent approximately 12 minutes at my house. Called EcoShield on August 23 2023 because problem wasn't resolved. Advised they would make a return call for an additional charge. Quarterly fee of ****** (including tax) already paid. Advised I was unwilling to pay extra for problem that was not resolved and requested that my service be cancelled. Over the course of an hour I talked to ************************ and one other employee. Was told my account would be cancelled but I stilled owed $250.00 for an initial discount I received. ***** advised me he had the authority to waive this fee but would not. It should be noted that EcoShield was selling in a *************** over 55 community in ****** with single family homes. Due to the number of unsatisfied customers, EcoShield's license should be reviewed.Ecoshield Pest Solutions
